"Energy wasted on worry has never solved a problem; identify your solutions and invest energy there." - Johnnie Williams III
Some say FEAR is false evidence appearing real, while others feel it is future events artificially realized. But, I feel that FEAR is rooted in:
- Family/Friend engagements
- Enemies we now need to confront
- Addictions that we use to avoid or cope
- Reality that we cannot escape and must accept
In this podcast episode I share a common scenario of the monster in the closet that introduces my new word that replaces - the phrases of FEAR - like I'm scared... or I'm afraid for you... and please Be careful... These are just moments that cause us CONCERN. We can address our concerns, but it's difficult to deal with and grapple with the illusion that fear actually is.
Fear is a waste of vital energy and life force, and all for false evidence appearing real. I THINK what concerns most of us - is the unknown to come, that might or might not happen. I would like to suggest you address worries when they actually cause (actual) PAIN, and you can identify the PROBLEM. That's when it'd be wise to construct a PLAN that lays out a PROCESS for you to PROFIT from the life experience.
Did you know that scientist have found that our bodies function best when operating above 19htz of energy? But, while studying the impacts of different states of emotion (energy in motion), they found that FEAR lowers us to just 4htz. That is some cause for serious concern.
ASK YOURSELF:
1) What is something that has been worrying you or generates fear?
2) Have you found that worrying works for you, and is justified?
3) Have you downloaded the Think About It... app on your Apple or Android
4) Have you joined the TRIBE at TheThoughtTribe.com ?

Cardiac Cowboys
The heart was always off-limits to surgeons. Cutting into it spelled instant death for the patient. That is, until a ragtag group of doctors scattered across the Midwest and Texas decided to throw out the rule book. Working in makeshift laboratories and home garages, using medical devices made from scavenged machine parts and beer tubes, these men and women invented the field of open heart surgery. Odds are, someone you know is alive because of them. So why has history left them behind? Presented by Chris Pine, CARDIAC COWBOYS tells the gripping true story behind the birth of heart surgery, and the young, Greatest Generation doctors who made it happen. For years, they competed and feuded, racing to be the first, the best, and the most prolific. Some appeared on the cover of Time Magazine, operated on kings and advised presidents. Others ended up disgraced, penniless, and convicted of felonies. Together, they ignited a revolution in medicine, and changed the world.
