Through "The SHOW Up Framework", parents of preteens will discovery human development principles that will help them:

- Know how to be present when their preteen starts to withdraw, so their child continues to trust them and naturally opens up difficult conversations.

Marcus supports parents of preteens (10-14 y.o.) so they can show up and maintain a meaningful relationship with their child during these natural 'identity breaking' years.
He works with parents who know the value of doing hard things and want to be present with their son/daughter before it's too late to bridge the gap.

He especially find joy in supporting multicultural families; families who communicate across generational and cultural divides. This is because he himself also grew up in a diverse home, with a mom from the Philippines and dad from the Bahamas ). Along with that, he's served internationally (in East Asia, Europe, South East Asia, Middle East and South America) for over a decade and a half.

Now he's on a mission to globally mend parent child relationships through communication and the stories they share.
