(02:10):
Grom's just cruise in. We gotGram Shittiest podcast. Perfect. Okay,
so what were you just talking about? Um oh, we're off to a
great start. Fuck I got offsubject. But anyways, I want to
talk about Dogtown Okay, dude, like that, like what I remember when
I first saw the movie. Iknow, it's probably nothing like the movie.

(02:35):
You mean you're talking about the documentaryor the movie Lords of Dogtown.
Lords of Dogtown. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I saw that and I
was just like, dude, Iwas just like so so intrigued. And
so I was really young when theDogtown crew was coming up, and I
only knew about them in the magazines, and so I know, I'm I'm
old, but a lot of peopleassociate me somehow with that era. I

(02:57):
was like, dude, when thoseguys were coming up, I was was
like eight or nine, um,and just reading about them in the magazines.
But when I saw when I sawTony Alva and um Jay Adams doing
aerials in the magazines, that forme, that was everything. I was
like, Oh, that's what Iwant to do. I want to fly.
Fuck, that's it. Yeah. It's kind of like when when I

(03:20):
saw like i'd say, like maybeMatt Archibald or like some of those guys
doing the first airs. Yeah, dude, I still can't do an air,
yeah, right on a surfboard,I can't. I can't. You
must have done little ones like Idid. I could do the backside chop
pops and like the little chop pops, but I'd never been able to like
push my weight forward and stay ontop of my feet. That's all because

(03:42):
I suck at serving. But I'vedone in front at alli. Yeah,
I've done one. And it wason like this little short board with the
no nose, you know, theno nose the placebos when they first came
out. So I had one ofthose, and like I used it and
like did my first air but itwas my friends. So what about what
about like at a wave pool wherethey set up the air section? I
blow it, dude, really,I tried to do it. I was

(04:04):
at Waco and we turned that on. I was there with my kids and
h The first time I got Iwas way behind it, and then I
finally got ahead of it. Andthen as I saw it coming, I
didn't know how to like maintain myspeed for it. So I basically just
did a floater or on the button the mound of water because right then
it sucks up too. Yeah,so that that down, I'll find a

(04:26):
launching pad. Yeah, it waslike riding it out. It's so weird.
You need like the perfect line like, yeah, one of our kids.
Actually he found the line, buthe's going backside and he didn't pop
out, so he just went overthe back and then hit the bottom.
Yeah, oh dude, the concretesnarlia. Yeah, yeah, you know
what funny is. When Shane wasworking on it, me and Jamie went

(04:48):
over there for the first wave thatgot pumped out. It was pretty cool
a Waco. They filled up likehalfway and we got there were like slip
insides, cool, cable parks cool, but let's surf. Yeah. So
they finally like filled it up halfway. We're gonna see if the generators work.
So the pumps worked and it pumpedout this little left that was like

(05:10):
this big and it was like littleChopu and me, Jamie and Shane were
just riding it. It was prettycool. So I go to I go
to wake Up. I'm like, yeah, I'm the one who wrote the
first wave, like local's only brother. That's pretty good, Like it's pretty
cool claim, but yeah, wakegoes fun. But yeah, once you
get that line down though, youjust launch. Yeah. I haven't really

(05:30):
been able to surf since I brokemy leg, but I know, yeah,
I was gonna ask you about yourfemur house. But I'm I'm I
think I'm getting back to that point. Yeah, I can, dude,
he just got out of like afemur in injury. And what was injury?
Yeah, I was, I gonnasay, I don't know. I
broke my femur in half on Marchseventh, March seven, so that's like
almost six months, seven months now, seven months. Yeah, yeah,

(05:54):
and you were skating like a monthafter. Yeah. Yeah, but it
wasn't the kind of skating I wasreally I seen you do or whatever.
Yeah. Yeah, No, it'ssick though. I seen you like do
the little step step thing. Yeah. And then it's been hard though.
I really thought. I thought, because I was walking so early, that
I was on this trajectory to befully healed within six months or so.
And um, now that I'm atsix months, I know that I'm still

(06:16):
a long ways off. Really,I'm able to skate, I'm able to
do basic tricks and stuff, butyeah, I don't have the speed and
I still can't rely on it.So my like I had to find a
balance point that's kind of in theback seat, and that kills your speed.
Yeah, right, So everything I'mdoing too hard because you don't want
to test it yet. Oh I'mtesting it. Yeah, I just can't.

(06:39):
But like, oh the pain,Oh yeah, that's it. Like
it's it's like, oh, like, oh I can't. I just can't
do it. Okay, okay, but I was I'm able to take like
ivoryprofen or like I do. Yeahyeah before work, Yeah yeah, I
try to get ahead of the painsometimes. Yeah, what's up with your
diet? Are you on a dietor anything? Really? I mean I'm

(07:00):
older, so I'm what what amI eating? Um? This morning on
the way up here, I hada I had like a little egg sandwich
with avocado and turkey. Okay,Um, that's healthy, I mean healthy
enough, you know. I meanMcDonald mcgriddle like orange jes love. Um.

(07:21):
I love those baking and cheese biscuits. Yeah, dude, sometimes that's
my that's my life. Sometimes thebiscuits are too dry, though, so
you're like, if you don't havean orange juice or anything, you're screwed.
That orange choese is surprisingly good.I know it is, dude,
it is. It's good. McDonald'sis really good. You guys should sponsor
me. McDonald's sponsorship right there McDonald's. We need I don't see that happening.

(07:46):
No, I don't need um umyeah, but I mean and and
I try to I try to leanmore towards plant based. Do you use
the Laird scoops, the Coffee scoopsLayard My wife does. Yeah, it's
good. Yeah. I just likeI'm a purist, straight black coffee.
Yeah. I don't like putting anythingflavorful. Okay, cool. Yeah,
I do coffee, but it's likeit's like if I really need it,

(08:09):
because it takes me like an hourto wake up to get really on,
like the poopies level, like anhour. Yeah you don't have kids,
Yeah, fuck, I got thisguy work up. Yeah, probably like
six thirty. We have got tohave coffee before well, my daughter is
the only one still at home, but we gotta have coffee before she gets
up. Daddy, when she wakesup, you're like, oh, here

(08:31):
we go. No, she's fourteen. It's she's fourteen. You gotta keep
coming back to the room, likewake up, You're all right, you
have you have fifteen minutes to eatand get to school. Yeah. Yeah,
I mean when I was at school, I was always late for the
bus. Dude, My mom wouldbe so pissed. Oh she doesn't have
she well, it's not a luxury, but there's only and then and the
school's like five miles like in thetown. If I missed the bus,

(08:56):
I'm like, yes, day off. So I lived. I lived on
the outskirts of my school district.Where was that, um, well in
in uh in North County in Cardiff, because my parents moved to North County,
San Diego when I was when Iwas in high school, when I
started high school, yep, saying, so there was only a few kids

(09:16):
from our area. Yeah, Iwent to school, so we took the
shortbus. That's what I'm telling you. Yeah, oh no, what Yeah
dude, they picked you up inthe short bus because you're so far out,
so far out. Yeah, yeah, dude, that's what's up.
See, there's advantages of living outof town. You know what I mean.
You like if you're ridding the shortbus. Oh yeah, that you're
like, give me honest, itwas tricky, dude, that's sick.

