I found it interesting how Joe has to improvise in all three of his chosen fields. Whenever I choose to improvise in a field, I'm normally led away in handcuffs. Trust me, the phrase "Yes, And..." doesn't have too much validity there. So check out Joe in his Hallmark movie this coming holiday season, or hear him on the radio.
