Andrew Maclean is the founder of HighTechU a program that's based out of the University of Victoria's Faculty of Engineering. HighTechU is an innovative learning community and skills incubator for high-school youth to make connections, build professional skills while exploring diverse education and career pathways related to technology.

This episode does not follow the typical interview format of previous episodes. This is more of a discussion of two educators trying to better understand how to make the education system a better place for young people to be inspired throughout their schooling life.