(09:39):
Though I was already like, Iwas already in outcast as I skated,
already bullied because I skated, Andthen I'm ridding the short bus to high
school. Dude, what's that's what'swhatever? Look at you know as you
brought me here. Yeah, dude, I think if you, like I
don't know, you go through thoselike experiences, you know, like embarrassing
ones during your childhood, Yeah,it makes you like a better, better
person. I mean there is youcan deal with that embarrassment. You know,

(10:01):
it's not like new to you. You're like, okay, sure I'm
getting embarrassed again like this. Well, also the whole thing with with people,
especially people talking shit on social mediaand whatever. I mean, that
used to happen to my face dudeor in print, and it was like,
if you're trying to insult me hidingbehind a user name, that's not
gonna get to me, especially nowlike I've been through the I've been through

(10:24):
the ring. Yeah for real,Yeah exactly. People try to like test
you and stuff. It's weird kindof or or they think they're gonna they
think they're gonna get you. AndI was like, dude, I've heard
it all, yeah for real.Yeah, people would come up to me.
People are rude sometimes in high schooland call me bony cock to my
face just because they don't have whatyou have. They're jealous. I don't

(10:45):
know about back then. Well Iwas target twelve. Yeah, yeah,
so it was I was just aneasy target for easy target to be picked
on. Sure, I was pickedon so much when I was in school.
Yeah, poopies came along and Iwas like fuck. And then I
am surprised you embraced that. What. I hated it, But at some

(11:07):
point it's just too much. Hejust it was this. Yeah. My
friends loved it too, because itstuck. They're like, oh my god,
we didn't think it was in astick, you know, and then
like this stuck and they're like,oh my god, dude, we didn't
mean for this napping, but ithappened, and like and it was funny
too, because I go to partieslike and like, guys, don't call
me poopies tonight. You know,I'm trying to get laid or trying to
meet something, get a number, and then like all of a sudden,

(11:31):
like poopies, grab me this orlike grab me a beer, and I'd
be like and then yeah, andthen chicks are like, what how did
you why why do they call youpoopies? And I'm like, oh dude,
here we go and they go,oh he shit his parents and then
all start laughing. But I'm like, no, really, I had a
gorilla mask on and gloves and Itook a poop in the street, And

(11:52):
which is better? It was influencedby Jackass, Yeah, because you know
when you like stay stay at nightat a friend's house and you watch something
that night and you're all anted onthe next day. Oh, I was
amped on it, and that nightI said I'm gonna do something stupid tomorrow.
I think you're the only one thatwas inspired by Jackass and ended up
on Jacket. Yeah, it's soweird. And then yeah, because everyone

(12:13):
else, everyone else was you know, back in the pushing the pushing the
shopping carts and doing all the stuff, and they were all hamming it up
and getting hurt and getting in trouble, but no one was trying out for
the actual cast. Yeah, mostof them were probably a little too drunk
too to be doing their stunts, you know, Yeah, or just not
as creative. Yeah, well yeah, I love, I love. I

(12:33):
mean, well, that's like Jeff'sJeff's kind of job. But like I
come in and just I'm just ready, I come in. I'm like,
put me in, coach, Idon't even really look at it. It's
like they need that's what they've whatwe got to do, Like those are
those are the people who've thrived there. Yeah, like my work work ethic's
pretty like on point. But yeah, I'm ready, I'm I'm ready to
send it. So but the creativityis fun, Like it's fun like getting

(12:58):
to like experience. It's what theyhave on their like mind and like what
what their vision is, and thenyou have your vision and then usually they're
just they're just like, shut uppoopies, you know, like fucking what
the fuck are you talking about.I'm like, I don't know. But
but then when when the cameras arerolling, When the cameras rolling on,
I look great. You're like youlook great, poopies, I'm like,

(13:18):
yeah, thank you, like andthen there we go. We got the
set and it's just it's just on, you know, I just get so
amped. I'm like, this isa dream to be on set with these
guys. And like it was weird. At first. I was like so
starstruck. I was like whoa,Like I feel nervous and like I don't
know, and then I see wemanage like poops, come over here,
you want some food or drink.I'm like, yeah, let's get some
food. And then all of asudden, it's just like boom one of

(13:39):
the those are the highlights. Yeah, getting craft services. Yeah yeah dude.
Oh dude, I do we hadthe peanut butter jelly sandwiches. Oh
there's the lighting. Oh there's notthe lighting. Okay, that's my Poopies
productions coming to you. Yeah.Yeah, yeah, Okay, let's get

(14:00):
back to Dogtown. So you wereeight or nine, get back to Dogtown.
Okay, yeah, Dogtown sick dude, Yes, I'm psych agreed.
The team was insane pioneers of skateboarding. Yeah, the ones who ushered in
the era of pool skating. Andthat's why that would maybe want to be
a skater, because at the time, either you skated pools like those guys,

(14:22):
or you skated freestyle, and freestyleis not is not what it is
today, Like it's it wasn't streetskating. It was literally people doing three
sixties and pirouettes and and spacewalks andsix shit. I mean it was it
was difficult, but it was justmore like dancing and this is not like
and and for the most part theywere all labeled as as dorks and nerds

(14:45):
because they were dancing and it wasjust like it was and we these other
guys were flying and so was theteam. Yeah yeah, and so I
wanted to fly, and so that'swhat I focused on completely. Like when
I was a kid, and Igot hurt along the way, like when
I was when I was ten,I got knocked my front teeth out.

