Growing up in Generation X, sex was not discussed.  Like everything else, it was just expected to be learned along the way.  Today Tawnya talks with sexologist, Bre Tyner, about sexual wellness and the importance of normalizing sexuality.  They discuss sex during pregnancy, The overall health benefits of sex, foreplay and the difference between sex and intimacy.  Bre even shares some tips to promote intimacy into your relationship.
