A strange moon, a trail of ants, and a blood pressure reading that doesn’t match how you feel—some days, life speaks in symbols. We dive into how to read those signals without spiraling into fear, turning “what’s wrong with me?” into “what’s my body asking for?” From the myth of a perfect blood pressure number to the power of baselines and consistent tracking, we unpack how education can empower rather than terrify, and why belief systems—herbal, medical, or blended—shape real-world outcomes.

We share a grounded approach: honor the human moment, then step out of panic and into presence. That’s where solutions live. You’ll hear practical ideas for supporting cardiovascular health through lifestyle, minerals, and nutrition, plus a reminder to check the metaphor: pressure and flow often mirror what’s happening in your calendar, your boundaries, and your self-talk. Even the ants raiding the granola become teachers of resilience—adapt, reroute, keep moving—while we learn new tools, build systems, and stay curious.

There’s an exciting update on The Salty Tarot app, too. We talk community, beta access, and what it truly takes to ship something real—privacy policies, global standards, daily decisions, and a team that communicates relentlessly. Most of all, we practice pulling dreams out of “someday” and into “it’s happening,” using present-tense language to create momentum you can feel right now.

Join us for a clear, down-to-earth conversation that blends intuition with practicality and turns symptoms into signals you can use. If this resonates, subscribe, share with a friend who needs calm over panic, and leave a review to help more seekers find the show. What symbol showed up for you today?

SPEAKER_01 (00:28):
Good morning, everybody.
Welcome back to the spiritualgrind.
Good morning.
I'm here.
Jenny's here.
We're here.
We're here for you.

SPEAKER_03 (00:42):
We're here.
Here.
In the here and now.

SPEAKER_01 (00:44):
In the here and now.
You know?
It's been an interesting weekfor me.

SPEAKER_03 (00:52):
How so?

SPEAKER_01 (00:56):
You know, sometimes things come into your reality
and you just don't understandwhy.
Like, for example, I'm suddenlygot elevated blood pressure.

SPEAKER_03 (01:08):
For example, why last night was the clouds
showing behind the moon?
Yeah.
And then and not moving.
Yeah.
And the clouds going in front ofthe moon, moving, if the moon is
that many miles away.

SPEAKER_01 (01:28):
Right.
It was very much clouds goingbehind the moon.
It was kind of weird.
At least it looked like it.
And maybe if we had a telescope,we It was a beautiful moon.
It was.
It was gorgeous.

SPEAKER_03 (01:39):
Very lovely.

SPEAKER_01 (01:41):
So that came to our into our reality.
That's one topic of thediscussion is those things you
just don't that come into yourreality that are bringing you
something.
What is it that's bringing you?

SPEAKER_03 (01:54):
Yeah, like the ants that currently have taken up
space in our motor coach.
They like the cat food.
Yeah.
Or the the granola.

SPEAKER_01 (02:02):
Or the granola that they got.

SPEAKER_03 (02:03):
They were eating on granola that I accidentally
dropped.

SPEAKER_01 (02:06):
You can't blame them for being here when you're
feeding them.

SPEAKER_03 (02:11):
I guess.
If I can't have a dog, I'm gonnahave a colony of ants.

SPEAKER_01 (02:15):
Maybe.
Maybe.
Of course, all the rain probablyis not helping either.
We've had a ton of rain, man.

SPEAKER_03 (02:20):
I know.

SPEAKER_01 (02:20):
I feel like it's been raining every day since we
got here.

SPEAKER_03 (02:24):
For sure.
It hasn't, I mean, that's aoverembellishment.
When we first got here, it wasnice and sunny.

SPEAKER_01 (02:31):
That's because I like the sunny.
Because I that's why my prettyman feet have to get tanned.

SPEAKER_03 (02:36):
Right.
Definitely have had anoverabundance of uh liquid
coming from the sky.

SPEAKER_01 (02:45):
Yeah.
But anyway, so like last nightis the moon is actually a prime
example.
What what was that telling us?
What message was that bringingto us?
What's the symbology of thethings that come into your life?
Right.
And uh identifying the symbologybehind it and making it uh uh

(03:05):
turning it into the positivebecause that's where the human
race goes wrong.

SPEAKER_03 (03:12):
They definitely makes it wonky.

SPEAKER_01 (03:15):
Yes, it does, because you know, like the one
the example I brought up, I'mcurrently for some reason out of
the god knows why blue, I've gotelevated birth pr blood
pressure.

SPEAKER_02 (03:25):
Right.

SPEAKER_01 (03:26):
Why?
What's that bringing into myreality?

SPEAKER_03 (03:28):
Exactly.
And it would be very easy to goin that direction of oh my god,
life is ending, the world iscrumbling underneath us.
Okay, yeah, death sentence.
It definitely would be very easyto go in that direction in the

(03:49):
mind if you let it be.

SPEAKER_01 (03:58):
What's going on?
And but for me, I I checked myappointment book, and my
appointment book does not showme checking out.
And so I have to.
You know, I called the secretarybecause he was like, No, not
your you're not leaving today.
And you're not leaving tomorrow.

SPEAKER_03 (04:15):
So Well, we got rid of all of the luggage when we
came into the motor coach, soyou don't really even have any
luggage.

SPEAKER_01 (04:22):
Right.
So you know, when you're a humanand those things happen, it's
very easy to take it and turn itinto something negative.
And so what I did over the lastfew days is yes, I went through
my little human roller coaster.

SPEAKER_02 (04:33):
Of course.

SPEAKER_01 (04:34):
Of like, what the hell is going on?

SPEAKER_02 (04:35):
Right.

SPEAKER_01 (04:36):
And then this morning I'm like, you know, it's
not that my body ismalfunctioning, it's something
that my body needs.
It's bringing me a message.

SPEAKER_02 (04:42):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_01 (04:43):
It's telling me, hey, you need something.

SPEAKER_02 (04:45):
Right.

SPEAKER_01 (04:46):
You know, now it's my job as a human to figure out
what that something is.

SPEAKER_02 (04:50):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_01 (04:50):
And I and I think that we may have figured it out.
We'll see.

SPEAKER_02 (04:53):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_01 (04:54):
Because I I went down the show before a few years
ago.

SPEAKER_02 (04:56):
Right, right.

SPEAKER_01 (04:56):
You know, and we next thing you know, in like it
was like two, three weeks, myblood pressure was right back to
beautiful at 110 over 70.

SPEAKER_04 (05:04):
And yeah.

SPEAKER_01 (05:05):
But right now, because most humans would take
the situation and be like, Man,I've eliminated stress from my
life.
I've eliminated, you know, I'mI'm we're living our dream.
We're developing an app, we'redoing through all these positive
things.
Why is my blood pressure up?

SPEAKER_03 (05:19):
Right.
And so Especially I think foryou, what's confusing is that
it's not making you feel bad.

SPEAKER_01 (05:25):
No, I don't feel bad at all.

