Already In It: Stop Waiting to Arrive There’s this narrative out there that if you don’t have a massive following, your business isn’t legitimate. That unless you’ve hit 10K+ on Instagram, have a flood of email subscribers, or go viral at least once a month, you’re somehow behind. Let me call that out for what it is: complete BS. Founder and CEO of Dandelion-Inc Here’s the truth I wish more entrepreneurs knew from the start:You don’t need a huge audience to make a real impact. Read that again. I’ve been in those moments where you pour yourself into something—a post, a product, a program—and it lands with a whisper. 10 likes. 1 comment. Zero clicks. And you start to wonder if you’re shouting into the void. It sucks. But it’s not the void. It’s the beginning. When Seven Showed Up I remember launching one of my first Dandelion-Inc workshops and praying for 30 or 40 people to register. You know, the number I thought I needed to feel legit. Seven people came. And not gonna lie, I had that flash of panic. The inner critic showed up with all her old lines:“Cancel it.”“No one takes you seriously.”“You’re not big enough.” But something told me to show up anyway. To serve those seven like I would 70. And I did. Those seven? They became regulars. Collaborators. Cheerleaders. People who invited their friends, joined the community, and helped build the foundation of what Dandelion-Inc is today. That’s the power of showing up—even when the room is small. Depth > Width You don’t need thousands. You need connection. You don’t need to go viral. You need to build trust. When we focus so hard on growing our numbers, we lose sight of the very people already raising their hands saying, “I’m here. I’m in.” And the truth is: your next client, opportunity, or breakthrough probably isn’t coming from someone who scrolled past your reel. It’s coming from someone already in your space—someone who feels the impact of what you’re doing. So let me ask you… How well are you showing up for the people who already said yes? Are you nurturing your roots, or constantly reaching for the next “more”? What if this is the thing, not the thing before the thing? Because friend, you’re already in it.Already growing. Already making an impact. It’s time to stop waiting to arrive. Water What You Have Whether your audience is 10 or 10,000, it’s not about how many—it’s about how well. How well you connect. How well you serve. How well you care. We build businesses not by chasing attention, but by cultivating trust. Not by being mildly interesting to thousands, but by mattering deeply to a few. So today, I invite you to water what you have.Nurture the space you’re already holding. And trust that the roots you’re planting now will carry you further than any vanity metric ever could. You’ve got this. And I’m rooting for you—every step of the way. Want more insights like this? Cardiac Cowboys

Cardiac Cowboys

The heart was always off-limits to surgeons. Cutting into it spelled instant death for the patient. That is, until a ragtag group of doctors scattered across the Midwest and Texas decided to throw out the rule book. Working in makeshift laboratories and home garages, using medical devices made from scavenged machine parts and beer tubes, these men and women invented the field of open heart surgery. Odds are, someone you know is alive because of them. So why has history left them behind? Presented by Chris Pine, CARDIAC COWBOYS tells the gripping true story behind the birth of heart surgery, and the young, Greatest Generation doctors who made it happen. For years, they competed and feuded, racing to be the first, the best, and the most prolific. Some appeared on the cover of Time Magazine, operated on kings and advised presidents. Others ended up disgraced, penniless, and convicted of felonies. Together, they ignited a revolution in medicine, and changed the world.
