The Therapy Sisters

The Therapy Sisters

Welcome! We are Rachel and Charis, sisters and licensed clinical therapists with over thirty years of combined experience. In our personal and professional experiences we have learned how much we all have in common as women inhabiting this earth, and how often we struggle in silence and isolation. We invite you to come along with us as we come home to ourselves--engaging in the deconstruction of who we were told we were–be it because of traumas or familial or cultural messaging–and growing into the reconstruction of who we are truly meant to be. Look for new episodes every Tuesday.

Listen as they share their experiences around this, how they see this pl...

**A quick note: We had some challenges with the audio there at the end so this episode ends abruptly. It does end where the conversation wrapped up, but we understand it may feel sudden and wanted to give a heads up. Still, it doesn’t not detract from Jaymie’s inspiring message.

The Therapy Sisters welcome back friend and fellow clinician, Jaymie Bush. She shares her story of coming up in a legalistic and conservative religi...
