So many times when we get in good times, people begin to coast.
They forget how much effort and discipline it took to getthem to this point, and they just go into almost autopilot.
But to me, this is the time when you double down.

You really think about what you do, how you do it, and how evenin these unbelievably good times, how can you elevate your game.
Everything is possible.
If you are a commercial banker, how can you serve your clients better?
If you're in leadership, how can you be a better leader?
Whatever you are doing now is a great time to really x-ray what you do, how youdo it, and find, hey, even though I'm pretty good right now, how can I be better?

Because what we all know is it's not always gonna be like this.
And the difference between.
When things turn and there is a downturn, there's always gonna be acertain number of folks that when things turn, they just drop off because whatever they were doing wasn't gonna be sustainable in a tougher time.

I. So now take the time to really hunker down and become as absolutelygood as you can so that when the tougher times hit, you're still so good that, again, you may still feel it, but it's not gonna be catastrophic.