SPEAKER_03 (05:26):
Right.

SPEAKER_01 (05:27):
I don't, you know, um the only thing that I can say
is I do have a headache everynow and then.

SPEAKER_02 (05:32):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_01 (05:32):
Um, and my earringing is a little weird,
but I've had earring since wegot exposed to that crap in back
in Brandon.

SPEAKER_03 (05:39):
But and I think that the other confusing part is the
information came through me.

SPEAKER_01 (05:48):
Yes, it wasn't even through me.

SPEAKER_03 (05:50):
And I just woke up one morning, the other morning,
and I came rushing out of thebed too.

SPEAKER_01 (05:56):
Check your blood pressure.

SPEAKER_03 (05:58):
I handed him the blood pressure cup and I was
like, you need to check yourblood pressure.
I'm half asleep though, but I'mand I'm not a morning person.
And he was like, My God, youscared me to death.
And uh I didn't mean for it tocome across that way.
It was just like half asleephere, check your blood pressure,
because I got an intuitive nudgeto tell you to check your blood
pressure.

SPEAKER_01 (06:18):
And so, you know, the the parts of it that most
humans get caught up in is theythey run to the negative side,
which I did.
I went through a roller coasterof it.
I'm like, what the heck?
I don't feel bad.
Yeah, um, I'm probably I feellike you know, like my face is
cleared up.

SPEAKER_02 (06:35):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_01 (06:36):
You know, from that from the exposure that we had.

SPEAKER_02 (06:38):
Right.

SPEAKER_01 (06:39):
And like even my nose is getting better.
Everything's getting better.
Why all of a sudden is thishappening?

SPEAKER_02 (06:45):
Right.

SPEAKER_01 (06:45):
And and it the reality is it's it's a
transition period that my bodyisn't eating something, I'm not
giving it.

SPEAKER_02 (06:50):
Right.

SPEAKER_01 (06:51):
Because I quit eating peanut butter.
Yeah.
Which I used to eat tons ofpeanut butter, which is like
lots of good, lots of uhpotassium and those things that
regulate your blood pressure.

SPEAKER_02 (07:00):
Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_01 (07:01):
And and so this morning I was sitting out there
about it was about 5 30 in themorning having my cup of coffee
outside.
It was a beautiful morning, bythe way.
Before you got up, it wasgorgeous.
It was.

SPEAKER_03 (07:12):
It was because by the time I got up at around
eight thirty.
It rained on us, I got wet, itwas a hot freaking mess.

SPEAKER_01 (07:22):
But I sat out there all morning, didn't have I mean,
it was didn't rain, it was opensky, gorgeous stars, it was like
bright.

SPEAKER_03 (07:28):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_01 (07:28):
And and so I I just got checked in with myself, and
I'm like, you know, your body issaying it needs something.

SPEAKER_03 (07:34):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_01 (07:35):
And so looking at it from a different perspective can
can change your glasses.

SPEAKER_03 (07:42):
Right.
And we've said this before.
The reason for that is that theissue or problem vibrates at a
different frequency than thesolution.

SPEAKER_00 (07:54):
Yes.

SPEAKER_03 (07:55):
And so, yeah, have your human moment in it, get
frustrated, get wonky about it,whatever.
Punch your neighbor, but thenpull yourself out of that
frequency and you know, relaxabout it and check in with the
body and see what is the bodytrying to tell you.

SPEAKER_01 (08:13):
What is it needing?
What is it wanting?
Like, because like everything, when you stop and look at the
overall big picture, I mean, there's nothing, none of my
bodily function functions areoff.

SPEAKER_02 (08:24):
Right.

SPEAKER_01 (08:24):
Um, none of my functions that I know of are
off.

SPEAKER_02 (08:28):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_01 (08:30):
And and I and I don't feel bad.
Right.

SPEAKER_03 (08:33):
And then so the the I think the other thing that to
to be mentioned here is that youand I've come to a place where
we have a pretty good languagebuilt between our physical body
and our mind.

SPEAKER_00 (08:48):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_03 (08:49):
And we listen to our body and all the different
organs and everything.
So we've become quite attuned tobeing able to tell when things
are off or functioningcorrectly.

SPEAKER_00 (09:02):
Yes.

SPEAKER_03 (09:03):
Is why you're saying that.
Right.
As you do a body scan and checkin with all the different parts
and pieces of the physical body.

SPEAKER_00 (09:13):
Right.

SPEAKER_03 (09:13):
Um, but we've been practicing that for a while now,
and we've gotten to where wehave created a language that we
understand from our body andthat our body understands from
us with practice.

SPEAKER_01 (09:27):
And that's one thing that I want to touch on for a
lot of people is uh, you know, when you have those things pop
up, if you don't understand it,it's okay to educate yourself.

SPEAKER_02 (09:35):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_01 (09:35):
As long as you don't use that education for bad.
You know, don't don't make it avillain.
Use it to educate yourself, putit in your little file box, and
that way you can pull from it.

SPEAKER_03 (09:46):
And when you say don't use it for bad, you mean
like don't use the Google Doctorbecause if you're Google, I was
gonna say if you're Googledoctoring it and then it says,
Oh my god, high blood pressureis a silent killer and it will
cause strokes, don't immediatelylatch on to that and hyper focus

(10:08):
on oh my god, I am at any momentgonna just stroke the fuck out
and get panicked or fearful ofthat and go in that direction
because it's not helpful.

SPEAKER_01 (10:18):
Right.
And so what you do is you usethat education to look at things
from a different perspective.

SPEAKER_03 (10:26):
Right.

SPEAKER_01 (10:27):
So instead of looking at the symptoms you do
have, yeah, look at the symptomsyou don't have.

SPEAKER_03 (10:32):
And just as a disclaimer, we do things
differently than everybody else.
And we're not saying don't go tothe doctor if that's your way of
life.
You know, if if something iswonky or out of sorts and you're
a go-to-the-doctor kind ofperson, then go to your doctor.

SPEAKER_00 (10:48):
Yep.

SPEAKER_03 (10:49):
But be okay being able to have a conversation with
your doctor if they'rerecommending something that
doesn't quite feel right, havethat conversation with your
doctor.
Is there another option?

SPEAKER_01 (11:03):
Right.
You know, like my doctor in thewhat, three or four years ago
when I went through this before, tried to prescribe me blood
pressure medication and blahblah blah.
And come to find out it was allexposure.
Right.
Like your body does things, andthis is one of the things I had
to learn.
You know, because you'remedically educated.
I am not.
I'm redneck educated.

(11:23):
And so when I had to educatemyself on your body does things
to signal you about things.

SPEAKER_02 (11:31):
Yeah, exactly.

SPEAKER_01 (11:33):
One of the major components that a lot of people
don't understand is because youhave high blood pressure does
not mean your heart ismalfunctioning.

SPEAKER_02 (11:43):
That's right.

