Uma prisão de nova jersey tornou-se alvo de grande polemica após uma mulher trans / transgênero ter engravidado outras mulheres presas da mesma prisão. Bom sabes que nesta mesma cadeia foi permitido 27 indivíduos que se identificam como mulheres cumprirem pena em uma cadeia feminina o que resultou em varias dezenas de mulheres gravidas.
Bom relembrar que desde 2021, Nova Jersey permite que detentas possam cumprir pena em cadeias que estejam de acordo com sua identidade de gênero e eis o resultado.
