Today we are talking about the 12-3-30 workout method - what is it, how to implement it, and is it effective?
This is a workout method that involves walking on a treadmill at an incline of 12, speed of 3, and for 30 minutes. I've been doing this method for about 30 days now and in today's episode I am going to share my results, thoughts on the workout , and a challene for our Fit SQUAD.