SPEAKER_01 (11:44):
Um, and it does not mean that you're gonna have a
stroke.
Because, like a lot of peopledon't know this.
Anytime you're sick, your bloodpressure goes up.
Anytime you run, your bloodpressure goes up.

SPEAKER_03 (11:56):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_01 (11:56):
Anytime you walk fast, your blood pressure goes
up.

SPEAKER_03 (11:59):
Right.
It's not a static number thatjust stays whatever the blood
pressure cuff reads at thatmoment.
Okay, that's my reading for theday.
It's gonna stay right there.
Right and not.

SPEAKER_01 (12:09):
I am 110 over 70 all the time.
You have sex, your bloodpressure goes up.

SPEAKER_03 (12:14):
Right.
You get up and walk across theroom to go to the bathroom.
I mean, your blood pressure willfluctuate throughout the day
depending on what you're doing.
By design, that's how thatmechanism works.
If you're laying down and thenyou sit up, your blood pressure
changes.
Take your blood pressure, you'llnotice that it will change a few

(12:36):
degrees on the uh on themachine.
And then if you go from asitting to a standing, it
changes a few more points.

SPEAKER_01 (12:45):
So to to kind of understand a little bit more is
Willy Wonka in the chocolatefactory, all the little oompa
loompas, that's your bloodvessels.
And when they move, the thingswill operate.

SPEAKER_02 (12:58):
Right.

SPEAKER_01 (12:59):
And your blood pressure is designed by design
to go up and down.

SPEAKER_02 (13:05):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_01 (13:05):
It is, like you said, not a static number.
It doesn't stay at the sameplace all the time.

SPEAKER_02 (13:09):
That's right.

SPEAKER_01 (13:10):
And when it doesn't fluctuate is when you you should
look at something.

SPEAKER_02 (13:14):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_01 (13:14):
Because then there's something wrong.
Or if it stays high constantlyand you can't control it.
And uh, you know, like westarted taking Hawthorneberry,
you know, because I I live Jennyis a complete herbal girl.
She will only go to medicaldoctors if she absolutely has
to.
And for me, I I live with onefoot in each world.
I kind of medical doctors, youknow, the medicine man, the

(13:38):
herbal supplements.
I I'm kind of in both worlds.

SPEAKER_03 (13:41):
Yeah, you bring up a very good uh next topic when
you're done.
I'll I'll touch on that.

SPEAKER_01 (13:47):
And so, you know, going through the research and
educating myself, it itempowered me to really kind of
give my body the language tocommunicate with me.

SPEAKER_02 (13:57):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_01 (13:58):
Um I didn't focus on the negatives because if you
Google search your symptoms, Ipromise you you'll be dead in 24
hours because that's what it'stelling you.

unknown (14:06):
Right.

SPEAKER_01 (14:06):
Because Google Doctor always kills you.
They have one I think the GoogleDoctor has a controlling
partnership in some funeral homesomewhere.

SPEAKER_04 (14:14):
Right.

SPEAKER_01 (14:15):
Because everything you everything is a death
sentence.
It's like this or it could bethat.
And so if you're using theGoogle Doc, use it for
educational purposes only anddon't read the first thing it
pops up.
Go down, scroll down the page.

SPEAKER_02 (14:29):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_01 (14:29):
You know, go down to seven or eight.

SPEAKER_02 (14:31):
Right, right.

SPEAKER_01 (14:32):
Find an O article written by a notable medical
doctor, you know.
Or two or three.
Or two or three, you know, andcompare to the information that
you have.

SPEAKER_03 (14:44):
And when you even then, sorry to interrupt, even
then, don't just buy into thefreaking information.

SPEAKER_00 (14:53):
Right.

SPEAKER_03 (14:54):
The because everybody has a body that's
unique.
Yes.
There is no static blueprinteither.

SPEAKER_04 (15:03):
Right.

SPEAKER_03 (15:03):
You know, we have things like the American Heart
Association that talks about 120over 80 is the perfect blood
pressure, but your baseline maybe a little higher than that or
a little lower.
And so you've got to go withyour unique system and how it's
running.

SPEAKER_01 (15:22):
Right.
My my bait my blood pressure foryears is 110 over 70, period.
It was when every time I went toget red or whatever when we went
to get the uh IV stuff done, yeah.
It was always 110 over 70 or inthat range really closely.
And so the textbooks areaverages, guys.
That's what everybody has tounderstand.

(15:42):
It does not mean it's you, itjust means that you should
educate yourself to use thatinformation to give your body
the language it needs tocommunicate with you.

SPEAKER_03 (15:54):
Right.
And, you know, the ideasituation, and we're kind of
harping on blood pressure, butthat's the topic of the week for
us.
And these podcasts come from ourliving life experiences.
Yep.
The best way to go about that istake a baseline reading every
day at the same time and journalthat and see what your baseline

(16:20):
is for you specifically.

SPEAKER_01 (16:23):
Education is the key.
That's right.

SPEAKER_03 (16:26):
Gather the data.

SPEAKER_01 (16:27):
When you know that you're having some issues at the
time, you gotta figure out why.
Because here's the like here'sone thing that I read uh day
before yesterday about mysituation.
And this actually will compareto everybody else's situation in
any platform or any symptom.
And that is that the symptomonly is reflective of what you

(16:51):
should be doing if you hit allof the parameters.
And that's when you should bamgo anything.
And I'm not telling anybody notto listen.

SPEAKER_03 (17:01):
So what I mean by stop there and go a little
deeper in what that means.

SPEAKER_01 (17:05):
So, like I Google searched uh causes for high
blood pressure.

SPEAKER_03 (17:09):
Okay.

SPEAKER_01 (17:11):
And there was a list of things that was so long.

SPEAKER_02 (17:16):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_01 (17:18):
And then I went to the next page, and the next page
was, well, you know, yourkidneys and your liver regulate
your your blood pressure andblah blah and they need certain
nutrients and elements, and andso the first one was like, could
if if it if I wasn't educated inthe fact that I know, first of
all, I have a wife that's verysmart, that can tell me a lot of

(17:38):
things, or if I'd have read thatand just stuck with that, I'd
have been like running to thedoctor.
I'd have been like, oh my god, Igotta go to the hospital now,
blah, blah, blah, blah, blah,blah.

SPEAKER_02 (17:49):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_01 (17:50):
But I went on down and it says, okay, so if you are
healthy and you don't feel bad,I mean, basically is what this
article read, but yet you'rehaving high blood pressure.
It could be either a amalfunctioning organ, which is
odd, would be rare, like lessthan one percent is what it
said.

SPEAKER_03 (18:09):
Especially without additional symptoms.

SPEAKER_01 (18:11):
That's right, yeah.
But it also is only, you know, less than one percent of the
time, it's the problem.
And it's your body saying, Hey,I might need some assistance in
this area for a moment.

SPEAKER_03 (18:23):
Right.
And for a moment is the key.
Yes.
It doesn't have to be a lifelongfreaking ass thing.
It just needs some support atthe moment based on whatever
it's going through.

