Try to imagine the emotions flowing through Jackie Robinson in April 1947 as he was standing on first base, with Ty Cobb spitting tobacco juice in his face and thousands of angry, bitter racists in a nearly all-white ballpark hurling profanities, insults and racial epithets at him.
And he had to be strong enough *not* to fight back.
When you get down, depressed and discouraged over everything that’s happened since March 2020, it’s okay. You, me and everyone in our shoes who stood their ground in the face of medical tyranny feels the exact same way.
Just remember: we still have the ability to fight back.
