What someone else thinks of you is 100,000% out of your control. The truth is: the way people see you and what they think of you is entirely colored by their personal lived experience and whatever they think of themselves. Still, we can't always help but pause (or even completely halt) before we stretch out of our comfort zones as we worry about what others might be thinking.
In this episode of The Spiritual 9-5, Marie Groover is here to emphasize that managing others' perceptions and impressions is (despite what you may have been told or even trained) NOT your job.
So when it comes to selling in your business, sales for your team or company, trying something new, launching a new product or service or business, or literally anything that you may stall out on because you are afraid of what other people think, you have to do it anyway. Follow your heart! Embrace authentic and aligned action! & don't let external judgment hinder your own personal expression (or the value of seeking constructive feedback!). You don't have to compromise yourself to do the things that you truly want to do.
Listen to this episode to demystify how.
Episode Themes: authenticity, perception, authenticity, self-identity, feedback, personal growth, business, sales, career, self-awareness, coaching, spirituality