SPEAKER_01 (18:36):
Right.
And logging that in your mind isone thing.
Like, here's a prime example, and I thought of this, and
Daniel, this is uh Danielle, this is a shout out to you.
Maintenance of your body isnormal.

SPEAKER_03 (18:47):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_01 (18:48):
You wash it, you override.
You're cut your ass, guys.
You cut your hair.

SPEAKER_03 (18:53):
Otherwise, your blood pressure's gonna go up.

SPEAKER_01 (18:55):
You you you you cut your hair, you trim your
toenails, you you know, allthese things that you do to your
body, exterior, the exterior, exterior is what you should be
doing for the inside.

SPEAKER_03 (19:10):
That's right.
Absolutely.

SPEAKER_01 (19:12):
And so if your body is saying, hey, my hair is long,
I need a haircut, do you likepanic and freak and say, I'm
dying?

SPEAKER_02 (19:18):
Right.

SPEAKER_01 (19:19):
No, you don't.
And so the looking at it from adifferent perspective is where
I've had to go.
And yeah, they're sofrustrating.
Like, man, why do I have to gothrough this now?
But it is it is what it is.

SPEAKER_02 (19:29):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_01 (19:30):
And I'm okay with it, and I'm I'm okay with it
being where it is because Idon't feel bad.
Yeah.
And I know that I will give mybody what it needs to get back
to its normal state uh status.

SPEAKER_03 (19:42):
Right.
So there's a there's there'sthree points I want to
conversate about.

SPEAKER_01 (19:48):
Okay, point one.

SPEAKER_03 (19:50):
Point one, when you are treating a physical symptom,
you have to figure out whereyour belief system is.
And for you, you gave the goodexample that there's sometimes
when modern medicine, like themedications doctor prescribes,
are what your body's callingfor, but then there's sometimes

(20:11):
you want to go herbal route.
So you have a belief system thatincorporates both the modern
medicine and the herbal world.

SPEAKER_00 (20:20):
Correct.

SPEAKER_03 (20:22):
So if, like in this instance, I had to check in with
you when you were asking me,okay, what what a what regimen
are we gonna do?
I had to come back to you andsay, Okay, well, what pair of
shoes do you have on, basically?
Do you have your modern medicineshoes on or do you have your
herbal shoes on?
And at that point, you werestill a little bit in your

(20:45):
frustrated state, so youcouldn't really tell me.
Yes.
So we had to kind of explore itand try the herbal.
And and on that particular day,you were kind of living in both
worlds.

SPEAKER_00 (20:58):
Yes.

SPEAKER_03 (20:58):
So we treated herbally and we treated modern
medicine because we have some ofthat.
Right.
So you have to really figure outwhere your beliefs are.
If you don't believe in herbsand you decide, you know what,
I'm gonna go try this herbalthing, it's not gonna work until
you have validation that herbswork and you've witnessed it and

(21:23):
and your beliefs have beenchanged over into the herbal
world.
So you really have to see where, and this goes with anything.

SPEAKER_01 (21:30):
Yeah, it goes with any belief.

SPEAKER_03 (21:31):
Any belief, any topic really, um, on a spiritual
perspective, when you're talkingabout your belief systems that
you carry around in your, youknow, little handy purse or
MERS.

SPEAKER_01 (21:44):
Handy dandy.

unknown (21:45):
Back back.

SPEAKER_01 (21:46):
Backpack, backpack.

SPEAKER_03 (21:50):
I think you're incorporating two different
cartoons blues, clues, and orthe explorer.
Uh anyway, so you've got tocheck in with your belief
systems because there's no pointin taking something that your
body won't metabolize if itdoesn't have a belief system in
place that will allow it toutilize it.

SPEAKER_01 (22:07):
I agree.

SPEAKER_03 (22:08):
So then secondly, the the part of the uh that you
said you're okay with it eitherway.
If you are having an issue, suchas yours blood pressure, you
cannot be tangled up in beingmad or being frustrated or just

(22:29):
absolutely resistant to havingthe blood pressure because that
creates resistance.

SPEAKER_00 (22:34):
Right.

SPEAKER_03 (22:35):
And resistance creates an interruption in the
flow.

SPEAKER_00 (22:40):
Right.

SPEAKER_03 (22:40):
You've got to be okay and come to a place where
you're like, okay, you knowwhat?
It is what it is.
I need to stop ignoring it oravoiding it or resisting it and
just give it space and honor it,and then the solution will come

(23:00):
about.
Because if you've got resistancein your mind or your body about
the topic, no matter what it is,and the topic today or they were
looking at is blood pressure, ifyou're gonna stay mad and angry
or frustrated about it andresist it, then you will tend to
ignore the symptomology and thesymbolic part of it and not even

(23:23):
be able to see it because you'reso wrapped up in resisting this
thing.
I am not gonna have this, Idon't care, I'm not having it.

SPEAKER_00 (23:31):
Right.

SPEAKER_03 (23:31):
And so allowing it to have space and allowing it to
be, then will let you move intothe all right, so it is what it
is.
Now I just need to support mybody or my belief system or or
whatever to get me through it,whatever that is, because the

(23:55):
resistance will blockinformation.

SPEAKER_01 (23:58):
Done resistance.

SPEAKER_03 (24:00):
I said three things, um, but apparently I've covered
everything I needed to in in twothings.

SPEAKER_01 (24:07):
In those two things, hang on.
You covered all three topics intwo there.

SPEAKER_03 (24:11):
I think so.
Yeah.
Uh because I whatever, a channelBut the point of for the period
there and said stop.

SPEAKER_01 (24:19):
The point of the podcast that I want to make sure
everybody understands more thananything is the giving yourself
permission to educate yourselfand understand your body when
it's telling you something.

SPEAKER_02 (24:30):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_01 (24:31):
And look for the signs.
You know, pay attention to thosesigns because this is how our
life is.
Our life is we're humans, we'rehere to have experiences, we're
here to do these things, andunderstanding that what
everything that you've taught isnot what you you've been taught
over the years is not alwaystrue.

unknown (24:48):
Right.

SPEAKER_01 (24:48):
And you should always research it.
And that's kind of where I'm stwas stuck for many years, you
know, like because for manyyears I remember as a child.
Do you remember the bloodpressure cuff machine at
Walmart?

SPEAKER_03 (25:00):
Yeah.
We always got in trouble forplaying with the damn thing.

SPEAKER_01 (25:03):
Yeah.
Um it it had a big bright signon it.
It still does to this day of oneone uh one twenty over eighty or
whatever it is.
What I can't remember what thesign it was, but it used to be
one twenty over 80.
It had the green thing on itthat said 120 over 80.

SPEAKER_03 (25:18):
Right.

SPEAKER_01 (25:18):
And standard.
Yeah, that's your that's theperfect blood pressure, right?

