In esoteric astrology, they say at this moment you receive a seed of energy from your monad (your higher self) that you can then cultivate throughout the year. So it is an ideal time to be quiet and receptive so you can have a clear impression of when this energy comes through.
Then every day after your birthday in astrology represents one year progressed. So you can use the time after your birthday to take a deep dive into the unconscious to clear up heavy energies and unhealed wounds from the past. This is how you use your birthday to do self-healing and inner work on your healing journey to self-actualization
