A Quick Update

I missed you!  Did you miss me? Lol  I am hopping on to give a quick update since I haven’t released an episode in about a month. Life has been taking a toll on me!  In this brief update I talk about Black History Month, Heart Health Month, give an update on what’s been going on in my world with a bonus “Does That Make Me Old?” moment, give an update on the podcast, and give some recommendations on shows and movies to watch.