SPEAKER_03 (25:22):
Well, according to the American Heart, but even
they do their studies and changethat around sometimes.

SPEAKER_01 (25:29):
Right.
And so it used to be we aretaught, you know, I used to go
with my parents to Walmart everyFriday night.
We would walk by that machineevery Friday night.
We would do the, you know, andgo through the processes of
reading that, and so that getsingrained into your thoughts.

SPEAKER_03 (25:46):
We think that's the norm.
Yeah, that's the norm Oh my God,if I fluctuate from that, my
pressure's low and I'm gonnapass out, and if it's over that,
I'm gonna have a stroke.
Oh my god.

SPEAKER_01 (25:58):
Like I remember uh going to the doctor when I was
younger and they took my bloodpressure, and it was one like
154 or something over 60something, and I was like, oh my
god, what's wrong with me?

SPEAKER_03 (26:11):
Right.
That's what I'm saying iseverybody immediately goes into
panic mode.
And the third thing that'spopped up, listen to the body
and find out what the body issaying, don't just listen to the
machine.

SPEAKER_01 (26:30):
Right, yeah.

SPEAKER_03 (26:31):
No matter what it is.

SPEAKER_01 (26:33):
Right, like me right now, I don't feel bad.
Is my blood pressure a littleelevated?
Yes.
Can we control it?
Yes.
And so now we're going throughthe processes of figuring out
what it needs.

SPEAKER_02 (26:42):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_01 (26:43):
And you have to make that okay.
You have to make it okay.
Right.
So we're not telling anybody notto go to the doctor.
That's right.
Absolutely.
Yeah, you you've got to do it.
You gotta operate within yourbelief system.
That's right.
And if you need to go to thedoctor, then go.

SPEAKER_03 (26:55):
Yeah.
I want to revisit and bring itback around to symbology.

SPEAKER_01 (26:59):
Yes.

SPEAKER_03 (27:00):
Because everything in our reality is symbols
pointing to something that canbe uh worked on if you're ready.
So blood pressure, for example,it could just simply be uh a
symbolic indicator that you'reunder some pressure and you want

(27:24):
to give yourself some moresupport.

SPEAKER_01 (27:27):
Or you're restricting flow.

SPEAKER_03 (27:29):
Or you're yep, or you're restricting flow
somewhere.

SPEAKER_01 (27:32):
Because it can educ yeah, yeah, yeah.
That's a good thing to educateon is when it comes to certain
things, find out because I didnot know this until you told me
that your blood pressure is theexact opposite of plumbing.

SPEAKER_03 (27:52):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_01 (27:52):
And so I was thinking, oh my god, my blood
pressure is high.
And so that means my my arteriesare expanding too much or
they're about to rupture.
They're about to rupture, andand it's just the opposite.

SPEAKER_02 (28:06):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_01 (28:06):
It's you know, your body naturally restricts areas
when it's missing something.
Right.
And so that increases your bloodpressure.

SPEAKER_03 (28:12):
Right.
And so instead of I wouldencourage everybody to make a
game out of things symbolically.
Yeah.
Before you make a determination, such as blood pressure, the
example you brought today.
Oh my God, my physical body ismalfunctioning and I'm ill.
Right.
Find out what the alternativeinterpretation could be.

(28:35):
Right.
And check into those beliefs andsee if it maybe is just an
indicator of restriction andflow somewhere in your life pie.

SPEAKER_00 (28:46):
Right.

SPEAKER_03 (28:47):
Or under pressure and you didn't realize it and
it's being shown throughelevated blood pressure.

SPEAKER_01 (28:56):
Or you know, it could be any symptom, you know.
I understand.

SPEAKER_03 (28:59):
We're just talking about the blood pressure because
you brought that up.
I mean, it's easy to talk about.
But what I'm talking about islook at life as possible uh
symbolic, symbolytic, symbol.

SPEAKER_01 (29:14):
Symbolic.

SPEAKER_03 (29:15):
Symbolic.
Um places to be.
Yes.
Because that's fun.
It's sometimes a fun game.
Yeah.
Like for me, I am entertainingguests today called little black
ants, or piss ants, or sugarants, as my grandmother used to
call them.
And uh it appears that they weremunching on little bastards.

(29:41):
They were uh helping themselvesto the granola that I left for
them inadvertently.
I could freak out and say, Oh mygod, I've got ants, life is
ending.

SPEAKER_01 (29:52):
Call the exterminator.

SPEAKER_03 (29:53):
Get the exterminator out here.
I mean, nobody wants bugs intheir house, obviously.
And I Have cat food on thefloor, and so they had made a
nice little trail uh over thelast few days.
It's this has been a couple ofday thing.

SPEAKER_01 (30:08):
Are bugs in our house, or did we move our house
into their house?

SPEAKER_03 (30:12):
That's right.
Dun dun dun rabbit hole.
Pack some carrots sandwiches.
I could freak out, but if I goback and I look at the symbology
of what uh ants represent, youknow, they represent uh
colonization, sticking together,figuring things out.

SPEAKER_01 (30:36):
They work their tails off.

SPEAKER_03 (30:38):
Right.
It's um to me it's a reminder tostick together, um, but also
having uh diversity of uhflexibility and agility in the
sense that it has literally beenpouring for days and their house

(30:58):
is probably flooded.

SPEAKER_00 (31:00):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_03 (31:00):
So they are ingenuitively figuring out ways
to get into a dry space and findfood at the same time in their
tiny little bubble.

SPEAKER_00 (31:12):
Right.

SPEAKER_03 (31:13):
And that is so clever and so interesting to me.

SPEAKER_01 (31:17):
Did you know the soldier ants never stop working
from the day they're born intothe day they die?

SPEAKER_03 (31:22):
No, I didn't know that.

SPEAKER_01 (31:24):
Yeah, they never stop.
They work for their queenconstantly, 24-7.

SPEAKER_03 (31:27):
Did you also know that the reason they got called
piss ants is because when yousmoosh them, they give off a uh
smell that that smells likeurine.
And back in the day.

SPEAKER_01 (31:44):
No, I'm in.

SPEAKER_03 (31:51):
Okay.

SPEAKER_01 (31:53):
Nobody will catch that.

SPEAKER_03 (31:55):
Somebody will.
Somebody will catch that.
Danielle probably would catchthat.

SPEAKER_01 (32:02):
Yeah, she probably will.

SPEAKER_03 (32:03):
Um anyway, it smelled like piss, basically.
And that's how they got theirphrase piss ants.
And they like sugar, so that'show they also got their phrase
of sugar ants.
Because they like to eat onsugar.
Um I symbolically, it'sreminding me because in our in

(32:27):
our particular world, we arefifty-something years old, and
we're literally going through 50something, I'm 52.
I don't even remember how old Iam.

SPEAKER_01 (32:38):
You're older than me.

