Anthony "The Big Cheese" Mongiello, the CEO of Formaggio Cheese, is the official inventor of Stuffed Crust Pizza (see the story in the documentary, Stolen Dough) and he has a patent to prove it. He did battle in court against Pizza Hut. Kurt Hughes is a naval architect who built his own tiny home that replicates the Lunar Lander used in the Apollo Moon missions.
