In 2022, Sheila faced a significant turning point when she encountered severe burnout, prompting her to make crucial decisions for her well-being and professional growth. Her journey of self-discovery and resilience led her to "fire herself" from one company and embark on an 8-month hiatus from the other. Through this experience, Sheila gained valuable insights into the factors contributing to burnout and the importance of prioritizing mental health.
