Catherine is a  certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Oneness Meditator and Advanced Oneness Trainer.  She serves as a coach, spiritual guide and mentor for women on the path of deep self discovery bringing to light the power of contemplative practices, sacred ritual and wisdom teachings to heal our modern challenges. 

Catherine offers several online group programs, classes, 1:1 sessions and destination retreats.  Her passion and expertise is inviting her clients and students to explore the transformative powers of healing the body through movement with yoga, the mind by cultivating awareness with  meditation + breath-work, and expanding their experience of life by having stronger connections with both the seen and the unseen.
