Christy Hutcherson, who the lastepisode she told us about a
very interesting ghost story, ahaunted house that she lived in
for less than a year and I thinkmost people, if they live in a
haunted house, a year or less isprobably as much as they can

stand, depending on thecircumstances.
So she lasted almost a year.
So kudos to her for that, herand her boyfriend, stephen.
And now Chrissy is with usagain today to tell us about yet
another supernaturalsupernatural.

I call it a supernatural story,or maybe just an incident that
happens more than we care totalk about, and that is UFO
sightings.
She has one of those.
I don't have one of those in mylife.
I've always wished I did, justbecause I think most people want
to see something.
I've seen a few things, forsure, but that is something I
haven't seen.
So I'm looking forward totalking to Christy about her
experience and so, withoutfurther ado, christy, tell us
(02:30):
your story about your UFOexperience.
Speaker 3 (02:33):
Wow, yeah, well, to be real with you, I've got the
initial one, the hallmark one,and then subsequent ones, so
I'll tell you all of them.
Okay, I grew up in Georgia.
I was born in California.
My parents are from Oklahoma.
My dad worked for Lockheed, sohe worked on a lot of
interesting projects that wereyou know for lack of a better

word saying it top secret.
You couldn't talk about them.
Speaker 2 (02:57):
Right.
Speaker 3 (02:57):
Experimental aircraft and stuff.
When we had moved fromCalifornia to Georgia, we lived
in a place called Dallas,Georgia, Alden County.
Yep had moved from Californiato Georgia.
We lived in a place calledDallas, Georgia, Alden County,
and back in those days it wasvery rural, so we lived on a
dirt road out in the middle ofnowhere.
I mean, you're talking about acouple other houses, fields
filled with cows now, and thennot always having cows Creek
(03:21):
with a big wooden bridge over itthat we used to play at all the
time as kids.
Speaker 2 (03:23):
In case you're wondering, as we're doing this
podcast, there's a helicopterflying overhead as soon as she
starts talking about UFOs, so itcould be that she knows more
than she should be saying.
And they're listening.
They are Go ahead, sorry.
Speaker 3 (03:35):
So no, it was great.
So you know, I'm like a kid andI'm the youngest of five girls,
so my immediate sister is abouta year and a half older than me
, and then the other one, mymiddle sister's, four and a half
years older, so I don't knowwhere we were this night.
Okay, so, because this is, Imust have been 10 or 11.
We'd gone out.
My parents were at home, uh,and my sister, kitty, was
(03:56):
driving.
She was 16, sarah was about 12and a half, something like that.
I'm 10, 11, something like that.
So we're coming back and we'redriving down the road
Ta-da-da-da-da-da, you know what, like we always do, the
down-the-dirt road topping thislittle hill.
Down below is the wooden bridgeon the way to our house.
As soon as we topped that hill,as I mentioned, we lived out in
(04:17):
the middle of nowhere, cows, afew houses.
Speaker 2 (04:21):
This is at night.
Speaker 3 (04:22):
Yeah, it was at night , Okay okay, Nighttime it was,
you know, dark as it could bebecause it was out in the middle
of the country.
Speaker 2 (04:27):
Clear sky as far as I know.
Okay, as far as I know, okay.
Speaker 3 (04:31):
So we top that hill and all of a sudden now you've
got to remember, I used to playit down at this- creek where the
time, so I knew it intimatelyyeah, top the hill and we see
what looks like is above thetree line very tall pines, two
car headlights just hovering twojust look like two car
(04:53):
headlights, literally like a carhovering above the tree lines
separated or together just likelike two headlights okay, like
if you were to turn a car in theair upside down, or or just
have it up in the air vertical,where the where the lights are
shining down.
It looked like that it lookedlike that okay trying to get a
visual exactly, yeah okay, so Imean literally.
(05:15):
It's as if you were.
The car was in front of us.
Just place it way up in thetrees how big would you say
these lights were?
Speaker 2 (05:22):
well, it looked like two circle lights like if you
would get were guess like 10feet wide, 20 feet, 100 feet.
Speaker 3 (05:29):
Looked just literally like a car light.
Speaker 2 (05:31):
Really Mm-hmm, so small.
Speaker 3 (05:33):
Yeah, small.
Speaker 2 (05:34):
Two, okay, okay, yeah , all right.
Speaker 3 (05:37):
So we stopped and just stared at it.
Yeah, because that's odd.
Speaker 2 (05:44):
Mm-hmm no sound.
Speaker 3 (05:46):
No sound.
That's the other key thing.
Okay, because again, there'snothing.
There's no poles out there,it's just a field.
Speaker 2 (05:52):
Just above the trees.
Speaker 3 (05:53):
Right above the trees .
Two lights.
Speaker 2 (05:55):
Nothing above nothing .
It just looks like two lights.
Speaker 3 (05:58):
Yeah, and you can't even see what it's attached to,
because it was so dark.
Speaker 2 (06:01):
Right right, pitch black, pitch black, Two lights
okay, so we're just sittingthere looking at it yeah.
Speaker 3 (06:07):
And I wasn't afraid.
Yeah, but you would think Iwould be.
That's what's weird.
Speaker 2 (06:13):
A lot of people.
