Astral projection is an esoteric, or spiritual, practice and belief that your consciousness can leave your physical body in a "subtle" body to travel through the "astral plane," a non-physical realm. Proponents describe it as a conscious out-of-body experience (OBE), while scientific perspectives view these experiences as hallucinations or effects of neurological conditions, rather than literal soul travel.
It is conversations like this episode that fuel me & encourage me to be open, explore and see and experience life and where it will take me.
