Here I share a way to forgive that was shared with me as a way to overcome physical pain. I was in lots of pain after having my third child and a friend of mine shared her way of doing forgiveness and it actually worked!
Inside you will find the story of me trying this technique for the first time and also some insight on how you can give it a try too.
Forgiveness seems to be hard for us humans and this is the lightest way I have ever tried.
This method is different, the possibilities are endless, and you can do it from anywhere.