(15:05):
I got KOed because I was tryingto do the stuff they were doing.
Yep, was it top or bottom? Top? Yeah, I hadn't replaced
like five times. Now they lookgood, thanks. Yeah. The best
thing about losing your teeth is youcan pick the shape and color of the
new ones. Yep, you're like, okay, they're gonna be a little
wider, Yeah exactly. Yeah, yeah, yeah that'd be cool. I

(15:28):
want to lose some teeth soon.Hopefully it's not a hard doing. Yeck,
that's sick. Um. And thenthey're like surfing as well, Yeah,
the kind of the surfer like punkvibe. Um. Yeah, they
were for sure. Yeah. Andmy brother you're surfing out the time a
little bit. My brother was asurfer, hardcore surfer. He's thirteen years
older than me, and so hewas the one who was into skating.

(15:52):
He's the reason I got into skating. I see. So he was he
was skating around our house with hisfriends and there's an old board next to
him, and I was like,oh, let me try that. Yeah,
that's how I started on board witheverything else. You're like, whoa,
what's this? Um? It wasn'tI was bored. It was just
suddenly something spoke to me where itwas like, Oh, I can do
this on my own terms. AndI don't have to listen to the coach.

(16:15):
I don't have to show up practicefreedom. Yeah, and I don't
like the team doesn't have to relyon me to win. Yeah, there's
no pressure. It's all it's allyou, dude, That's what And I
would and I would surf with mybrother, but I was I was terrified
a big waves and getting held under. Yeah, especially to get used to
that's hard to get used to,for sure. Do you ever get used
to it? Can you get morerelaxed? Yeah, you get more relaxed.

(16:37):
There's yea, And then there's there'smoments where it's not sixty feet it's
thirty feet, where you're like,oh, like your falls are thirty feet
you're like chilling, you know,You're just like, oh, yeah,
I think it's fun. I knowI'm coming up. I was, I
was getting fifty feet, were like, oh, I'm gonna die. But
yeah, I'm talking more like that. That's that's that's faces though I'm not
surfing them, like I just getput in the position and I'm like,

(17:00):
what am I doing out here? And then usually the boys are calling me
to the zone. So I'll saywhat. I surfed all through the years,
got a little bit braver as timewent on, you know, and
then found myself confidence. Yeah, but also found myself in with opportunities like
I got to go toe and servingwith with Laird and Dave Klama. That's

(17:21):
legendary, right yeah, um,those guys are legends, yep, Spreckles
and so that gave me, Butthat gave me a sense of false confidence
because it was so they were sodialed in and it's kind of so safe
with them. Yeah, but itwas still the biggest wave of every Safety
is everything in big waves, likeright, if you don't have the right
safety, dude. But then Iwent to I went to um Tavarua Sack

(17:42):
and surf cloud Breaks and to mymistake caught the first wave of the set.
Oh dude, no, yeah,I don't know it was. I
was in position and so I'm lookingat the face like I've ridden twenty foot
ramps. I'm i'ming this is probablylike an eight, and at some point

(18:03):
kind of like that, like whatam I doing here? Oh shit?
Like snap into it. And thenI wrote it and I wrote it too
far kicked out, and then there'sone just jacking right behind it. And
that's the worst. That was themoment where I was like, the world,
this is out of my league.Yep. And I tried to duck
dive, but my board was tombstoning. You don't duck dive. I mean,

(18:25):
I did ditch it, but Iwas like, what do I do?
So I dish it. I'm tombstoning. For a while I had tombstoning
yeah, free and like I didn'trealize that it would get that deep,
right, I said, I'm hitbottom, yeah, And then there was
one behind it, the same thing, and then well it wasn't hold down,
like I came up up one breathand one breath, came back down

(18:47):
and then I went. Then Iwent to the boat and I was like
I'm not going off for this.Yeah. And my brother came over and
he's like, you should get backout there because if you quit now,
you're going to be scared of surfing. Yep, got forward. That's when
you know you survived it though Iknow, but I didn't go back out.
But I didn't. I didn't catchanywhere. Yeah, I just sat
in the line up like cheering onmy Yeah. That's the moment where you

(19:10):
like you could take your big wavecareer to the to the top or you
know. That was that was Thatwas the That was the turning point where
I was like yeah, and thenand then not long yeah no, And
then not long after the sort ofwave pool phenomenon came to me and I
was like like this over here, this is a skate park. Yeah.
Yeah, you know I'm drowns.Yeah, fight the crowds. I don't

(19:33):
have to figure out the schedule, worry about dying. Yeah. Well,
I mean, and also you knowgnarly too. You know, there's currents
and there's like it's like more powerful, it's like different swell directions, you
know, and like more energy.I had a couple of good waves at
restaurants, so that maybe more.Yeah, false confidence, Yeah, cloud

(19:55):
break it was once you keep gettingwork, it's it's hard to come back
from that for sure. Yeah.I remember the moment where I was like
charging huge waves with Jamie. Yeah, and I was like, dude,
I could take my like big wavessurfing, Like I can make it a
career right now if I wanted to. But dude, yeah, like I

(20:19):
was catching bombs at like mccaha, and like I was catching bombs at the
big wave zones, like I caughtone at Phantoms. I was pretty big
and Maya and dude. Then theytook me to Jaws and I didn't want
any part of it, dude.I was like, I'm not a big
wave surfer. Dude, Like,no, I don't. Jamie's like,
come on, you're going out.I'm like no, dude. It was

(20:41):
like I kept my shoes on theboat and everything. Dude. They're like
trying to take my shoes off.Dude. They're like, you're going out.
I'm like, no, I'm not, Dude, did you go out?
I ended up going out the nextday because the first time I went
to the Jaws, I hid inthe bushes, so they're gonna find me
and they're like, where's poopies onin the bushes? Dude with the Damian
he's he's a cameraman. So Iwas just cruising with him. But yeah,

(21:04):
dude, They're like, where wereyou. I was like, dude,
I'm not going out the Jaws rightnow. You guys are crazy.
Yeah, And then I would declineyeah, They're like, well you're getting
paid poops. I was like, freak, but yeah. The next day.
The next day, I paddled outfrom the rocks and it was so
gnarly. Dude. I caught onewave and it was like a wave with
the boogie boarder, you know whatI mean. It was a small one,

(21:25):
but yeah, I had priority.Yeah, my first wave. Dude,
pity, I don't know, probablyhim for sure. For sure.
He's one of the boys though,so he was cool as cool. But
yeah, I remember this one timethough, my second time where I was
on the boat because then they're like, you can't hide now, poopies are
on the boat. You can't whereare you gonna go now? So I

