Our beliefs can shape our existence in many ways, from our language and work to how we carry ourselves and the actions we take. These beliefs can be acquired through a multitude of experiences and interactions throughout our lives. In this episode, we explore the various ways in which limiting beliefs can be acquired and how they can impact our decision-making processes. However, we also discuss a way to release these beliefs and choose what we want to keep or let go of.

Around two years ago, I discovered a method for quickly releasing beliefs that is almost magical in its efficacy. While I will touch on this technique towards the end of the episode, the primary focus is on walking you through releasing a belief that may be holding you back, regardless of how it was acquired.

If you're interested in trying the meditation from our previous episode on anxiety and overwhelm, skip ahead to minute 12:00 of Episode #4.