Maybe it depends on whathappens next.
Yes, so what happened next?
Speaker 3 (06:19):
Then what happened?
So we're staring at that andwe're all trying to figure out
why it's there.
Sarah says is somebody playinga prank on us?
And we're just all trying tohypothesize.
Speaker 2 (06:31):
And they're not moving.
They're just in the same spot,they're just hovering, yeah.
Speaker 3 (06:35):
And then all of a sudden we said are they making
any noise?
I can't remember who said thatI may have said it Right.
And then kitty turned off thecar to just to listen, and we
did that and we heard nothingand that's all we remember.
Now go forward in time about 18years okay I'm in an acting
(06:56):
class because I mentioned I didacting.
So in this acting class that Iwas in, it was standard practice
.
It you'd go rehearse your scenewith your scene partner at his
place or their place and thenthey'd come to yours.
Speaker 2 (07:08):
So this time I had to go to his.
I've done that a couple oftimes, so I get that yes.
Speaker 3 (07:11):
So I had to go meet him at his apartment and
practice the scene there.
So I walk in and this guy's gotUFO posters everywhere.
He is a fan.
Speaker 2 (07:22):
He's an enthusiast.
Speaker 3 (07:24):
It's just everywhere.
I'm cracking up Because by thistime, you know, I'm a video
producer during the day, I'macting at night, I'm married at
the time.
I'm just, you know, likethinking this is kind of funny
and kind of kitschy.
So at some point in the evening, as we're rehearsing, I say, do
you mind if I use your restroom?
He goes, sure, I go in.
And I kid you guys not.
(07:46):
While I'm in the bathroom, thememory of what I just told you
just fell back into my being.
I can't even explain to you.
It went thump and I went huh,because I just was laughing at
him being.
I had no memory.
And then all of a sudden mymemory came back.
So I come out of the bathroomand I'm freaking out.
I'm like you know it was backin the days when we didn't have
(08:06):
cell phones.
I'm like, can I use your phone?
Oh, yeah, sure.
I called Kitty first, theoldest sister, and I went oh, my
God, do you remember this, this, this, this and this?
She goes, yeah, but not untilnow.
I just remembered it.
But not until now.
I just remembered it.
Okay, click, call Sarah.
Sarah, do you remember this,this and this?
Yeah, but not until now.
(08:28):
Click, none of us remembered ituntil I remembered it, but as
soon as I remembered it, theyremembered it.
Speaker 2 (08:36):
Hmm, now, that's interesting, it's weird.
Speaker 3 (08:38):
And here's what's odd None of us remember where we
went.
I don't remember what happenedafter she turned off the engine.
I don't remember going home,don't remember telling my mom
and dad, don't remember tellingany friends.
I was a big mouth kid.
Yeah, okay so.
Speaker 2 (08:51):
You would have told everyone.
Speaker 3 (08:52):
I would have been Right.
I don't remember.
None of us remember anything,so I, to this day, don't know,
and this has been part of mything as an adult.
Ever since then I've beentrying to figure out what
happened.
I've been trying to figure thisout.
I've I've researched this, I'veI've reached out to different
(09:15):
people who've had theseencounters.
So that's the initial thingthat happened.
Okay, so fast forward in time alittle bit again.
The year was about 2003 or 4.
I'm out in Lake Altoona camping.
We're at Top Mountain, soPoo-loo-loo-lee was there and I
was camping with a friend and wewere.
(09:36):
We got there late so we weresetting up the tent kind of late
and there was nobody else thereand so the camp spot was just
like there's a lake, I meanthere's the spot, and then
there's the lake, and then farbeyond that is the Corps of
Engineers.
There's no homes there, sothere's just trees.
So we're literally putting upthe tent and all this stuff.
(09:57):
But you know, when you kind ofnotice something out of the
corner of your eye, like's hewas looking at me, we both at
the same time turned and lookedand they're racing from behind
the trees over the water, justhovered.
It's just a light, just singlelight, and then, just as fast as
(10:18):
it came over, it went rightback sounds very much like an
orb.
Speaker 2 (10:22):
Yeah, it was really weird so that's interesting
because there are stories ofalmost like a mass hypnosis I
(10:43):
say mass where a whole group ofpeople will see something, and
I'm sure there's a word for this, but it's not coming to my mind
If it is like a mass hypnosis,that they see something and then
everyone forgets about it andthen later in life they all
remember it.
I've heard of that, oh aboutthe earlier event.
Yeah, People that listen to thiswill.
(11:05):
Probably someone willunderstand what this is.
Cannot, that the term, the termcannot, will not come to me
right now, but that is, that issomething that happens to people
.
Um, that's interesting, my dad.
That reminds me of a story mydad told.
My dad was never a big talkerabout supernatural stuff.
He wasn't a big talker abouthis life anyway, but I remember
(11:26):
him telling me a story.
My dad, at one time when I wasa kid, was a preacher and he
would travel and preach indifferent towns, and one of his
preacher friends he and hisfriend were traveling one night
down this country road.
