The script discusses misrepresented mass shootings in America, emphasizing that media often exaggerates these events to induce fear. It provides an example of a reported mass shooting in Houston where six men were injured but not killed, arguing that it was likely a targeted attack rather than a random act of violence. The narrator criticizes how incidents involving four or more victims are automatically categorized as mass shootings and questions the integrity of such statistics. The script advocates for focusing on real crime prevention rather than inflating numbers to support gun control agendas.

The Tenth Man (00:00):
They say there's a mass shooting every single day
in America.
Wanna see what one actuallylooks like?
Stick around because what you'reabout to hear doesn't match what
you've been told.

(00:22):
Welcome to another edition ofToday's Mass Shooting, the
series where we take a closerlook at the headlines the media
wants you to panic over andexpose what's really going on
beneath the surface.
Here's what the news said.
Mass shooting in Houston, sixvictims, no arrests.
Sounds terrifying, right?

(00:43):
You hear the phrase massshooting, and instantly an image
pops into your head.
A public place, random victims,a crazed white male in a MAGA
hat, an AR 15 dozens, dead chaosin broad daylight.
But what if I told you that theevent behind this headline

(01:04):
looked nothing like that at all?
Let's take a look at what reallyhappened.
This happened in the earlymorning hours of March 23rd,
2025.
Just outside Houston, Texas.
The location, a place calledLatinas Sports Bar, an after
hours club that was openillegally and serving alcohol

(01:26):
passed the legal cutoff thetime.
Three o'clock in the morning, the shooter opened, fired and
injured six men, all of themsurvived.
Police said it was probably nota random attack.
In other words, the shooterprobably knew the victims.

(01:47):
Surveillance cameras caught ablack Toyota Corolla leaving the
scene.
And that's all we know for now.
And here's what wasn't in thenews.
There's no mention of theweapon, and that tells you a
lot.
If there had been an AR 15 or aso-called"ghost gun".
A Glock switch or high capacitymagazines, we would've heard

(02:10):
about it.
So why is this being counted asa mass shooting?
Because the Gun ViolenceArchive, the site behind the
numbers you hear in the mediacounts every incident where four
or more people are shot.
It doesn't matter if it's a gangfight, a bar brawl, or a family

(02:30):
dispute.
If four people get hit.
Even if they all survive, evenif they don't even go to the
hospital, it's a mass shootingand the media runs with that
number because they are corrupt.
Was this a lunatic gunning downstrangers at a concert?

(02:50):
No.
Was it politically motivated?
No.
Was it even random?
Doesn't look like it, but itstill got logged into the
national tally of massshootings.
The same one they cite everytime.
There's a real tragedy, a realmass shooting.
You've heard the line,"Therehave been over 500 mass

(03:12):
shootings this year" and this a3:00 AM bar fight with no
fatalities is one of them.
This is how the public getsmanipulated.
The numbers are technicallyaccurate, but emotionally
dishonest.
Now, let's be clear.

(03:32):
Every act of violence is seriousand every life matters, but if
we want to reduce violence, thegovernment and law enforcement
need to focus on the realproblems.
How about cracking down onillegal after hours clubs, or
targeting known gang activity?
And repeat violent offenders.

(03:54):
How about prioritizing actualcrime prevention instead of
inflating stats to scare thepublic into supporting gun
control, that wouldn't havestopped this incident anyway.
That's why Today's Mass Shootingexists: to pull back the curtain
and show you what's really beingcounted.
So the next time someone saysthere's a mass shooting every

(04:16):
day in America, ask them, was itrandom?
Was it public?
Was it deadly or was it justanother manipulated headline?
Because when you know the facts, the fear loses its grip.
Stay smart, stay free, and we'llsee you next time on Today's
Mass Shooting.
