All women have some sort of trauma in their life. Johanna Crawford believes that trauma is a spectrum and we all fit in. She ran a non-profit gifting grants to women were survivors who went through “intimate terrorism” (which is the term she uses for physical abuse). In her time there she developed a guide for women which includes a “Dream Proposal” which is a guide to create your dream life, with big dreams and lots of detail. All of us need that!

Crawford has dedicated herself to community service in a wide variety of areas and organizations. In 2004, harnessing her vast experience, Ms. Crawford founded Web of Benefit, Inc. at age 58. There, she personally worked with over 2,200 survivors of domestic violence in Boston and Chicago plus 26 states, helping them define and realize their goals and dreams. As a capstone to the grant-giving program, Jo designed the “Pay-It-Forward” program. With this Good Works Agreement, each survivor helped three other survivors, increasing exponentially the lives touched through WOB to more than 10,000 women and children.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
