Her versatile style spans dancehall, R&B, hip-hop, reggae, and pop, showcasing her ability to craft deeply personal yet universally relatable music.

Lyrically, SadBoi is unflinchingly honest and provocative, which she first showcased on the 2021 mixtape "Good Dick and Weed.’’ This year she showcased the singles,  “Gyal Clown,” “Lie Lie Lie,” and “Slide,” which ultimately led to a co-sign from none other than Drake.

In today’s conversation, we’ll dive deep into SadBoi’s creative process, the inspirations behind her poignant lyrics, and the stories that have shaped her music.