SPEAKER_03 (32:39):
And we talked about this in another podcast of can
an old dog learn new tricks?
I mean, we as we go in this newjourney that we're on, which is
incredibly exciting.
We uh I can speak for me, and Iknow you've mentioned it.
Oh my god, can I learn this?
Can I figure this out?

SPEAKER_00 (33:01):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_03 (33:02):
Um, and so, like for me, a couple of days ago, I went
to Canva class with you.
Yeah, and I was dreading it sobad, and I was like, oh, I'm
never gonna get this.
I hate Canva, I just don'tunderstand it, it's not
user-friendly.
But then when you sent methrough my little boot boot
camp, I am quite salty at it nowin just a couple of days on the

(33:27):
topics that you taught me, andso I'm very proud of myself, and
it's not this big ugly beastanymore.

SPEAKER_00 (33:34):
Yep.

SPEAKER_03 (33:34):
That's what the the ants represented to me is where
am I not being resilient?

SPEAKER_00 (33:42):
Right.

SPEAKER_03 (33:43):
Not allowing the uh resources that I have come in
and being open to learningsomething new uh so that I stay
malleable in the learningbecause you can always learn.
That's what their antsrepresented to me.
Right.
Adding resources to your toolkitand being flexible and not being

(34:07):
so staunch on I can't learnthis, I'm not gonna learn it, I
don't want to learn it.
Can we just hire somebody?
I even said that.
I was like, can we just hiresomebody to do this part?
I don't think I can learn it.
And so now that I have figuredout what they symbolize, my
expectation is that they willprobably go away.

SPEAKER_00 (34:29):
Right.

SPEAKER_03 (34:30):
Same with your blood pressure.
As soon as we figure out thateither your physical body needs
support in some area, or it'ssymbolic of a uh belief or
restriction that you have, andyou identify that and modify it
from that place, it resolvesitself because the language is

(34:54):
no longer needed because you didwhat you were needing to do,
either spiritually or physicallyor mentally.

SPEAKER_04 (35:02):
Right.

SPEAKER_03 (35:02):
Because you have to remember mind, body, and soul,
uh, physical, mental, emotional, and um spiritual.
So you can have physicalsymptoms that are just
indicators that you'rerestricting flow, for example.
And I'm using I'm going back tothe blood pressure example.

(35:24):
It could be, and I and I'm notsaying you specifically, but I'm
giving people an idea of whatthe symbology uh could be.
What that looks like, yeah.
Yeah, on blood pressure, itcould be that maybe you're
restricting letting some flow inin some area, and the minute you
identify what that is, yourblood pressure goes back to

(35:47):
normal without you even havingto do anything.
Right.
Because it was indicating to youuh some sort of belief or some
component of that.
So don't forget to look at notonly the physical components of
what your body needs, butenergetically and from a belief
system, look at that as well tomake sure it's not a programming

(36:10):
issue or uh beliefs thing that'sready to be identified.

SPEAKER_01 (36:16):
Right.
You know, that and that's thethe thing, the topic that I
really want to talk about isunderstanding and making it
okay.
You know, like we talked aboutin previous comp podcasts about
you have to l allow yourself tohave balance.

SPEAKER_04 (36:28):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_01 (36:29):
And don't get caught up in the fears and don't get
caught up in the happy.
You create balance within it.

SPEAKER_04 (36:33):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_01 (36:34):
Educate yourself.
It is okay to be educated, it isokay to uh do the things you
want to do, and it's okay to uhbecome an intricate uh educated
person and look at your symptomyour symptomology.

SPEAKER_03 (36:50):
And the symbols and the symbols.
What is it what is itsymbolically representing?

SPEAKER_01 (36:55):
What is it telling you?

SPEAKER_03 (36:57):
Like right now, our cat producer is uh being
shitheaded in the middle of ourbusiness.

SPEAKER_01 (37:05):
One of the other one.
For no reason.

SPEAKER_03 (37:11):
Like it's these two cats, that's where their
relationship we have free cats.

SPEAKER_01 (37:16):
Anybody want free cats?
We're giving them away.

SPEAKER_03 (37:18):
They're gonna be gator food if they don't quit.

SPEAKER_01 (37:20):
They don't quit.
There's gators out here in thispond, so they made it disappear.

SPEAKER_03 (37:27):
Careful, Pito get us.

SPEAKER_01 (37:29):
Yeah, really.
But hey, you know what?
I had something else.
But if y'all have any questions, comments, or anything, leave it
in the comments or send us anemail.

SPEAKER_03 (37:36):
Absolutely.

SPEAKER_01 (37:37):
Um you can go through the link that's in the
description on the podcast page.

SPEAKER_03 (37:42):
Yeah.
So you did some changing to allof that.
If there's somebody out there orseveral somebody's, I I think I
would like to run a test.
If if people could just send acommunication right quick that
just says test, yeah, so that wecan test it outside of our inner

(38:05):
thing.
Yeah, we had some websiteissues.
Tell the story.
The website issues were Dr.
Jenny.

SPEAKER_01 (38:17):
And she used Arrow, and suddenly we had a new
website all developed in 30seconds, and and none of it made
sense.
And there was like a littlebitty logo in the center of the
top of the header, and um thatwe were suddenly we were booking
appointments suddenly.

SPEAKER_03 (38:36):
Yeah, I created a whole website and didn't even
realize I could do it or didn'trealize that I did.
And I came to him one day and Iwas like, Yeah, something
doesn't really look right.
So when you get a sick, I needyou to look at it.
Yes, I you know, I took overediting the podcasts, and um I
have uh the new blog uh thing,so I'm doing the blogs and

(39:00):
editing those.

SPEAKER_00 (39:01):
Yep.

SPEAKER_03 (39:02):
And I have limited knowledge, so I'm kind of
learning that as I go along.
Well, I had a little faux popwhoopy-doo oopsie oops.

SPEAKER_01 (39:14):
Yep.
Changed our entire website, literally changed the entire
website in the in one click.

SPEAKER_03 (39:20):
I did, absolutely.

SPEAKER_01 (39:21):
Yeah, it was nice.

SPEAKER_03 (39:22):
I mean, on the positive, I found how you could
change it in one click.

SPEAKER_01 (39:26):
Yeah, but none of it made any sense.
It was so crazy.

SPEAKER_03 (39:29):
Anyway, so my request to all the listeners,
just as a test out there, if youguys could go to the messaging
center and just type in the wordtest so that we can test that
now that it's all back to uhnormal.

SPEAKER_00 (39:47):
Right.

SPEAKER_03 (39:47):
That would be helpful.

SPEAKER_00 (39:48):
Yes.

SPEAKER_03 (39:49):
Uh so we can kind of just make sure it's working for
you guys.
Because we love it whenever youuh tell us what you want.
Tell us what to communicate withus about or talk to us.
Give us our give our perspectiveon your topic.
Uh we love doing that as well.

SPEAKER_01 (40:04):
So I guess before we close, let's give them some
quick updates, shall we?

SPEAKER_03 (40:08):
Yeah, you can.