I don't know what part of thecountry they were in, I don't
remember that, but I rememberhim saying that they were
(11:48):
driving down this road, it wasjust black, it was a country
road, just dark.
And in the distance theynoticed a light in the sky, just
a light, a ball of light, andthey didn't think anything about
it.
It was a lot bigger than a star, big, big ball of light in the
sky.
And he said they were talkingand driving, but as they got
(12:09):
closer they noticed it would getbigger and bigger and bigger.
Speaker 3 (12:12):
Wow.
Speaker 2 (12:12):
Turns out, what it was doing was getting closer to
the Earth.
So he said, they got so far, towhere they both started
noticing this light, this bigball of light, and eventually it
just landed in the road infront of them.
Not really transparent, just aball of light.
Okay great.
So he said we didn't know whatto do and we stopped the car.
(12:34):
We did not go any further.
No one else was on the road,but this ball of light.
Imagine this pitch blackcountry road fields on both
sides, and in the middle of theroad, this two-lane road,
there's just a big light.
What do you do?
Try to go through it, get outand investigate.
What do you do?
It just sits there, nothing.
No, no rhyme or reason now,that's a ufo and so it could be.
(12:54):
So he said what they did becausethey were preachers.
I suppose they took it.
They looked at each other andtook it as a sign from god,
saying we need to turn aroundand go the other way.
Get back, go back.
So they did it was such astrong influence on them at that
moment that they turned aroundand went the other way.
They just decided we can't gothrough it.
And he said in the rear viewthey could see it go back up so
(13:20):
what?
that is.
I don't know, my dad's not oneto talk about that stuff at all.
I forget why he even talkedabout it.
Speaker 3 (13:25):
That's very interesting, but I remember that
story from him.
Speaker 2 (13:28):
I've never experienced anything like that
personally, what I haveexperienced one time.
This is in an introductoryepisode of the podcast.
Yes, I talked about having afew really mind-blowing
incidents in my life.
The ghost as a kid was one, andanother one was I was working,
(13:50):
uh, as an electrician.
I was where.
I was a young electricianworking with another electrician
.
I was the.
I was driving the truck, theservice truck.
It was a rainy morning.
We were backing out of the shop, the shop backed up the front
of the entrance of the shop thatwe worked at, backed up onto a
fairly busy road.
So you had to be carefulbacking out and look both ways
(14:13):
to make sure no one hit you,that you had a clear spot to
back out, a clear space, clearlane.
So we did this.
You did this routine everymorning.
So we did this.
You did this routine everymorning.
Well, one morning, I don't know,my mind was in space.
I just wasn't thinking.
I backed out rather quickly,just without thinking.
I had him beside me and it wasme sitting in the driver's side,
(14:35):
and out of my peripheral I sawa truck coming, a pickup truck,
just speeding down the road, andI backed, backed out into the
road and there's no doubt it wasgoing to hit me on my side hard
, so much so to where I bracedfor impact.
I remember grabbing thesteering wheel and just there's
nothing I can do at this point,I'm just ready for the impact.
(14:56):
And the guy sitting beside mealso noticed it and flinched.
All this happened in a secondright.
It's very quickly.
Speaker 3 (15:06):
Wow.
Speaker 2 (15:07):
But I swear, this is the weirdest thing.
I swear to God, this was soweird.
I the the truck.
I saw it coming.
I remember like I didn't reallyclose my eyes, but I squinted
and I braced for impact and atthe moment of of impact I just
felt this like rush, almost likewind blowing past you and
(15:29):
nothing happened what did theguy say next to you?
Speaker 3 (15:32):
oh, he was in shock too.
Speaker 2 (15:33):
He was just like what just happened.
I said I don't know what justhappened and the weird part is I
don't, I can't tell you if I Inever looked to the right to see
if the truck was oh yeah but itwas so weird that that happened
so much where I had to stop fora minute and collect myself.
I'm like what just happened tous?
We should be smashed right now.
(15:53):
Was it a truck?
Was it my imagination?
But he felt it too and I saw it.
I saw it coming and I bracedand then I just felt you feel
that rush and nothing it's likea ghost child.
Part of you is like did I die?
Is this what happens when I youknow you die?
You're just sitting here likenothing happened.
Speaker 3 (16:13):
That makes sense though because a lot of people
have said that before wherethey've come out and hovered and
it's crazy seeing themselves inone episode.
Speaker 2 (16:20):
Now there have been some other things that have
happened to me too, and one or acouple were extreme deja vu
episodes which, to this day, oneof them impacts me pretty hard
if I talk about it.
But those were, and there are alot of people that share
similar stories.
That's why I wanted to hearyour ghost story from last
(16:40):
episode, that's why I wanted tohear your UFO story from this
episode, and in the future wewill have a lot more of these
type stories.

