(00:25):
Hey guys, welcome back to theTipsy Guest.
I am Marco, your host, andtoday is a very different
episode.
So we're used to talk about, you know, brides and planning
the party, the wedding and allthe cool stuff for the big day,
but today we're going to betalking about what happens
(00:48):
before the wedding and all thecool stuff for the big day, but
today we're going to be talkingabout what happens before the
wedding.
So today I have Amy Gonzalez.
She is the founder owner of theLove Shack Boutique and she's
also a certified sex educator.
Speaker 2 (01:01):
Yes, hi how are you?
Amy, I'm great.
Speaker 1 (01:07):
How are you?
Oh, my God, I am very excitedto have you.
Thank you for having me.
This is gonna be a fun episode,I can already tell.
I mean, I have been to yourstore, I have been to your
boutique many times and I meanwhen, whenever we do the events
there as well like it's alwaysso much fun.
Yeah, so I guess let's getstarted by you telling our
listeners who you are, what youdo, how long you've been in
(01:29):
business, all that cool stuff, and then we'll talk about all
things.
Bachelorette parties.
Speaker 2 (01:33):
Perfect, so thanks
for having me again.
So we, I own a store calledLove Shack Boutique, located
here in San Antonio.
I've been open since 2012.
And we do a little bit ofeverything.
We do bachelorette parties, bridal showers, and we also sell
like laundry lotions, oils, creams, other fun, I say
accessories, bedroom items Ooh,I love it.
(01:57):
Fun stuff, right.
Fun stuff for the honeymoon,right.
So we carry a variety of stuff.
I've been open since 2012.
We have two locations, uh, onein the medical center area and
one in dove creek, and then Ialso have an event room that I
opened up in 2012 I'm sorry,2018 and that has been fabulous.
And we host like parties, classes, events, we do like fun
(02:20):
bingos, um, a variety of stuff.
And I got started back in.
Well, I've been in thisindustry now for 20 plus years.
Speaker 1 (02:30):
What?
Yes, yes, I know, I always tellpeople.
Speaker 2 (02:33):
I, you know, I got
started when I was like in my
20s doing like home parties.
I was going to school at UTSAand I was working full time.
And I got started doing likethese, like passion parties or
pure romance Usually that's howpeople oh yes, I've been to one
of those parties where theyshowed stuff and people bought
stuff and you know we had drinksand laughs and all sorts of
(02:54):
stuff.
So I got started doing thatback in 2001 and I just started
doing it just a part-time job, just something, just to help me
pay my student loans.
So I wouldn't, wouldn't well,so I wouldn't have to get
student loans actually for me tohelp pay my college.
And I did that.
I was going to school full-timeand I was working full-time.
I graduate from utsa, didn'thave any student loans that
(03:15):
helped me pay my.
Yeah, I tell people um, toys,um, help pay for my loans or
help put me through college.
And then I just concentrated onmy full-time career.
That was my goal.
I was like I'm just going toconcentrate full-time on my
career, but I couldn't get awayfrom these parties.
I always had people say no, Iwant you to book a party or do
my party for me.
And then, as I was doing theparties, I'd always have people
(03:36):
say, like you don't have astorefront.
And I'd be like no.
And they'd be like, well, whatif I want to reorder stuff?
And I'd be like, well, youcould order online.
And they're like, well.
And then I was meeting peopleall over town and I always heard
the same thing from people andthe thing that I would hear is
there's nowhere nice here intown to buy anything.
So I was like so I went toevery store here in town and I
(03:57):
was like these are crap, like Iwouldn't feel comfortable.
They just feel awkward when yougo in.
Yeah, they're, and I don't wantto say there's anything against
men, but they are mostly menowned operated.
So when you go in there, um,you know they're, just they're,
they're, they're designed by aman, not saying that men don't
have that touch.
(04:17):
But you know, you went they'revery generic yeah, you know, and
it just you know there was oneperson working the counter and
you know behind the counter thecounter, and there wasn't.
It wasn't colorful or nice orpleasant.
And so I went to Austin, dallas, la Vegas, to see other stores
that were run by women, thatwere created by women, and I
(04:38):
talked to other women businessowners and then after probably
about a couple years, I was like, okay, if I'm going to do this,
I'm going to put everythinginto it, I'm going to literally
quit my day job and if it'ssuccessful, then I can say, hey,
you know what, I put everythinginto it and if it is not, well,
hey, I tried, right, so thatwas back in.
I opened up the first store in2012.
(04:59):
And I did my bright colors andI made sure the store smelled
nice and we're all women thatwork there and that just gives
it a nice touch and it's justkind of evolved into sexual
health, wellness and pleasure, because we also, I feel like
we're a community resource, orwe are a community resource.
We deal with gynecologists, urologists and pelvic floor
(05:20):
doctors that send in patients topick up lubricant dilators and
other necessities.
Speaker 1 (05:25):
So it's just like
evolved, you know and look at
you now with two locations.
That is incredible.
So just a little backstory here.
So and this is probablysomething obviously you're not
even going to remember butbefore I even met you, because I
think I met you around 2016.
Well, I opened my business in2015.
And I think I met you likearound 2016 2017.
