210. Hockey, Sports, and Healthy Stress

In this episode, I try to convince everyone to watch sports! Our bodies love to experience stress, and if we don't have a curated, intentional, time-bounded place to release and feel stress, we are much more likely to create drama in our lives and make mountains out of molehills. People stir the pot when they don't have a place to express that energy. There are so many reasons I feel all spiritually minded, witchy folks should engage with sports, and this is one of the many reasons why. Witchcraft and magic can be about changing consciousness at will, and the rising of healthy 'stress' energy can also be something we can direct towards an end goal, magically. Even if you're not a sports girly (as many witches are not, lol), I'd recommend giving this a listen - I just might change your mind!
