heard of strict diet, calorie counting, brown rice, chicken.

What's the meal that you've missed most during prep?

Asian food? Now, I think I haven't had months cooking
in a.

While, so I think like just mum's home cooking, because
I think that's the most. I've just had my fourth
knee operation because I'm an idiot. What would you say
to future bodybuilders on how to avoid injuring themselves during
their prep I.
Speaker 5 (02:41):
Guess I've sort of learned. I have had my fair
share of injuries also, and generally also from being an idiot.
But set yourself up with a good health professional, whether
that be a physio or a nutritionist or a coach,
and then also listen to your body. I've always been
one to just sort of push through the pain, and

sometimes yes you've got to do that, but also sometimes
it's probably causing more harm than good. It just comes
with experience, a bit of give, a bit of take.
Our coach always says, sometimes you've got to take from
the system, and also sometimes you've got to give back.
So and then just staying in the game. A lot
of people get a bit disheartened when they do get

injured and they give up. If you can just stay consistent,
stay in the game, you will make progress and you
will go forward. And as long as you just think
long term, not just the short term, then you'll have
a good.

And that's the best thing that we have with the
ICM is we are all natural appeliets, so there's no
enhancements that anyone is taking, and you could see what
how excited they were.
