Just I hope you have the bestholiday season this year.
I know as we're going and goingall year long with our business
and focusing on growth andoptimizing.
Maybe you've put in a lot ofwork this year on the finances,
increasing your pay, being ableto afford hiring a team member.

Maybe there's just been a lot ofchange.
Maybe there's been a lot ofstress.
Whether it's good, maybe you'vefaced a really tough year this
year.
Maybe you're going into nextyear with a lot of uncertainty
and there's a lot of fear.
I hope that over these nextcouple of weeks that you can
just decompress, take some timeaway from the business to spend
with family, to rest and recoverand prepare for the new year.
