In this episode of The Seer’s Watch, Sara and Nazim dive deeper into the weight and urgency of stewarding the grace deposits God has entrusted to us.
Inspired by the parable of the ten minas, they ask the question: Are we multiplying the gifts the Lord has given us—or are we burying them? When Christ returns, will He be pleased with how we stewarded what He gave us?
Drawing from Paul’s letters to Timothy and the Romans, they explore how spiritual gifts aren’t automatically received at salvation but are often imparted through prophetic encounters, the laying on of hands, and true fellowship.
Spiritual gifts are good news to the beloved—but they’re terrifying to the enemy. Every gift is a weapon in spiritual warfare. And that war demands we walk in faith, humility, and unity. Pride, stereotypes, and division can block what God wants to give.
As Paul writes in Romans 12:
“We have different gifts, according to the grace given us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in proportion to your faith; if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach; if it is to encourage, then give encouragement… Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather with sober judgment, in accordance with the measure of faith God has given you… We who are many form one body, and each member belongs to all the others.”
This is a call to take your place in the body, walk in your gifting, and multiply what’s been entrusted to you—for the sake of the Kingdom, and in light of the return of Christ.
Whatever your gift may be, the question remains: How will you steward it and will you multiply it before Jesus Christ returns?
