On this episode of the Tiffany Paul Show, I share my exhaustion with checking off all the boxes society sold me as the key to happiness and still feeling unfulfilled. Not to mention checking off the spiritual checklist too. Today, I take you inside my internal battle of doing vs being and wondering out loud, if just being me is enough for this podcast. Plus, I answer a listener's question about remembering who you truly are and rant about why perfectionism is overrated. Naturally, my video and audio went whacko during this part, but in the spirit of keeping it real, we left it messy.
