Herb Magley lost his wife, his best friend, to Alzheimer’s…Gail was 52. While caring for her on their 13-year journey, he developed a passionate desire to help others. Herb gives speeches to caregivers across the country, facilitates 6 support groups, advocates, serves on the Oklahoma Chapter Board, has teams in 4 Walks to End Alzheimer’s and heads up “Paint Edmond Purple”.
Karly McNeill is The Longest Day Manager for the Alzheimer’s Association, Oklahoma Chapter. She and her husband reside in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma with their Aussie doodle, Koda. She fights to #ENDALZ for her recently deceased grandfather, Eddie, a wonderful man known for his kindness and generosity.
June 20th is the longest day this year for the Summer Solstice and Alzheimer’s Association fundraiser.
Painting Downtown Edmond Purple is from June 16th to 22nd!
