In this episode, the speaker argues against the commonly cited statistic that native-born U.S. citizens are more likely to commit violent crimes than illegal aliens. They contend that this comparison lacks depth and overlooks many instances where crimes by illegal aliens are reported. They criticize both the media and politicians for pushing the narrative, which they see as misinformation and gaslighting. Various examples are cited, including crimes committed by Venezuelan and Chilean gangs and individual cases like Patrick Lyoya and Brittney Griner. The speaker plans to explore the actual data and articles in the next episode to expose what they believe are the media's false claims about immigrant crime rates.

The Tenth Man (00:11):
You are four times as likely to commit a
violent crime as a native bornUS citizen than is an illegal
alien.
Is this true and is this eventhe right comparison today?
On the 10th, man, isn't it oddthat we have so many crimes

(00:35):
reported which are committed byillegal aliens, violent crimes,
rapes, murders?
Gangs taking over wholeapartment buildings.
While the fake news is tellingus illegal aliens do not commit
crimes, the politicians and thefake news keep repeating this

(00:58):
odd statement that Americanscommit more crimes then illegal
aliens.
Anyone can see that They do infact commit crimes all the time.
We just don't know for sure howmany.
And that is a key fact rightthere.
Young women are raped andmurdered while out on a morning

(01:21):
jog.
Venezuelan gangs take over wholeapartment buildings in Colorado,
Chilean gangs ransack luxuryhomes in the suburbs of Detroit
and their counterparts.
Rob the homes of professionalathletes while they're away
playing their games.

(01:41):
Even when a woman is set on fireby an illegal alien on a New
York City subway train, theresponse of the media and the
Democrats is, don't worry, because actually native born
Americans are more likely tocommit a crime than an illegal
alien.

(02:03):
This statement absolutely failsthe sniff test.
It fails the eyeball test.
We are obviously seeing illegalalien crime constantly.
How can they dare try toconvince us otherwise?
And where did they come up withthis oddly specific statement of

(02:24):
all the things they could tellus about illegal aliens?
That's what they came up with, comparing native born Americans
to illegals.
It's a weak argument, a facileargument, but.
Beyond that, it's also false.
The whole thing is a case ofmisinformation and gaslighting.

(02:47):
We've had many recent planecrashes followed by assurances
that air travel is safe.
A TikTok influencer was stabbedto death in Japan last week
during a live stream.
But that news is reportedalongside the note that Japan is
a safe country.

(03:09):
Once a month we have a sharkattack or a wild bear attack,
but the news tells us that allour walking paths and beaches
are safe.
They actually tell us you'remore likely to be attacked by a
man than by a bear.
Based on juggling of crime, statistics, and the myth of the
mild manner, the safe, illegalalien fits in with all of these.

(03:35):
While we're told that there is amass shooting every day and that
the schools are unsafe and thatTrump is a threat to democracy,
all those, but the illegal Iimmigrants, they don't commit
crimes.
The media push whatevernarrative fits their agenda.

(03:57):
And as we said, this is an oddlyspecific study type, the number
of crimes committed byimmigrants.
Versus native born, what wouldprompt such a study, such an
investigation, not to mentiondozens if not hundreds of news
articles on that topic.
You can tell just by the, on thevery surface, it's a gaslighting

(04:20):
effort.
Why aren't there any othercategories of study on the topic
of immigrant crime?
Like.
Whether more crimes arecommitted by Venezuelans or
Colombians, more crimes by theemployed versus the ones in
shelters, crimes by new arrivalsversus repeat crossers.

(04:43):
Or how about the number ofcrimes committed by illegals in
the US versus the number ofcrimes committed by illegals in
Canada or, and here's a factualone, the fact that the children
of immigrants.
Are more likely to commit crimesthan their parents.
That fact alone tells us a lotabout this.

(05:06):
That tells us why we should notonly not give citizenship to
people who immigrate hereillegally, but not to their
children either, or theirgrandchildren.
We should wait a fewgenerations, but that's another
topic.
Or how about a real.
Apples to apples comparison.
Let's talk about the number ofcrimes committed by people from

(05:27):
Central America versus thenumber of crimes committed by
Americans visiting CentralAmerica, because that number is
probably zero and of course themain question, how many new
crimes are there committed byillegals in the United States,

(05:47):
which would not have occurred atall if they were not here.
The fact that we don't havereasonable comparisons just
reflects on the tendency of themedia to give special treatment
to immigrant criminals.
Patrick Lyoya was a criminalmigrant from the Congo, and he

(06:11):
was killed early one morning, two years ago when he was caught
driving an apparent stolen cardrunk, and was stopped by the
police.
The Democrats in the fake newssay nobody should be killed in a
traffic stop.
Well, it was a drunk drivingstolen car.

(06:31):
A traffic stop, which I've neverbeen in.
I'm sure you haven't either.
He failed to follow policeorders.
Fled was tackled by the cop, fought with him.
He tried to take the cop'sweapon, a taser in this case,
and the cop drew his otherweapon and shot him.
The man is driving drunk ateight in the morning and he's

(06:54):
treated like a victim of racism, even though the cop.
A former missionary to Africa,so the cop was put on trial, and
false comparisons are drawnbetween Patrick Lyoya and white
criminals.
But again, that's not the rightcomparison.

(07:17):
A better comparison would be howwould Patrick Lyouya have been
treated by police in his nativeCongo?
In the Congo, had he dared tostruggle with the police, he
wouldn't be a hero.
He wouldn't be a cause celebre.
He would've simply disappeared.
No demonstrations, no TVcoverage.
He'd be gone.

