Billy Gene: Master of Marketing
Pretend for a second that your business is a sailboat. Your sailboat has lost some momentum because of a sudden shift in the winds (pandemic). You can see a clearing in the distance and there appears to be a strong wind up ahead, but you're not sure you can make it. You have a few options: 1. You can adjust your sail in hopes of catching a draft; 2. You can cut your sail and call it quits. In this example, your sail is your marketing. Cutting your sail ensures you are dead in the water.