(21:48):
was stuck on the boat in thechannel at Jaws and we roll up and
I see this guy just do doughnuts. Dude, down, I'm like,
I can't go out there like youguys are crazy, you have life vest.
Yeah, I had a CEO twobest and then um, I was
like, I'm not going out. They're like, yeah, you are.
And then Jamie starts trying to takeoff my shoes and Kalawnie Chapman's trying to
take off my shoes. And thenI didn't go out and they're like,

(22:10):
you pussy, and I was like, dude, I'm not one of you
guys. You know, I'm fromCarl's Bad, Like I grew up serving
State Beach where it's like three feetcloseouts, you know, and like.
And then so the next day itwas like all right, poopies, it's
your time. Like that morning wehad a huge like prayer and circle with
all the big wave guys, umMalamo's there, all those guys, and

(22:32):
then we left. That would bemy warning sign, we're gonna do prayer
before you go out. Yeah, not cut off for this one, yeah,
dude, but dude. And thenthat's when I had the whole safety
on me, like everyone kind ofjust it was Poopi's turn. So the
whole the whole lineup was like,Poopies, it's your turn. Like this
is you And then yeah, theytowed me in on a penis board and
it was like the stance was soclose together, dude, it was norly

(22:55):
and then but I made it,dude. And then they said toll him
deeper, and I go what Itold the producer, yeah, right,
your trip and told me in deeperbecause they wanted me to fall. They
wanted to poopies wipe out at Jaws, you know, they wanted that viral
clip that I never gave him.But yeah, I was like after that,
it was normally and then we're Iwas paddling before them the toe wins

(23:18):
and I remember I was on theWest peak and then Shane Doran was out
there and Shane, Shane goes, poopies, come over here, and I
got called to the north peak ofJaws and it's like sixty foot pass and
then all of a sudden, thishuge fucking bomb set comes in and Shane
goes poopies pad. Dude. I'mlike sitting next to him. Yeah,
I'm like, I know I'm notin the best spot and like I'm like

(23:41):
fucked, But and then the setcomes in and Shane goes poopies paddle.
I go, oh, my I'mgonna freaking die right now. And then
all of a sudden, all thatwhen we get over at Boom, all
that wind clears and there's not awave, not a wave after it,
thank god. So that's what I'mI like, Thank god there wasn't a
wave after that one, because Iwould have been dead. But yeah,

(24:03):
that's that's the wave after So thatwas that the end career. Yeah,
I was like, I'm never goingback to jaws, have never been back,
but it's time to water ski it. Maybe this year I'm back my
hands back, so time right,Yeah, how is it? Dude?
It's good. It's freaking working. It's on. So how long was that?

(24:25):
This was a year and four months? Wow? Remember I was on
your scat yeah with the plastic cast, but yeah, it's doing good.
When I was on your podcast,I couldn't even you couldn't even see it
really, but yeah, no youwere like you were like the Ziglander hand
model back then, the skin graphright there. Yea, So this is

(24:47):
the front jaw, yeah, rightthere, and this is the bottom jaw
somewhere right there. But I rememberthis was all out and this was really
out and it was gnarly, butlove dreams about it, not dreams,
but I definitely think about it everyday, you know what I mean when
I wake up because I have todeal with it. But yeah, it's

(25:08):
there, it looks great. It'sstill amazing. Yeah, I tell the
chicks you ever been um touched byshark bite? Hands by a shark bite?
Hand? O? You ever beenfinger being by a shark by hand?
No? Just joking, wild cutthat out. Yeah it doesn't sound

(25:30):
that sexy. Honest, No itdoesn't. They're like, get that thing
away from me. Like no,and I don't want to dates over No,
but um, yeah, I'm stoked. I went to Shark week two
and the fear left me. Reallyyep, Shark Week two is sick,
dude. It's actually like a normalshark. You do any stunts? Um

(25:51):
I did. I had to getin the cage again the first time with
Pannius, and um it was soscary, dude. I remember they set
the cage in and then I hadto get in it. But I had
to swim to the cage. Iwas like, what I didn't I dude,
I signed the contract where he saidI'm not getting in the water without

(26:15):
like a cage, and I'm notswimming in the open ocean, and this
was the open ocean, and Ihad to go three feet to the cave.
I mean that's like, well,you know what that wasn't wasn't wasn't
Uh yeah, Stevo's only caveat fora jackass, Like no more concussion stuff,
yeah, first shoot concussion. Yeah, I know. Well Stevo didn't
want to go because he had hesaid, I got offered to do I

(26:37):
think to join you guys maybe orjust similar and the timing didn't work.
But also I was like, Idon't want to just sit in the cage
while sharks. Yeah, it doesn'tsound that fun. It was fun when
I can swim with them, youknow, but at that at that moment
in my life, my mentality wasnot trying to swim with them. So
then we did the cage. Werenot your friends? Yeah, we did

(27:00):
the cage. I was like, that was cool. And then we had
to do this like, hey,Grom, no, get out there.
He's chewing on your wire. Hey, no, we're gonna lose the feed.
You want to take him outside? Can you? Did you go walk
him? Grom? He's gonna takeit outside. Sorry, Tony, that's
sorry. But yeah, like andthen Shark week two, we finally had

(27:22):
like a like a Poopi's come backkind of thing, face my fear.
And then we went down there withscuba and everyone's putting on scooba and they're
just lagging. So I was like, I just was on my mind.
I wanted to go down there, you know. So I was the first
one to jump in boom, gotto the bottom, and then this guy
was like around me, so Ifelt comfortable, and um, all the

(27:45):
boys came down and then we hadthis feeding right in front of us.
They opened this box a fucking chumand dude, there was like fifth like
not fifteen, but there's like twentylike reeve sharks just going like it's just
in a circle right next to andthey're just looking at us. Dude.
I was like, this is kindof like torture for me right now.

