These guided healing sessions are how I have been working with others. Its simple and accessible but very impactful for whoever shows up to do the work with themselves. 
In each session I am a guide that allows you to connect to yourself and shift what YOU want to work on. 
There will be a growing library of these guided healings and you can have access to them day or night. 

I am excited to have you join the community and provide suggestions for topics and connect with others, if you want to, that are doing the work as well.