Um, you know, I'm hearing you talking to about
your faith and I'm I amchristian.
Uh, now, when I was coming up,my my I used to call our family
Freestyle Christian because wedidn't really practice it.
I, you know, subsequently wenton to marry somebody who's
Jewish was in his family for awhile, came to really understand
(18:44):
it culturally and from theirpoint of view it was very
interesting being in that family.
But then I actually became thisNew Age wanderer.
I mean I went to the Himalayasfor a trek.
I then I actually became thisNew Age wanderer.
I mean I went to the Himalayasfor a trek.
I wanted to see if I could findGod there.
I went to Thailand to domeditation.
You know I was seeking Let mejust put it that way.

But I have now, funny enough,come back around to become a
believer in Jesus Christ becauseof certain things that have
happened, and it's funny to mebecause it was the last thing I
wanted to believe honestly.
So, um, but I've got a weirdstory about how that even came
about.
So I mean, I don't know.
I've had a lot of paranormalstuff.
(19:27):
I don't understand it.
Um, it is weird when you doshare it with other people and
they haven't Um, but it just iswhat it is.
I just got to deal with it.

Speaking of your Christian faith, our next
episode, if everything lines upcorrectly, we will have a
preacher on.
He's a preacher of theChristian faith, and one thing I
want to pick his brain about isthe UFO phenomenon that you and
I have been talking about inthis episode.

In my opinion, the Bible hasseveral places in it that talk
about UFOs.
For sure, yeah, for sure, fromfiery chariots to the Nephilim.
Of course you could go back tothe chariots of fire in the sky.
You could go back to angelstraveling around, coming out of

the sky, coming down to earth asmuch as people that are of the
Christian faith like to noteveryone, I'm not going to put
everyone in the same boat, butthere are a lot of them that if
you start talking to them aboutufos and premonitions and other
supernatural phenomena, theywant to automatically tell you

oh, that's not, that's not whatI believe.
But you kind of do.
You kind of do you believe in agod, you believe in a christ
that comes down from the sky,you believe that he's ascended
back you believe that youbelieve a lot of the similar
things that people claim to see,just maybe not in the same,
maybe not with the samecharacter that you believe in,

but there have been a lot ofpeople that have believed in
similar things.
By the way, other faiths arevery similar to the christian
faith, which leads me to believethat a lot of people in history
saw a lot of similar things.
So there's got to be somethingto the UFOs, there's got to be
something to spirits.
When you have biblicalcharacters fighting demons who
(21:24):
just will rip through you likeyou're nothing, that's
interesting.
Speaker 3 (21:29):
It is interesting and I agree with you, Billy,
because you know, you justtouched on it and I think this
is what's so funny.
We have all of these films andstuff from Star Wars to you know
that talk about this fightbetween good and evil.
I mean, to me the Bible is, nowthat I've become more familiar
(21:50):
with it it's been seven yearssince I've been saved but the
more I read it, the more it's sosupernatural.
It's the most amazingsupernatural kind of book that
there is.
So it's funny that you'resaying this about this, because
a lot of times Christians, theywant to close down, but if you
think about the rapture, if thatisn't going to blow your mind,
(22:10):
I don't know what would, Becausethat's going to be a game
changer and there are so manythings I feel like that are
happening beyond the scene thatactually the unseen the bible
talks about the unseen beingmuch more real than the scene.
Speaker 2 (22:24):
Yeah, so you know, once you kind of you know, allow
yourself to be open to that Iwould, oh yeah, speaking of our
UFO, keeping to our UFO theme, Iwould argue that aliens
themselves, or that angelsthemselves, are aliens of some
sort.
They would be.
Anything that comes fromanother universe or from another

spot in space in the heavens isnot of this world.

That's going to be an interesting episode that we'll

These are things that I've seenbiblically.
They have in the and the.
The bible talks about dinosaurs, ghost spirits, witches, aliens

Spirits, witches, aliens, ufos,zombies.
It talks about everything itreally does.
It really does.
It talks about all that.
I would even say that a lot ofmovies that are made get their
ideas from the faiths, from thedifferent faiths, whether it's
the Quran, the Bible, hinduism.
All of these things add to themystique of the life that we

live and that people findinteresting.