(28:06):
Yeah, but that's what they wanted. Yeah, And I was holding onto
Johnny and I was holding on thepontias and I was like kind of like
so scared at first, and thenall of a sudden, after ten minutes
of that, I was like,do not do anything. They're not even
touching us, you know, theyget closed, but they won't touch us.
We sat up with three sharks inTahiti, oh sick. And it

(28:26):
was funny because the boat pulled upand they said they was more like they
presented as a you know, sortof snorkeling opportunity, whatever it was.
And then the boat pulled up andthere's just all these sharks swimming under the
boat and the guy's like, okay, go ahead, Yeah what did And
then my son Keegan who is hehe's a daredevil. Yeah, he's like
okay, and he just jumped andI was like, you know what,

(28:48):
what what's going on? Oh mygod? My son jumped in to a
bunch of sharks. Dude, butthey didn't care. Yeah they're dude,
they're so gnarly international like Tahiti dude, because those guys, oh yeah no
they don't. There's no there's noprotocol, no, and there's no magic,
there's no hospital. So something doeshappen. Yeah. We were the
same thing when scuba diving, andyou know, when you take it,

(29:10):
you gotta be certified, you gottago in the pool. Yeah. The
guy gave us maybe a ten minuteexplanation on what to do, and then
we were in the boat and thenwe were in the water. Yeah,
there that was it, and they'relike it go ahead because they're so used
to it, they don't. Theyjust like, yeah, well they don't.
They should have more consideration though, you know, like I mean first,

(29:32):
but it was a little more renegadebecause obviously we knew the general safety
rules. But at the same time, it did feel a little rushed.
Yeah, having kids that we're gonnago, well, they're on a time
limit too, say want to getyou and then they want to get the
hustling you're right, yeah, butthat's awesome. Yeah, I can't believe

(29:52):
I like got invited to Shark Weekand then yeah, it's been a good
experience. Though now I don't I'mnot scared of sharks anymore though, because
I after this something. Yeah,we did the free dive and I just
I left the little Sharks set thatwas underwater. I left the set and
I just went on my own andthis one shark came by me. I
was like, this is the moment, where's he gonna eat me or leave

(30:14):
me alone? And you fucking leftme alone. I went shaka, dude,
I said, so up, dude, and then he just kept going
and I was like, shaka, yeah, and he just kept going.
And that's when I was like,yeah, there's you have. You don't
have beef with sharks anymore. No, I kind of did for a little
bit at the first. I wasin bed for four months in summer and
I sucked. I remember I sawyou not long after it, but yeah,

(30:38):
the beef's gone. Oh yeah yeahfor the intro for the intro,
yeah, yeah, that was suckedtoo, because I wanted to serve so
bad. Yeah, and everyone thatwas my like that was my shit,
right, like everyone else is tryingto serve. Oh yeah, dude,
I'm like, oh, I wantto go out there and tell him how
it was so bad? But yeah, it was. It was a good
time. I was trying to runto my arms like her, and I

(31:00):
was like this is I was.I was on that that giant inflatable board
with everyone. Yeah, I've seenthat. Yeah, dude, that things
so sick. The sub squatch, yeah yeah, yeah. I don't think
they inflated enough though, because thenose came. I try to tell them
how to do it, yeah, and we didn't have time and they weren't
listening. There were there were someobvious things that a surfer would know.

(31:22):
Yeah, with that, and they'rejust like, we're getting Yeah, it's
not gonna it's not gonna plane. They're getting too excited. Face, They're
getting too excited, way too quick. Yeah, and then I think Pontius
fell on me and the nose.Yeah, yeah, I've seen that.
That was sick. That was fun. Yeah, I can't believe, like,
um, four point five, itwas just a hit. I think

(31:44):
it was a number one, ofcourse it was. Yeah. I was
psyched, dude. I was like, this is epic. Yeah, I'm
so stoked. But yeah, it'sbeen fun. Hopefully we do something soon
because everyone's ready and I'm ready tosend. I'm getting I'm getting bored over
here, dude. In podcast JanI wonder if four or four point five
would be the last of the ofthe OG Crew. I hope not.

(32:07):
I hope not. I don't feellike I mean, Stevo is just on
a terror. Stevo's on Terry's.He just got duct taped to a swing
or some shit went on his dudelegend. Then he's on some night show
and then he's in New York City. I was like, dude, that's
Gho Stevo. He gives me somuch motivation, but he has the financials

(32:27):
to do that. You know,it takes money to make money. I
mean I think that there's an argumentjust for the hustle. Yeah, he's
down from he's gonna make more.Though from that he's not He's not chasing
the swell like you are. Iknow, dude, I wish I didn't
have that passionate. That is athing for sure, working with surfers.
All plants are tentatives. Yeah,I've done so many things that I'm supposed

(32:50):
to do with Kelly, but yeah, I was supposed to do with Kelly,
and it's just like, oh no, he's he's in Hawaii, He's
yeah, he's in Fiji. Yeah. It sucks, dude. I mean
I respect it, but it's hardto make plan it is, dude,
And then you're like trying to hustleup while you're on your your like serve
trip, You're like, this isnot working out. Yeah, especially when
the ways get good, Like howam I supposed to do? It was

(33:12):
hard. I did the carpool karaokewith him and Sean White. Oh,
and it's just so long to lockin a date. No way we got
it. Yeah, it happens. It happened. Yeah, eventually a year
later, eventually the waves are flat. Yeah, and then it's like then
it's time for like fishing or something. Shit. I know those guys played
a lot of golf. Huh golf, Kelly does. Yeah, I was

(33:35):
playing golf. O't I mean, didn't this happen? No, it's not
too many kids play golf. Yeah, yeah, I know how many kids
you have? Now? Eight? No, we have six, but but
only one is still at home.Nice. Well, my daughters keep the
daughter in three three or in collegetwo or adults. Yep, Riley Riley

(33:58):
just got like Riley's three this year. Thirty dude, damn and making me
old. I remember when he wasa gram high. Yeah, he shoved
the state beach sometimes too. Yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah, he's
a good kid. I love Reli. Yeah he's dating like um Francis nirvanas
Francis Cobain. Yeah, dude,Kurt Cobain's daughter. That's cool. I

(34:24):
knew he's gonna find some like sickass, like rock star like daughter type.
Just happy about the accolades. No, but he is a fan of
music and that, oh yeah, very much so yeah, yeah, but
they have they have very similar theyconnect. Yeah, they havent, you

(34:44):
know, a lot of similarity orparallels in their in their youth. Yeah,
she's hot and he's hot, andoh my god. Yeah that wasn't
what I was going on. Butokay, I just I gotta I gotta
just be funny. But yeah,um, what was I gonna say?
What's Riley's band? Wish Wish?Yeah, yeah, check it out Warish
you guys, Riley Hawk. They'reheavy. They're heavy. I see them

