Ask a question you seek the answer to just before you fall asleep 3. Write down your dreams or jot some notes as soon as you wake up, even if it's just a couple scribbles in the middle of the night. 4. Add more details during the day, as you recall your dreams. BE SURE TO ADD HOW YOUR FELT DURING THE DREAM...this is the most powerful aspect of lucid dream journaling. 5. Make an entry in your journal every day, even if you feel didn't dream. Be sure note how you felt during the day while you were awake. THEN LET THE MAGIC UNFOLD!! Hopefully you'll find the answers you're looking for in your dreams and through this journey!