SPEAKER_01 (40:08):
The Salty Tarot?

SPEAKER_03 (40:10):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_01 (40:11):
The app.
Uh wow.
Uh we're looking to probablyroll the free next by the end of
this week or the beginning ofnext week.

SPEAKER_03 (40:18):
Yeah, it's coming up quick.

SPEAKER_01 (40:19):
Um, so be paying attention to that because we'll
let everybody go know about it,and we're gonna blast it all
over social media, just so youknow.

SPEAKER_03 (40:26):
Yeah, I think we're thinking about maybe going in
person and setting up a coupleof locations here in the Daytona
area and doing uh little uh freereadings the people.

SPEAKER_01 (40:39):
Little blitz here.
Try it out.

SPEAKER_03 (40:40):
Free reading.
I've created uh couple ofmerchandise options.
Yep.
Uh so we're kind of toyingaround with what that, you know,
maybe you'll get a free t-shirt.

SPEAKER_01 (40:52):
Yep.

SPEAKER_03 (40:52):
Something like that.

SPEAKER_01 (40:53):
But anyway, so that uh is way underway in due any
moment.
It's like crazy, very exciting.

SPEAKER_03 (41:00):
Yeah, it's kind of like waiting for a pregnant mom
to uh deliver.

SPEAKER_01 (41:06):
It kind of feels to me like Christmas Eve.

SPEAKER_03 (41:09):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_01 (41:10):
Like it's a long Christmas Eve.

SPEAKER_03 (41:12):
It feels more to me like a birth.

SPEAKER_01 (41:14):
A birth.

SPEAKER_03 (41:15):
Like you're waiting for like we're past the due date
and you're waiting for the waterto break any moment.

SPEAKER_01 (41:21):
Yeah, it's exciting to see how many they're they're
this team that we've hired, crazy good.

SPEAKER_03 (41:25):
Off the chain, guys.

SPEAKER_01 (41:26):
Yeah, they're they're doing it.

SPEAKER_03 (41:27):
Highly, highly would recommend it.
We've had such an amazingexperience with vacancy.

SPEAKER_01 (41:32):
We presented a app idea to them.

SPEAKER_03 (41:35):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_01 (41:35):
They had no idea about.

SPEAKER_03 (41:37):
Right.

SPEAKER_01 (41:37):
And the guys they all went out and got tarot
readings.

SPEAKER_03 (41:40):
That's right.

SPEAKER_01 (41:41):
You know, the guy for the horoscope went out and
researched everything about it,obviously.

SPEAKER_03 (41:46):
Obviously, based on the meetings we're having with
him.
He went and self-educated, whichis phenomenal.

SPEAKER_01 (41:52):
Yeah, and then they asked us to do a reading for
them.

SPEAKER_03 (41:55):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_01 (41:56):
And we're like, okay, yeah, we'll do that.

SPEAKER_03 (41:57):
Right.

SPEAKER_01 (41:58):
So they're they're very engaged in it.
They're obviously doing theresearch and and doing the
things they need to do.
Great company.
So I would recommend it for anyapp that you want to develop or
any software, because they theywrite software as well.

SPEAKER_04 (42:10):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_01 (42:10):
And uh, if so, if you need anything, call Bacancy.
That's with a B.
B-A-C-A-N-C-Y.

SPEAKER_03 (42:17):
Yeah, I mean, they have just been top-notch.
They've been, you know, the keythings that I enjoy is the
communication.

SPEAKER_01 (42:26):
Yeah, constantly constantly communication.
Like they open communicating.
I don't think anybody let meexplain to you how they are.
We created a drive so we couldshare files back and forth.
They created a Google Meet, aGoogle chat.
Yeah.
And that way we can haveconstant communication when they
have a question.
And then we zoom, we zoommeeting literally twice, I mean
as many times as we want, theywill, um, a week.

(42:47):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_03 (42:48):
At first we were doing it like three times a week
to really get the the bones ofit going.

SPEAKER_01 (42:53):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_03 (42:54):
Uh, then we went to twice a week, and now as they're
building all the bones and thefoundation, they have a rugged
hold on it, is what they do.
We do our meetings once a week.

SPEAKER_01 (43:05):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_03 (43:05):
Um, but that's after they asked if we were okay with
once a week.

SPEAKER_01 (43:09):
Yeah.
You're a good, really greatcompany, great team.

SPEAKER_03 (43:12):
Absolutely.
I give them five stars all theway.
It's been a phenomenalexperience.

SPEAKER_01 (43:17):
Yes, it's been fun too.
And so that's you can check outall the information on that at
www.thesalty tarot.net.
And uh it is thesalty tarot.net.
So that is our landing page forthe app, which we're required to
have.
And so you and it has all theinformation, a little bit of
animation in it on the website, and you kind of get an idea.

(43:38):

Uh, and it's a very cool t-shirt.

that landing page.

Salty tarot dot net, sign upthere.

SPEAKER_01 (46:00):
At the bottom of the page, yep.

SPEAKER_03 (46:02):
And that's what you're talking about, right?

SPEAKER_01 (46:04):
And if you like the Facebook, Instagram pages and
follow them, there may be abonus in for you.

unknown (46:11):
Ooh.

SPEAKER_01 (46:12):
Dum dum dum.

SPEAKER_02 (46:14):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_01 (46:15):
So because all the Facebook pages are up, all the
Instagram pages are up.
We have a Discord channel.
It's the Salty the dot SaltyTarot on Discord.

SPEAKER_03 (46:24):
The dotsalty tarot.

SPEAKER_01 (46:27):
It's on Discord.
Join the community there.

SPEAKER_03 (46:29):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_01 (46:29):
And yeah, it's it's not active yet, but because the
app's not out.
That's right.
And so we're gonna startbuilding that awareness and
anticipation here in the nextweek or so.
And uh, and so get it while youcan.
You heard it here first.

SPEAKER_03 (46:41):
Yeah, you know what?
It's an amazing app, really.
I mean, they have outdonethemselves.
It's gonna be fun.

SPEAKER_01 (46:48):
It's it's not boring, it's not a boring tarot
app.

SPEAKER_03 (46:52):
Right.
It is definitely not an F andDonut Shop tarot app.

SPEAKER_01 (46:58):
It's not this basic, mundane, hard-to-use app.
No, it's gonna be fun and veryinteractive, kind of gamified,
but yet still real.

SPEAKER_03 (47:06):
So exactly.

SPEAKER_01 (47:08):
It's fun, it's fun and exciting.

SPEAKER_03 (47:10):
As the designer, it has been an absolute blast to
create all of the different uhillustrations and cards and
everything that went in it.

SPEAKER_01 (47:20):
As the person that's not the designer that's doing
everything else, it's been it'sbeen it's been a job.
I mean, literally, it's taken upmore time than a regular job.

SPEAKER_03 (47:31):
Yeah, we just really had no idea of the Intel things
that go into it.