(35:07):
all the time at their coffee spot. Yeah, steel Mill, Yeah,
steal Mill and Vista. If youguys are in Vista, check it out.
And they're just doing plug. Yeah. Are you still are you still
in Carlsbad? We'll give me youraddress. I'm in North County, let's
put that way. Yeah yeah,no, but yeah cool And uh,
what time we got? Eleven fortyfour? We're still going a you're trying

(35:28):
to get me out? No,No, I want more time with you.
So what's new with you? What'snew? What's new? I'm just
trying to get back to a levelof skating that I'm I'm happy with,
that I'm comfortable with. Um,that's been super hard. Like every time
I start to feel good, especiallymy leg, like I still have a
kind of a limp. But ifI wake up and I'm feeling good and

(35:51):
like I'm not limping, then yeah, and then if you don't feel good
and I don't, yeah, Soit's two steps forwards, one step and
all the time. Yeah, I'msure there's no resting with all the kids
too, you know, No,I mean we were, We're busy and
though like you get the chill though, like yeah, yeah, yeah,
I mean I'm definitely I prioritize mytime so that I have downtime with my

(36:13):
family. That's that's probably been likethe biggest shift in my life and the
last ten everything. Yeah, andit's hard because you get all these opportunities,
you know, like doing your podcastand then once you be on this
TV show or fly to Florida doShark Week, like I got an offered
to do and I know this isall jackass oriented, but I did get
offered. Family feud with those guysand it was like, but but you

(36:36):
got to fly to where do theydo it? They did it in like
Atlanta. Yeah, They're like geta flight to Atlanta tomorrow. You guys
yelling me. You know what Imean. But it's that kind of thing
where those things were super hard toturn down, especially when they're new to
you. But then you have toat some point sort of take control over
your your life and your priorities andlittle self control. Yeah kind of.

(36:59):
I mean, it's just it's it'shard, yeah, because because that kind
of stuff seems like it should bethe priority. Yeah, yeah, because
it's work. You know, it'slike work, and like that's what life's
about. But yeah, I feelyou do, Like, but I feel
like that's the you know we're talkingabout that you don't like, you don't
have to do it, you know, but you would you would like to,
you know what I mean exactly,And then that's that's the that's the

(37:23):
the determination, and that's the waythat you have to prioritize. Yep.
Yep, I'm learning right now.I bet Yeah. Are you still?
Are you still in North County?Yep? I'm an ocean side. Yeah,
I'm in like this little studio,me and grom It's pretty cool.
I got a little patio and Iput all my toys out there, and

(37:44):
I got a little side side yard. I put my toys on. So
I got like a dinghy, Igot my So you're gonna trip on this
today I'm filming a vlog and Ibought this racing cart, like a goat
cart. It's a racing cart.Thing goes like a hundred sketchy. Yeah,
it's sketchy, but you got towear a helmet and be safe and
be safe. Hoopies did, infact bring a go cart to the LA

(38:07):
studios. We have footage of thesetwo maniacs racing around the streets of Burbank
that will play at the end ofthe episode. So keep watching and just
know I know how to drive,so or know how to race, so
I think I can do it.I got it, Like, I mean,

(38:27):
you're gonna go actually race, oryou're just gonna go hog wild cruising
wherever. I'm gonna go, hopefullythe La River. Oh I see,
and try to get it down theretoday. Wow. Yeah, I'm I'm
guessing that's probably not approved. It'snot approved, are permitted, It's not
permitted at all, But you knowwe've done a few things there. Yeah.
I kind of like doing it becauseit gives me a rash. I'm

(38:50):
like being something illegal, you know, I'm like Hoops is all about the
community. Wouldn't you want your kidsto have a role model like him?
But it's not too late. Todaywe did a few skate doing and in
Long Beach um down by that thatriver you know, okay, the reservoir.
I think there's yeah, there's morecops in Long Beach though, right,
But but this was during COVID,so no one carried really yeah they're

(39:14):
down there, and skated on thevan and like sick, weird people were
on top of it. We're driving. It was just chaos and it was
like it felt very much like MadMax. Right, yeah, no one's
around. No one's around you, dude. It felt so weird. During
COVID, I was like, dude, why isn't anyone around? Dude.
I'm like, dude, I'm bookingit. I'm booking. The beach were

(39:34):
closed. I was like flying andship during I was crazy. That was
so dumb. My wife and Iwent to go see the Red Tide,
yeah, or the or the Blueyou know the yeah, the luminette since
yeah, yeah, see yeah you'rescientists. No, we went down.
We went to go see it andwe had to hop the like we had
to hop the fence. Yea tothe house. Are you kidding, dude?

(39:54):
Yeah, that's ratley though. Youhad to hop the fence to go
to the beach. That sucks togo at night to go to see them.
So the phosphorus. Yeah, it'slike like if anything, there would
be no COVID on the beach becauseit's an open area with wind and the
ocean water like crazy days. Yeah, I know, I'm so glad they're
over. They're not over two ofmy kids. I'm COVID right now.

(40:15):
Really Yeah, well you know whyit's not over because they're not letting it
be over. Yeah. They couldsay they have a flu, you know
what I mean. Yeah, butnow they're labeling it as COVID and it's
like, I don't really believe inthe COVID. Okay, So because I
couldn't go the family feud because mytest was positively. No, it wasn't

(40:36):
even sick. I don't have anysymptoms. I wasn't sick. Like,
how do you call that COVID?Did you fly to Atlanta and find Oh?
No? And then I took aCOVID test four days later later and
I was I was negative. Andthen on the next day negative and I
was like, dude, this isthese tests, Like, are bonk dude
because political discourse? Now, yeah, I am, but whatever. Hey,

(40:59):
I just found out that into thecore of the earth and it's not
lava. It's like it's like anotherwater source and it's filled with like skyscrapers
of diamonds. Okay, yeah,no, that's where do you get your
news. That's what my neighbor toldme. He's like the exit homeless crackhead.

