Rapper Young Thug continua a ser dado como chefe da "organização criminosa" e voltou a ter a sua fiança negada pelo juiz devido as seguintes alegações:
risco de voo, ameaça para comunidade, adulteração de testemunhas etc...
Apesar de ter contado com testemunhas como jovem de 15 anos Corie Jackson, qual jurou ter tido em Young Thug um mentor de sucesso e Kevin Liles CEO e co-founder da 300 Entertainment, o juiz não se deixou levar preferindo negar a fiança a Young thug ja que ele é visto pelo o procurador de justiça como o King da "gang" YSL.
Rapper Gunna também teve fiança negada e encontra-se na mesma situação que Young Thug visto que foi dado como "numero 2" de young Thug ("King da gang YSL").