SPEAKER_01 (47:38):
Here's you know, like yesterday I was telling
you, it was it's really hard tofathom the amount of people that
are gonna see this app.

SPEAKER_03 (47:48):
Oh, yeah.
I mean, absolutely.

SPEAKER_01 (47:50):
You have to look at it from a whole different level.
When we're doing the uh privacypolicies.

SPEAKER_02 (47:56):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_01 (47:57):
You know, I can't just write those for the United
States.

SPEAKER_02 (47:59):
Right.

SPEAKER_01 (48:00):
We have to write them internationally.

unknown (48:01):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_01 (48:02):
Europe they have because Europe has very
stringent privacy policies, andso does uh Australia.

SPEAKER_02 (48:08):
Oh yeah.

SPEAKER_01 (48:09):
And so the privacy policies have to cover
everybody.
Everybody.
I see.
But yet still be match the appstore and the and the Google
Play Store.

SPEAKER_03 (48:20):
They're criteria.

SPEAKER_01 (48:21):
They're criteria.
So you've got a lot of criteriayou have to meet.

SPEAKER_03 (48:24):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_01 (48:24):
Which I did multiple days of research on it after I
got asked for it because theydon't create that.
All they do is code the app andmake the app.

SPEAKER_03 (48:32):
Right.

SPEAKER_01 (48:33):
All the legal stuff you have to do.

SPEAKER_03 (48:36):
Right.
No, I don't.
You do.

SPEAKER_01 (48:38):
No, I do.

SPEAKER_03 (48:39):
That's on your that's in your link.

SPEAKER_01 (48:41):
Thanks to uh online legal services if we we were
able to do it.

SPEAKER_03 (48:46):
Yeah, but even I said, oh my god, they don't do
that for you.
Like there's not some um I wasthinking the uh the iOS people.

SPEAKER_01 (48:58):
You would thought the app store came with it.

SPEAKER_03 (49:00):
Yeah, I thought that since it was a requirement for
everybody's liability andprotection that they would have
forms that were standard thatyou had to just put.

SPEAKER_01 (49:11):
Well, and you know we got an end user agreement we
have to have.
Absolutely.
And there's another one that I'mgonna have to uh create, and
that is the uh app agreementwith the app store.
Because the iOS requires an appagreement with the developers.

SPEAKER_03 (49:25):
Yeah, there's a lot of moving parts and pieces that
we had no idea going in.
But here's the thing all we did, folks, is what we preach and
teach to you all the time.
We made a decision to go all in.

SPEAKER_01 (49:41):
We did.

SPEAKER_03 (49:42):
We followed the breadcrumbs, one foot in front
of the other, step by step, staying in the moment.
And it's literally unfoldingbefore our eyes, being
appreciative and andacknowledging that changing the
wording, yes, not when ithappens, yes, acknowledging that

(50:05):
it is happening at eachdifferent phase of it.
You know, even if you're just inthe beginning phases of
something where you'reinterviewing for the job that
you've always wanted, that isstill gives you permission to
say it is happening.

SPEAKER_04 (50:24):
Right.

SPEAKER_03 (50:25):
Because the one thing you want to remember is
you want to pull it out of thefuture and pull it into your
current reality.
And so if you keep saying, Okay, well, when this happens, I'm
gonna do this, or when thishappens, this will happen,
right?
That keeps it in the future, right?
So being in the now, when we sayrecalibrate yourself to the now

(50:49):
and live in the now, that's oneof the ways that we mean that.

SPEAKER_00 (50:53):
Right.

SPEAKER_03 (50:53):
You know, change the wording because even when when
you're going through theinterview process, that's the
steps of living it in the now.
So that gives you permission tosay, this is happening, right?
This is happening now, rightbefore my eyes, and it's not a
lie because I did the interview.

(51:15):
Yeah, and the next thing youknow, you're being called for
the second interview, and thenthe next thing you're doing.

SPEAKER_01 (51:20):
Or you get phone calls from random sharks from
Shark Tank, like I didyesterday.
Yeah.
It's insane.
I've got literally got a callyesterday from one of the very
famous sharks from Shark Tank, randomly out of the blue.

SPEAKER_03 (51:33):
We yeah, we didn't sanction it or no, didn't
request any of it.

SPEAKER_01 (51:37):
And then I have a scheduled meeting on Friday with
another shark from Shark Tank.

SPEAKER_03 (51:43):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_01 (51:44):
Um about this app.
They're wanting to do someventure with it.

SPEAKER_03 (51:48):
Yeah, it's exciting.
And so and so that's what wemean by following the
breadcrumbs, following thesteps, and just let things
happen.
Do what's joyful and pleasurableand just step by step.

SPEAKER_00 (52:00):
Yep.

SPEAKER_03 (52:01):
Just like when you're driving that car at
night, I use that reference alot.

SPEAKER_04 (52:05):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_03 (52:06):
Take that one little mile of road at a time, step by
step by step, and thenacknowledge that it's unfolding
right before your eyes and it'shappening now, right underneath
you.
Don't forget to stop andappreciate the now of it.
And bring everything into thenow and change your wording.

SPEAKER_01 (52:27):
Well, I feel pretty complete.

SPEAKER_03 (52:29):
Yeah, good, good podcast.
Good stuff.

SPEAKER_01 (52:31):
Hey guys, don't forget to uh like, follow, and
share.
Share, share, comment.

SPEAKER_03 (52:36):
Ring that bell for notifications.

SPEAKER_01 (52:39):
And uh check out the website www.themerchcenters.org,
and it is fixed now.

SPEAKER_03 (52:44):
Right.

SPEAKER_01 (52:48):
And uh the Facebook page and the Twitter account and
the Instagram accounts alllinked.
You can get it off the website.
You go directly to them.
And if you go to thesaltytarot.net, you can also
join the Discord through that aswell, and the Facebook page and
Instagram for them as well.

SPEAKER_03 (53:05):
Yeah, and if you're looking for rabbit hole content,
you can always go to my bloggeruh page, which is to the edge
and back with Dr.
Jenny.

SPEAKER_01 (53:17):
Yep, it's on Blogger and it's on a few of the blog
sites as well.
And it's on our webpage as well.

SPEAKER_03 (53:22):
Yeah.
That's where I take you intothose weird places and corners
through uh different littlearticles that I write.
I take you to those weird blogs.

SPEAKER_01 (53:31):
Do you use the same blog on the website as you do on
blogger?
Or is that a different blog?

SPEAKER_03 (53:36):
I don't know.
You set it up.

SPEAKER_01 (53:37):
Okay, all right.
And so I will uh you canactually get to that blog then
through our website at the onthe blog page if you'll do the
drop-down menu and go to uh theMerc blog.

SPEAKER_02 (53:48):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_01 (53:48):
And it's it's on there.
But anyway, hey, appreciatey'all.
And uh we hope that you all haveone awesome day.

SPEAKER_03 (53:56):