I call it a supernatural story,or maybe just an incident that
happens more than we care totalk about, and that is UFO
sightings.
She has one of those.
I don't have one of those in mylife.
I've always wished I did, justbecause I think most people want
to see something.
I've seen a few things, forsure, but that is something I
haven't seen.
So I'm looking forward totalking to Christy about her
experience and so, withoutfurther ado, christy, tell us
(02:30):
your story about your UFOexperience.
Speaker 3 (02:33):
Wow, yeah, well, to be real with you, I've got the
initial one, the hallmark one,and then subsequent ones, so
I'll tell you all of them.
Okay, I grew up in Georgia.
I was born in California.
My parents are from Oklahoma.
My dad worked for Lockheed, sohe worked on a lot of
interesting projects that wereyou know for lack of a better
(02:54):
word saying it top secret.
You couldn't talk about them.
Speaker 2 (02:57):
Right.
Speaker 3 (02:57):
Experimental aircraft and stuff.
When we had moved fromCalifornia to Georgia, we lived
in a place called Dallas,Georgia, Alden County.
Yep had moved from Californiato Georgia.
We lived in a place calledDallas, Georgia, Alden County,
and back in those days it wasvery rural, so we lived on a
dirt road out in the middle ofnowhere.
I mean, you're talking about acouple other houses, fields
filled with cows now, and thennot always having cows Creek
(03:21):
with a big wooden bridge over itthat we used to play at all the
time as kids.
Speaker 2 (03:23):
In case you're wondering, as we're doing this
podcast, there's a helicopterflying overhead as soon as she
starts talking about UFOs, so itcould be that she knows more
than she should be saying.
And they're listening.
They are Go ahead, sorry.
Speaker 3 (03:35):
So no, it was great.
So you know, I'm like a kid andI'm the youngest of five girls,
so my immediate sister is abouta year and a half older than me
, and then the other one, mymiddle sister's, four and a half
years older, so I don't knowwhere we were this night.
Okay, so, because this is, Imust have been 10 or 11.
We'd gone out.
My parents were at home, uh,and my sister, kitty, was
(03:56):
driving.
She was 16, sarah was about 12and a half, something like that.
I'm 10, 11, something like that.
So we're coming back and we'redriving down the road
Ta-da-da-da-da-da, you know what, like we always do, the
down-the-dirt road topping thislittle hill.
Down below is the wooden bridgeon the way to our house.
As soon as we topped that hill,as I mentioned, we lived out in
(04:17):
the middle of nowhere, cows, afew houses.
Speaker 2 (04:21):
This is at night.
Speaker 3 (04:22):
Yeah, it was at night , Okay okay, Nighttime it was,
you know, dark as it could bebecause it was out in the middle
of the country.
Speaker 2 (04:27):
Clear sky as far as I know.
Okay, as far as I know, okay.
Speaker 3 (04:31):
So we top that hill and all of a sudden now you've
got to remember, I used to playit down at this- creek where the
time, so I knew it intimatelyyeah, top the hill and we see
what looks like is above thetree line very tall pines, two
car headlights just hovering twojust look like two car
(04:53):
headlights, literally like a carhovering above the tree lines
separated or together just likelike two headlights okay, like
if you were to turn a car in theair upside down, or or just
have it up in the air vertical,where the where the lights are
shining down.
It looked like that it lookedlike that okay trying to get a
visual exactly, yeah okay, so Imean literally.
(05:15):
It's as if you were.
The car was in front of us.
Just place it way up in thetrees how big would you say
these lights were?
Speaker 2 (05:22):
well, it looked like two circle lights like if you
would get were guess like 10feet wide, 20 feet, 100 feet.
Speaker 3 (05:29):
Looked just literally like a car light.
Speaker 2 (05:31):
Really Mm-hmm, so small.
Speaker 3 (05:33):
Yeah, small.
Speaker 2 (05:34):
Two, okay, okay, yeah , all right.
Speaker 3 (05:37):
So we stopped and just stared at it.
Yeah, because that's odd.
Speaker 2 (05:44):
Mm-hmm no sound.
Speaker 3 (05:46):
No sound.
That's the other key thing.
Okay, because again, there'snothing.
There's no poles out there,it's just a field.
Speaker 2 (05:52):
Just above the trees.
Speaker 3 (05:53):
Right above the trees .
Two lights.
Speaker 2 (05:55):
Nothing above nothing .
It just looks like two lights.
Speaker 3 (05:58):
Yeah, and you can't even see what it's attached to,
because it was so dark.
Speaker 2 (06:01):
Right right, pitch black, pitch black, Two lights
okay, so we're just sittingthere looking at it yeah.
Speaker 3 (06:07):
And I wasn't afraid.
Yeah, but you would think Iwould be.
That's what's weird.
Speaker 2 (06:13):
A lot of people.
Maybe it depends on whathappens next.
Yes, so what happened next?
Speaker 3 (06:19):
Then what happened?
So we're staring at that andwe're all trying to figure out
why it's there.
Sarah says is somebody playinga prank on us?
And we're just all trying tohypothesize.
Speaker 2 (06:31):
And they're not moving.
They're just in the same spot,they're just hovering, yeah.
Speaker 3 (06:35):
And then all of a sudden we said are they making
any noise?
I can't remember who said thatI may have said it Right.
And then kitty turned off thecar to just to listen, and we
did that and we heard nothingand that's all we remember.
Now go forward in time about 18years okay I'm in an acting
(06:56):
class because I mentioned I didacting.
So in this acting class that Iwas in, it was standard practice
.
It you'd go rehearse your scenewith your scene partner at his
place or their place and thenthey'd come to yours.
Speaker 2 (07:08):
So this time I had to go to his.
I've done that a couple oftimes, so I get that yes.
Speaker 3 (07:11):
So I had to go meet him at his apartment and
practice the scene there.
So I walk in and this guy's gotUFO posters everywhere.
He is a fan.
Speaker 2 (07:22):
He's an enthusiast.
Speaker 3 (07:24):
It's just everywhere.
I'm cracking up Because by thistime, you know, I'm a video
producer during the day, I'macting at night, I'm married at
the time.
I'm just, you know, likethinking this is kind of funny
and kind of kitschy.
So at some point in the evening, as we're rehearsing, I say, do
you mind if I use your restroom?
He goes, sure, I go in.
And I kid you guys not.
(07:46):
While I'm in the bathroom, thememory of what I just told you
just fell back into my being.
I can't even explain to you.
It went thump and I went huh,because I just was laughing at
him being.
I had no memory.
And then all of a sudden mymemory came back.
So I come out of the bathroomand I'm freaking out.
I'm like you know it was backin the days when we didn't have
(08:06):
cell phones.
I'm like, can I use your phone?
Oh, yeah, sure.
I called Kitty first, theoldest sister, and I went oh, my
God, do you remember this, this, this, this and this?
She goes, yeah, but not untilnow.
I just remembered it.
But not until now.
I just remembered it.
Okay, click, call Sarah.
Sarah, do you remember this,this and this?
Yeah, but not until now.
(08:28):
Click, none of us remembered ituntil I remembered it, but as
soon as I remembered it, theyremembered it.
Speaker 2 (08:36):
Hmm, now, that's interesting, it's weird.
Speaker 3 (08:38):
And here's what's odd None of us remember where we
went.
I don't remember what happenedafter she turned off the engine.
I don't remember going home,don't remember telling my mom
and dad, don't remember tellingany friends.
I was a big mouth kid.
Yeah, okay so.
Speaker 2 (08:51):
You would have told everyone.
Speaker 3 (08:52):
