We’re living in a time where everything—our time, our attention, even our personal lives—is being monetized. And the message we get is clear: if you just work harder, earn more, and achieve more, then you’ll finally feel fulfilled.
But in my experience, it doesn’t work that way. I’ve seen plenty of people (myself included) hit the big milestones—money, relationships, recognition—and still feel anxious, empty, or restless. That’s because true fulfillment doesn’t come from stacking accomplishments. It comes from building a steady inner life.
In this conversation, I’ll share the one trait I’ve noticed in every truly fulfilled person I’ve met, and how you can develop it without quitting your job or neglecting your responsibilities. It’s a small shift that changes everything.
