We set our own intentions and, then, allow our body language to speak to that. The body and the neurology are their own feedback loop. 

Look for clusters of three. There should be three indicators of what people are feeling, not just one, which could mean multiple things on its own. 

When we have a mindset shift, we need to have a mentor as well. This will help us to “faith it till you make it.”