I would have been Right.
I don't remember.
None of us remember anything,so I, to this day, don't know,
and this has been part of mything as an adult.
Ever since then I've beentrying to figure out what
happened.
I've been trying to figure thisout.
I've I've researched this, I'veI've reached out to different
(09:15):
people who've had theseencounters.
So that's the initial thingthat happened.
Okay, so fast forward in time alittle bit again.
The year was about 2003 or 4.
I'm out in Lake Altoona camping.
We're at Top Mountain, soPoo-loo-loo-lee was there and I
was camping with a friend and wewere.
(09:36):
We got there late so we weresetting up the tent kind of late
and there was nobody else thereand so the camp spot was just
like there's a lake, I meanthere's the spot, and then
there's the lake, and then farbeyond that is the Corps of
Engineers.
There's no homes there, sothere's just trees.
So we're literally putting upthe tent and all this stuff.
(09:57):
But you know, when you kind ofnotice something out of the
corner of your eye, like's hewas looking at me, we both at
the same time turned and lookedand they're racing from behind
the trees over the water, justhovered.
It's just a light, just singlelight, and then, just as fast as
(10:18):
it came over, it went rightback sounds very much like an
orb.
Speaker 2 (10:22):
Yeah, it was really weird so that's interesting
because there are stories ofalmost like a mass hypnosis I
(10:43):
say mass where a whole group ofpeople will see something, and
I'm sure there's a word for this, but it's not coming to my mind
If it is like a mass hypnosis,that they see something and then
everyone forgets about it andthen later in life they all
remember it.
I've heard of that, oh aboutthe earlier event.
Yeah, People that listen to thiswill.
(11:05):
Probably someone willunderstand what this is.
Cannot, that the term, the termcannot, will not come to me
right now, but that is, that issomething that happens to people
.
Um, that's interesting, my dad.
That reminds me of a story mydad told.
My dad was never a big talkerabout supernatural stuff.
He wasn't a big talker abouthis life anyway, but I remember
(11:26):
him telling me a story.
My dad, at one time when I wasa kid, was a preacher and he
would travel and preach indifferent towns, and one of his
preacher friends he and hisfriend were traveling one night
down this country road.
I don't know what part of thecountry they were in, I don't
remember that, but I rememberhim saying that they were
(11:48):
driving down this road, it wasjust black, it was a country
road, just dark.
And in the distance theynoticed a light in the sky, just
a light, a ball of light, andthey didn't think anything about
it.
It was a lot bigger than a star, big, big ball of light in the
sky.
And he said they were talkingand driving, but as they got
(12:09):
closer they noticed it would getbigger and bigger and bigger.
Speaker 3 (12:12):
Wow.
Speaker 2 (12:12):
Turns out, what it was doing was getting closer to
the Earth.
So he said, they got so far, towhere they both started
noticing this light, this bigball of light, and eventually it
just landed in the road infront of them.
Not really transparent, just aball of light.
Okay great.
So he said we didn't know whatto do and we stopped the car.
(12:34):
We did not go any further.
No one else was on the road,but this ball of light.
Imagine this pitch blackcountry road fields on both
sides, and in the middle of theroad, this two-lane road,
there's just a big light.
What do you do?
Try to go through it, get outand investigate.
What do you do?
It just sits there, nothing.
No, no rhyme or reason now,that's a ufo and so it could be.
(12:54):
So he said what they did becausethey were preachers.
I suppose they took it.
They looked at each other andtook it as a sign from god,
saying we need to turn aroundand go the other way.
Get back, go back.
So they did it was such astrong influence on them at that
moment that they turned aroundand went the other way.
They just decided we can't gothrough it.
And he said in the rear viewthey could see it go back up so
(13:20):
what?
that is.
I don't know, my dad's not oneto talk about that stuff at all.
I forget why he even talkedabout it.
Speaker 3 (13:25):
That's very interesting, but I remember that
story from him.
Speaker 2 (13:28):
I've never experienced anything like that
personally, what I haveexperienced one time.
This is in an introductoryepisode of the podcast.
Yes, I talked about having afew really mind-blowing
incidents in my life.
The ghost as a kid was one, andanother one was I was working,
(13:50):
uh, as an electrician.
I was where.
I was a young electricianworking with another electrician
.
I was the.
I was driving the truck, theservice truck.
It was a rainy morning.
We were backing out of the shop, the shop backed up the front
of the entrance of the shop thatwe worked at, backed up onto a
fairly busy road.
So you had to be carefulbacking out and look both ways
(14:13):
to make sure no one hit you,that you had a clear spot to
back out, a clear space, clearlane.
So we did this.
You did this routine everymorning.
So we did this.
You did this routine everymorning.
Well, one morning, I don't know,my mind was in space.
I just wasn't thinking.
I backed out rather quickly,just without thinking.
I had him beside me and it wasme sitting in the driver's side,
(14:35):
and out of my peripheral I sawa truck coming, a pickup truck,
just speeding down the road, andI backed, backed out into the
road and there's no doubt it wasgoing to hit me on my side hard
, so much so to where I bracedfor impact.
I remember grabbing thesteering wheel and just there's
nothing I can do at this point,I'm just ready for the impact.
(14:56):
And the guy sitting beside mealso noticed it and flinched.
All this happened in a secondright.
It's very quickly.
Speaker 3 (15:06):
Wow.
Speaker 2 (15:07):
But I swear, this is the weirdest thing.
I swear to God, this was soweird.
I the the truck.
I saw it coming.
I remember like I didn't reallyclose my eyes, but I squinted
and I braced for impact and atthe moment of of impact I just
felt this like rush, almost likewind blowing past you and
(15:29):
nothing happened what did theguy say next to you?
Speaker 3 (15:32):
oh, he was in shock too.
Speaker 2 (15:33):
He was just like what just happened.
I said I don't know what justhappened and the weird part is I
don't, I can't tell you if I Inever looked to the right to see
if the truck was oh yeah but itwas so weird that that happened
so much where I had to stop fora minute and collect myself.
I'm like what just happened tous?
We should be smashed right now.
(15:53):
Was it a truck?
Was it my imagination?
But he felt it too and I saw it.
I saw it coming and I bracedand then I just felt you feel
that rush and nothing it's likea ghost child.
Part of you is like did I die?
Is this what happens when I youknow you die?
You're just sitting here likenothing happened.
Speaker 3 (16:13):
That makes sense though because a lot of people
have said that before wherethey've come out and hovered and
it's crazy seeing themselves inone episode.
Speaker 2 (16:20):
Now there have been some other things that have
happened to me too, and one or acouple were extreme deja vu
episodes which, to this day, oneof them impacts me pretty hard
if I talk about it.
But those were, and there are alot of people that share
similar stories.
That's why I wanted to hearyour ghost story from last
(16:40):
episode, that's why I wanted tohear your UFO story from this
episode, and in the future wewill have a lot more of these
type stories.

