I don't know if I've mentioned it, but this month is my  birthday 🤣 so in true #Leo form, I'm doing my annual mini-episode called, "A Birthday Check-In".  It's a brief chat with myself and my listeners as I reflect on the last year as a 49-year-old and what I'm manifesting for 50.  

It starts with gratitude, and it ends with goal setting.
