One of the reasons it can be difficult to fully commit to experiencing a shift in your emotional patterns is because the emotions themselves are repeatedly telling you a story about you and your life. This lens which you see yourself, your relationships and the world around you becomes very familiar. It’s the familiarity that creates a sense of ownership to your experience and that can prove difficult to release your grip on. It’s literally the fabric that makes up what you believe is your identity. Even if you know better, it’s the emotional hold that needs to be more deeply appreciated and untangled to create a new and more empowering narrative and identity. Today’s episode offers you a “decoding” tool to untangle your emotions to better understand your needs and empower you with tools to shift.
Give yourself permission to feel. Before we can shift anything, we first have to understand what it’s asking of us. What it needs from us. This information is a critical piece of the puzzle. It starts with giving yourself permission to feel, then making space for the possibility of you feeling something different. Today’s episode offers you a “decoding” tool to untangle your emotions to better understand your needs and empower you with tools to shift.