(41:19):
All right, thanks, he toldme that. I was like,
what the fuck, dude. Iwas like, yeah, that's pretty cool
that I'm gonna tell people that aboutyou. You know, it's probably bullshit,
but you're still going to for surekeep it going. Yeah, it's
your duty to spread the word.Yeah, it's funny. It's funny.
I was like, where did youcome up with that one? Yeah,
So I'm gonna try to do thisgoat cart thing today, but I wanted

(41:43):
to see if you wanted to driveit around here. Oh wow, um
maybe if there's time. Yeah, what we got ten minutes, let's go
driving. Okay, okay, allright, well we're gonna go drive all
right. Yeah, I get myselfinto um the poopy Channel's lifestyle. Yeah,
dude, I don't like it's questionsother than Lords of Dogtown? Where

(42:08):
is um? Where is Tony Alva? Now? Uh, he's skating still?
Really? Is he an ocean side? I don't know exactly where he
lives, but I was working withVans for a while, so I was
seeing him with Vans events And didn'tyou live in ocean side before? I
think he might have. Yeah, but he got sober and he was like
he was skating a lot still andjust doing the thing. Yeah, yeah,

(42:30):
sick. Well, Um, nowthat I can skate, we should
go rip up the half pipe. All right, I'm down, I'm ready,
I'm ready. I can catch meon a good day. You can
drop in yeah, I'm vert.Yeah. I learned at the y m
c. A oh, and itwas hard to learn there. The first
time I dropped in him. Itwas the eight foot bowl and I chopped

(42:53):
in on the worst like spot andI went straight to my shoulder and head
the eighth ball that had the kindof mini up on the front like the
back one like where it's like thepeanut bowl. Yea, the wooden one.
Yeah, dude, I ate somuch shit there. My first time
dropping in it was naughty. Butnow I can drop in though. Okay,
yeah, sick, you know whereto find me, Okay, I'll

(43:15):
hit you up. Well, trade, you can race raise my go cart
and I can skate your ramp. You can come skate my ramp. Catch
me, catch me on a goodday with my leg, catch me outside,
catch yeah, you catch me insideon my ramp. Okay, yeah,
yeah, oh yeah it's inside.No. Don't you have a skate
park in your backyard? I do? Yeah, dude, I seen all
the boys over there. I've neverI've never been over there. All the

(43:37):
boys, yeah, like Zeke andoh yeah yeah yeah those boys, yeah,
OTC guys. Yeah. Um,I mean it's it's usually you just
when our kids are home and thenthey bring crews over. Yeah. And
uh, honestly, I don't skatemuch back there now because I because like
with my leg, I can't runout of anything. Oh yeah, because

(43:58):
yeah, well just and so onmy vert ramp, I can nie slide
out if I fall, right,I see. But but if I'm in
the backyard, um, and ifI'm faced with baling and running out,
like, my leg won't work thatquickly or that reliably, and so I'm
definitely gonna get hurt in a differentway if I do that. So,
did you have surgery? Yeah?Yeah, I broke my femur. Yeah,

(44:22):
I got a titanium rod, holydude. And then my uh my
pelvis. I broke my pelvis aboutfifteen years ago, and um, they
could still see the crack in itwhen they like when they fix my leg.
No, when they went in andso they they reinforced it. So

(44:44):
like I got a one stop shop. Yeah, a little bonus. Yeah.
Yeah, like you fix my steeringand everything else. Hooked you up?
Yeah, So I feel I feellike it's it's strong, it's just
my muscles aren't there yet. Yeah. Yeah. And I haven't you tried
to surf? Do you cycle alittle bit? Yeah? Cycling is the

(45:04):
best. Yeah, Like that's howI got my knees back. Like I
used to tear my knees all thetime, and yeah, I gotta do
that more. But I tried tosurf and I can't pop up fast enough
to stay ahead of the too hardbecause you're gonna hurt yourself. Well,
I mean that was my task.Yeah. So a couple months ago,
I was it was kind of asmall day I went out soft top hard
board, now hard board. Ohyou gotta do the soft top? Are

(45:28):
you hard for soft tops? Iam dude, I love soft tops,
it's just much. I didn't haveone at the time, though. We'll
hit me up. I got softtops. Okay, if you go and
surf and let me know, Iwould love to be Okay. Yeah,
I was at Taramur. I wasjust trying to beat I was trying to
get back into it. Yeah, well, let me know if you do
it again, all right, I'llbe there for you, all right,
buddy, Hell yeah, thank you? All right? Are we done?
Questions? What what are they?Well? I'm curious. I feel like

(45:52):
you really were a big part ofcreating North County kate culture. I'm curious
changed from Okay, yeah, that'sa good question. How it's changed from
from my perspective? Should I requestion that? So so North County,
North County, San Diego. Yes, it used to be like pretty rebellious,

(46:14):
rebellious. Yeah, what happened toit now? Like what's going on
with the skate culture in North County? Right? I mean that's a hub
of skating, so skating in itselfis kind of rebellious, right, because
you skate forbidden spots and whatnot.Um, but when I was growing up,
especially when I lived there, skatingwas not cool, right, Like,

(46:35):
yes, there were some skaters, but you weren't really considered on par
with the surfers for sure. Yeah, Um, surfing was cool. Surfing
was cool, and skating wasn't andskating wasn't cool. So like I used
to, like I went to Iwent to San Diego. Yeah, my
freshman year, I had to hidemy skateboard because if I was carrying my
skateboard I would get hassled, damnrelentlessly, So I would like hide it

(46:57):
in the bushes. Uh it wasschoolball players or what. Yeah. Yeah,
the jocks, all the jocks.Yeah, and even even not jocks.
It was just like they thought skatingwas. They thought skating was more
like it was just a kids thing. Yeah, I see, It's like
a Christmas toy. Yeah. Sothere was one other skater in my school.

(47:20):
He and I got so hassled thatI ended up asking for a transfer.
So i'ment to toy Pines because Ilived kind of on the border at
the school districts. Because like Itold you about the short bus. Yeah,
and then he went to Army NavyAcademy. Okay, that's how that's
how fed up we were with ourexperience. He went to military because he's

(47:40):
like, I'm just gonna be equal, dude. So so what I'm trying
to say is now, and therewas only one skate park back then,
Delmar Skate Ranch. Now there's there'sthree skate parks in Carlsbad. There's four
an ocean side, you know whatI mean. It's just a totally different
up. Yeah, it's just adifferent era. And the kids choose to

(48:04):
skate as readily as they choose baseball, ye or surfing. And you know,
the household name of skateboarding is right, the household name, yeah,
Tony Hawk. Oh thank you yeafor real. I appreciate it. Everyone
thinks of skateboarding. They think ofyou. Oh well that's awesome. I
hope I do it justice, butthank you kill it. I appreciate it.
You're coming back from that that injury, like, like, you know,