Um, you know, I'm hearing you talking to about
your faith and I'm I amchristian.
Uh, now, when I was coming up,my my I used to call our family
Freestyle Christian because wedidn't really practice it.
I, you know, subsequently wenton to marry somebody who's
Jewish was in his family for awhile, came to really understand
(18:44):
it culturally and from theirpoint of view it was very
interesting being in that family.
But then I actually became thisNew Age wanderer.
I mean I went to the Himalayasfor a trek.
I then I actually became thisNew Age wanderer.
I mean I went to the Himalayasfor a trek.
I wanted to see if I could findGod there.
I went to Thailand to domeditation.
You know I was seeking Let mejust put it that way.
(19:07):
But I have now, funny enough,come back around to become a
believer in Jesus Christ becauseof certain things that have
happened, and it's funny to mebecause it was the last thing I
wanted to believe honestly.
So, um, but I've got a weirdstory about how that even came
about.
So I mean, I don't know.
I've had a lot of paranormalstuff.
(19:27):
I don't understand it.
Um, it is weird when you doshare it with other people and
they haven't Um, but it just iswhat it is.
I just got to deal with it.
Speaker 2 (19:36):
Speaking of your Christian faith, our next
episode, if everything lines upcorrectly, we will have a
preacher on.
He's a preacher of theChristian faith, and one thing I
want to pick his brain about isthe UFO phenomenon that you and
I have been talking about inthis episode.