(07:39):
And if the news is so concernedabout how foreigners are treated
by the police when they're inanother country, how about the
treatment of Americans abroad?
Again, there's just a doublestandard.
When WNBA player, BrittneyGriner, a legal visitor to
Russia, Was sent to a forcedlabor camp where she spent

(08:03):
several months.
Where was the media outcryagainst unfair treatment Unfair
treatment of a foreigner toRussia.
She took illegal contraband intothe country, but it was
accidental.
And what she was taking in was arelatively harmless, controlled
substance.
Something that was illegal Here.

(08:23):
She wasn't driving drunk in astolen car.
She didn't murder anybody, butthat story was a sensation.
She is being used as a politicalpawn to free up an arms dealer.
Speaking of murder, multipleAmericans have been murdered in

(08:43):
Turks and Caicos, a resortisland in the Caribbean.
A grandmother, a sheriff'sdeputy, the same person was
killed just this past January.
Where are all the protestors forcompletely innocent Americans
losing their lives to Caribbeangangs with automatic weapons?

(09:04):
No one even cares.
They're actually more famous forputting Americans into jail.
That's the other side of thecoin, putting Americans into
jail.
When their customs finds auseless bullet in their luggage,
it's useless'cause they don'thave a gun.
They don't have any intent.
Their customs finds an Americanwith a bullet in their luggage
as they are leaving the country.

(09:27):
There's no real crime there.
The Americans are prosecuted forsmuggling illegal contraband out
of the country.
The bullets are legal wherethey're going back in America.
Americans who are guilty of noreal wrongdoing, guilty of
harming, no one are jailed andfined on technicalities of the

(09:50):
law while they're trying to gethome.
Even worse, the firearms chargebecomes a bigger story than
Americans being killed in thesame country in mass shootings.
I but illegal aliens who come tothe US and commit crimes are not
only treated like citizens, they're treated like super

(10:11):
citizens.
They wander through the countrycommitting mayhem.
While the Democrats and the fakenews say, well, they really
don't commit all that muchcrime.
During the presidentialcampaign, when Republicans
pointed out that there wereillegal criminal gangs from

(10:33):
Venezuela taking over apartmentbuildings in Aurora, Colorado,
the news criticized them forsaying it.
Martha Raditz famously said toJD Vance, well.
You make it sound like they'retaking over all the apartment
buildings in Aurora, Colorado.
They've only taken over a few,but that's the wrong comparison.

(10:58):
How many apartment buildingshave American criminal gangs
ever taken over in anothercountry?
When people say We have an openborder, they're correct, but
it's, in a way, it's a misnomerbecause the border's only open.
In one direction.
Criminals come into the UnitedStates, coming south from Canada

(11:20):
or North from Mexico, and theycome here at Will, but they
aren't going the otherdirection.
They're not going out of thecountry, not now, not ever.
Both the Democrats and the fakenews.
Indeed, the whole world, including Pope Francis expects

(11:41):
Americans.
To just sit back and take it.
We're told that illegal alienscommit less crime than do
Americans and that there aredozens of studies proving the
claim.
I would challenge you to findone study.
There are hundreds of articlesthat say so.

(12:05):
But there are no studies.
In the next episode, we'll lookat some of the articles, some of
the claims, and the two actualdata sets, and show you that.
Surprise, surprise, the mediahave been lying to you.
When the fake news says there isa study, what they really mean

(12:27):
is more that there's a theory.
Somebody found an interestingtidbit in some data, which might
warrant a study, but there is noreal study.
Instead, they just announced thehypothesis as a conclusion and
the Democrat echo chamber goesalong with it.

(12:50):
It is like you were sitting in acafe and you noticed there were
three white Toyotas going by AFat intervals, and they were all
speeding.
You might say you were aninvestigative reporter.
Go back to your boss and say, Ithink we should investigate
whether White Toyotas areinvolved in more speeding

(13:10):
incidents than other cars.
And your boss says, well, what'dyou see?
And well, I saw three whiteToyotas speeding.
Well, there's your study.
You run with that, you've got aheadline because what you should
do is now set up.
Cameras at variousintersections, various times of
the day and track all the carsand get some data and, and

(13:33):
compare numbers.
That would be the study seeingthree Toyotas.
And it might be true, it mightin fact be true that more white
Toyotas speed than do othercars.
But you haven't done a studyyet.

(13:53):
We mentioned earlier the type ofdata that would be of interest,
like where is all the immigrantcrime taking place?
What groups are causing it?
So why don't we have some realdata instead of this odd
comparison, immigrants versusAmericans.
And the reason is that theydon't have any data.

(14:14):
They're piecing together falseconclusions from limited data.
So again, in the next episodewe'll look at their two or three
types of so-called studies, whattheir data actually show and how
the left has taken the lack ofany real data on the topic of
illegal immigrant crime as proofof anything they want to claim,

(14:36):
however outlandish, they'llactually tell you they don't
have any data in the steps theytook to create data.
Or they'll argue from ignorance.
We didn't find proof that theycommit more crimes, so we
conclude they commit less andthey identify studies as coming
from reliable sources like theFBI when it doesn't and the lie

(14:59):
is blatant as that can only comefrom the New York Times.
If you don't want to wait tillthen, then simply Google
Immigrant Crime.
Go to one of these articles, then read the sources they
reference.
You don't have to drill downvery far to find that the
so-called myth of immigrantcrime is in fact the myth.