(48:27):
I can't explain. I mean,I'm it's it's a bit more obsessive
than your savashion savage. I'm definitelypassion about skating, but I am also
obsessive and so I can't quit andyeah, and just improve. I'm skating
through this injury that I probably shouldn'tbe skating so much, but I can't
stop it. Yep. So what'sup with the kids now? What should

(48:49):
they do that? All the skateboardersnow where they're helmets, especially if they're
skating big stuff. Yeah, Imean, yeah, yes, I would
think I approve of helmets. Yeah, yeah, there we go, there
we go. What your kids do? I feel like there's so much opportunity
in skating. You don't have tobe the best skater, you don't have
to compete. You could just createyour own style, create your own direction,

(49:09):
create your own content, and makesomething freedom right there? I mean
yeah, you know, like youknow it just from what you were doing
before Jackass, right, Yeah, yeah, we kind of were. It
wasn't like you were following the surflea like what are we doing? Can
we do this? Like yeah, kind of felt we're doing stuff. We'd
get away with it and no onewould say anything, right right, Oh,

(49:30):
well we're good. I mean that'spretty much what Riley was doing around
the same time with with his crewwith chep Dogs. Ye, those guys
were up north County making their ownvideos. And that's what if you look
at that crew now, you knowwhat I mean. It's Figgy, it's
Stephen Lawyer, it's Riley, it'sthe best of the best. Yeah,
it's wild. And I like ittoo because they never changed. You know,

(49:52):
they never changed for anyone, right, They just kept kept it real
and kept it core. And Ithink that's what skating is about, like
keeping it core. It's very grounding. It's a great equal eye because Dogtown,
dude, those are the boys thatand Bent did it, you know,
like Vin did that rebellious style.Yes, yeah, rest in peace.
Jay Adams, Yes, you know. I got a good story about
Jay Adams before we before we leavego for I was at Sunset Beach and

(50:15):
we were both surfing, and ofcourse a wave came and he has priority,
you know, of course he haspriority. And he told me to
go and and I was behind himand we went on this bomb at Sunset
and we're dropping in him with him. Wow, dude, we dropped in
on this bomb and I remember gettingto the bottom and then saying, just

(50:36):

shit? And he got spit out? You mean you watched him disappear.
He made it. He made itout. And I ate ship through the
back, like out the back.Who can say they shared a barrel with
him? I don't know. Sothat's amazing. I've never told anyone this
story, Like people don't believe me, like I told the boys, like
Jamie and all the boys. Butyeah, like dude, it was the
sigkest thing ever. That's amazing becausehe looked back, he goes go.

(51:22):

Bill. It's one of those dayswhereas as you pull in and it's just
jacking up like huge. Yeah, and I just remember Jay in front of
me and he just I just remembereating ship behind him and he fuck,
it was so sick. What avision. Yeah, it was cool.
I'm jealous. That's amazing. Yeah, and I and I remember like coming
in, I was like, didJay make it out of that barrel?

(51:44):
And my filmer was like, yeah, of Chris, do you see me
behind that? He's like no,no, no, I believe. But
yeah, it was pretty It waspretty cool, dude. But yeah,
I rest in peace, Jay Adams. Yeah. But all right, twelve
o'clock. One more question. Okay, I'm curious about this document doctor give

(52:07):
a new documentary. Uh, therewas a documentary made on my life.
Yes, what's it? What's onHBO? It was in the works.
Well, Sam Jones, who directedit, he approached me roughly five years
ago about doing something and then kindof was just trying to get funding for

(52:29):
it and get interest for it.And then about two years ago it just
chose to do it himself, umand started shooting through COVID, So all
the interviews in the dock were shotduring covid um archive footage and uh,
it was a process for sure.Um, I have I have a whole

(52:52):
Uh, I have a giant roomof videotapes and stuff. And he actually
he kind of assigned someone to justgo through it. Dude. Yeah,
like that. It's about ten hoursa day, if more not more.
And then the little square tapes vhsof no and even like eight millimeter film

(53:13):
because my dad shot film. Ohno way, yeah you know it's nineteen
eighty wow. Um, so heknew what was he knew the future?
Yeah, he just and so theyfound a bunch of really good stuff.
Um. And then he put ittogether. And then there was this kind
of bidding war happening between HBO anda studio another network. Yeah, and

(53:34):
then HBO got it. And thenso it was released in uh in May.
I think, yeah, fuck,I don't I need to watch it?
What's it called Until the Wheels FallOff? Until the Wheels Fall Off?
HBO Tony Hawks new doc. Dude, it came. I didn't even
know about that, did you?I didn't expect you to, did you?
Did you? Did you promote itat all? I went to the
premiere. Yeah, I went, and they they've they've screened it at um

(53:58):
south By Southwest a week after Iput my leg. So I went there,
damn to the premiere. That wasthat was really hard. That was
really hard, dude, getting inand out of the cars and then getting
Yeah, the plane the plans theworst. It was the worst. Yeah,
dude, Then you got to getthe wheelchair. I didn't have a
wheelchair. I was. I madesure I did. Yeah. Yeah,

(54:22):
but it's it really sucked. Yeah, traveling sucks when you're injured. Yeah.
I was six days out from theinjury. Damn dude. Yeah,
how painful was that sucked? Holyshit? But he made it, made
it, and I mean it's gottengreat reviews and stuff, and so I
was saying, I was really thankfulthat Sam did it because he's he's he's
a legend. Yeah. Yeah, sick dude, that's awesome. Thank you.

(54:45):
So the wheels fall off, falloff, Let's get some Let's get
on some wheels. Let's go checkthis card out. Well, there you
have it, Thanks Tony. Youprobably noticed I interrupted a little less than
usual. I read comments people. Most of you are nice and understand what
we're trying to do here, anda lot of you are huge assholes.

(55:06):
I'm happy to report I'm not goinganywhere. You just might see me a
bit less, but I will notbe bullied into leaving. Entirely by the
way our deep teas resulted in poopiesbeing kicked out of the studio, he
left a joint on the ground somehowand it burned a hole in their carpet.
And also his dog peed on thecarpet, and Poopy's left it unattented,

(55:27):
both things. In fact, heleft unattended, so people, you'll
never see that studio or Poopy's inthat studio ever again. Stay shitty and
we'll see you next week. TheShittiest Podcast is produced by the World's Worst