In my opinion, the Bible hasseveral places in it that talk
about UFOs.
For sure, yeah, for sure, fromfiery chariots to the Nephilim.
Of course you could go back tothe chariots of fire in the sky.
You could go back to angelstraveling around, coming out of

the sky, coming down to earth asmuch as people that are of the
Christian faith like to noteveryone, I'm not going to put
everyone in the same boat, butthere are a lot of them that if
you start talking to them aboutufos and premonitions and other
supernatural phenomena, theywant to automatically tell you

oh, that's not, that's not whatI believe.
But you kind of do.
You kind of do you believe in agod, you believe in a christ
that comes down from the sky,you believe that he's ascended
back you believe that youbelieve a lot of the similar
things that people claim to see,just maybe not in the same,
maybe not with the samecharacter that you believe in,

but there have been a lot ofpeople that have believed in
similar things.
By the way, other faiths arevery similar to the christian
faith, which leads me to believethat a lot of people in history
saw a lot of similar things.
So there's got to be somethingto the UFOs, there's got to be
something to spirits.
When you have biblicalcharacters fighting demons who
(21:24):
just will rip through you likeyou're nothing, that's
interesting.
Speaker 3 (21:29):
It is interesting and I agree with you, Billy,
because you know, you justtouched on it and I think this
is what's so funny.
We have all of these films andstuff from Star Wars to you know
that talk about this fightbetween good and evil.
I mean, to me the Bible is, nowthat I've become more familiar
(21:50):
with it it's been seven yearssince I've been saved but the
more I read it, the more it's sosupernatural.
It's the most amazingsupernatural kind of book that
there is.
So it's funny that you'resaying this about this, because
a lot of times Christians, theywant to close down, but if you
think about the rapture, if thatisn't going to blow your mind,
(22:10):
I don't know what would, Becausethat's going to be a game
changer and there are so manythings I feel like that are
happening beyond the scene thatactually the unseen the bible
talks about the unseen beingmuch more real than the scene.
Speaker 2 (22:24):
Yeah, so you know, once you kind of you know, allow
yourself to be open to that Iwould, oh yeah, speaking of our
UFO, keeping to our UFO theme, Iwould argue that aliens
themselves, or that angelsthemselves, are aliens of some
sort.
They would be.
Anything that comes fromanother universe or from another
(22:45):
spot in space in the heavens isnot of this world.

Welcome to the paranormal.
Speaker 2 (22:53):
That's going to be an interesting episode that we'll
have'll look forward to checkingthat out it'll be very
interesting and we'll be talkingabout dinosaurs.
These are things that I've seenbiblically.
They have in the and the.
The bible talks about dinosaurs, ghost spirits, witches, aliens

, ufos.
Spirits, witches, aliens, ufos,zombies.
It talks about everything itreally does.
It really does.
It talks about all that.
I would even say that a lot ofmovies that are made get their
ideas from the faiths, from thedifferent faiths, whether it's
the Quran, the Bible, hinduism.
All of these things add to themystique of the life that we

live and that people findinteresting.
