The Shurman Report

The Shurman Report

The Shurman Report is a live daily video/podcast of news with opinion from a broadcaster who knows how it’s done! Peter Shurman has been in the business of talk radio and broadcast management for well over 50 years. Trends come and go as do the media people use. Today, the internet brings you video and audio with no restrictions. Peter never minces words and tells you exactly what’s on his mind. In fact, using the internet over broadcast simply widens one’s ability to self-express! The world contributes the raw material…Peter Shurman gives it his spin. Monday to Friday 5pm for The Shurman Report live videocast on Facebook, X, YouTube and LinkedIn. Daily video posts to YouTube. If video isn’t easy for you (say, for example, you’re driving!), the audio portion can be found on Apple and Spotify or any other podcast site you choose.

I’m proud of the work that went into it because we have fulfilled that dream…we’ve even generated a reasonably sized audience, ...

And do we vote parties in when election time comes around or toss them out. Good discussion. Before we do any of that I’ll have...

A group of Liberal Members of Parliament have approached the House of Commons Foreign Affairs Committee with the idea of negotiating with the Palestinians with a view to creating a Palestinian state. These must be incredibly dense people. How many times have you been told a "two-state' solution is unacceptable...and despite that, they'd negotiate with whomever represents Palestinians and not Israel. It's amazing to see all of the h...

Montreal and Central Winnipeg held by-elections last evening. While Elmwood-Tascona in Winnipeg remained NDP as it has historically been, the plurality was cut from about 10000 over their nearest rival the Conservatives, The difference is stark…now only 1200 votes.
