Elaine Glass found herself in a major transition in her life when she went from staying at home with her sons, to returning to full-time work as a single parent. Through this change, she found herself in the midst of a major life transition. She began a deep path of healing. She shares with us some of the ways she was able to heal her trauma.
Elaine is a Personal Coach, author, and speaker, has dedicated over 15 years to transforming lives. After a difficult divorce, she faced a personal crossroad, navigating a decade of self-discovery through travel, alternative healing methods, and spiritual exploration. Today, Elaine guides her clients and readers to go after their dreams for lasting joy and well-being. Her coaching practice focuses on being open to change, quieting the mind, and unlocking hidden gifts in a judgment-free space.