(05:47):
But I actually went to one ofthose parties that you used to
do, I'm thinking maybe in 2011.
So before we even knew eachother.
And I know because I read Imean, I didn't remember you.
Speaker 2 (06:03):
I do remember who who
had the party.
Speaker 1 (06:06):
Yeah, it's crazy.
I didn't think you were goingto remember and I have.
I think this was maybe around2011 or 2012.
Speaker 2 (06:14):
Yeah, I don't know I
think I had already opened up
the store and that person hadtold me will you please do a
party for me, Please, please,please.
And I think at the time he wasdoing my hair.
So I was like, okay, I'll goahead and do the party.
And yeah, I did.
Speaker 1 (06:32):
That is so wild to me
because later, you know, like
three, four years after that, when I officially, you know, met
you, I think I met you at anevent for the San Antonio AIDS
Foundation.
I think that's where I met youthe first time, because I think
Sam is the one that introducedus, which was he was working
with the San Antonio AIDSFoundation at the time.
Um, I was like, oh my god, Iwas like I've been to one of her
parties that's right, Icompletely okay.
Speaker 2 (06:52):
So I did forget about
you being there, but yes, I do
remember the party.
Speaker 1 (06:55):
Oh, that's cool that
you remember.
That is yeah to me.
I just thought that washilarious.
It was like a full circlemoment, uh, but yeah, and, and
you know, once you know, we metand then, of course, you started
hiring me to do youranniversary parties.
They're always so fun and, likeright now, when you mentioned
you know, I feel like whenpeople walk into your store,
(07:17):
it's not like a like a likeyou're not expecting, like a
creepy person behind the counter, like it's so welcoming, like
you know.
Know, your girls are the best.
I mean alisa.
So alisa is the store manager.
Yes, oh my god, she ishilarious.
I follow her on social and Imean, and I follow your social
media accounts from the storeand, oh my god, sometimes I'm
(07:39):
just like going through thereels that you had post and they
are so funny.
I just feel like you havecreated such a fun and safe
environment for your clients andI feel like you've built that
community.
I mean, throughout the yearswhen I work at your you know,
the anniversary parties with thephoto booth, I see the same
(08:02):
people over and over again and Ijust feel like you have built a
community and a safe space forpeople to go and just not be
embarrassed.
You know to to shop for, for,for toys or or all of the things
that you sell, like.
I think that is really reallycool.
So I am, I'm so proud of you.
Speaker 2 (08:20):
Oh, thank you, I
appreciate that I'm proud of you
too.
Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you.
Speaker 1 (08:26):
Yes, so let's talk
bachelorette parties, because
you did mention that you have aspace and I and I've been to
your space which I see thatyou've hosted, like the drag
brunch or the drag bingo orloteria, and and then you have
yoga and then you have all kindsof events there.
How popular is it for?
I guess can can couples or, Iguess, brides or grooms, can
(08:47):
they rent out the space to throwa party like a bachelorette, a
bachelorette party?
Speaker 2 (08:52):
Absolutely.
So we have like the space isvery nice and fun and we kind of
customize it.
So if you're like, hey, we wantto do something before our
bachelorette party or before wego out or before we go have
dinner Because now I mean, asyou know, brides nowadays some
of them are like no, we're notdoing a bachelorette party,
(09:13):
we're just going to go havedinner and drink somewhere, or
but people just want somethingdifferent.
So in our event space we havewhere they can come in and host
a party and we can do like athey want a class on a topic or
they want to do like a naughtybingo or lotteria.
We can do that, we can kind ofcustomize it.
And then they can even come outand do like a bridal wish list
(09:33):
and they can pick out stuff thatthey want.
So, as opposed to them gettingstuff that they're never going
to wear or use or whatever, thenthey can kind of pick out well,
no, I want these outfits or Iwant these, you know, candles or
lotions or whatever.
Speaker 1 (09:44):
Like well, no, I want
these outfits, or I want these
candles or lotions or whatever.
Speaker 2 (09:51):
It's kind of like a
wedding registration, but it's
like the bridal shower or thebachelorette party registration
and two.
Sometimes people are like no,I'm only inviting certain people
to my bachelorette party asopposed to my bridal shower or
whatnot.
But we can kind of customize ithowever they want.
But it makes it kind of funbecause then they come in, they
don't have to worry about okay, whose house are we going to host
it at?
If they're like, well, we'rethinking about doing something,
(10:11):
but we don't know, they can hostit in the store, in our private
event room.
They can bring food, drinks, and then we can customize it.
If they want to do a class or aparty or just hang out,
sometimes we've had people like,oh, our limo is going to pick
us up from here and we're goingto go, you know, downtown or
we're going to go do whatever,so we can customize it however
they like.
Speaker 1 (10:30):
Awesome.
And so do you rent the space?
Is it by like, do you havedifferent tiers, different
packages, or is it by the hour?
How do they rent out the space?
Speaker 2 (10:38):
So we have different
packages.
So we have like a blushingbride one, we have just a party
one, we have a game theme night,so we can kind of customize it,
like they may be like, well,I'm up, I'm, we're having a
bachelorette party, but we wantto do like a bingo, but she also
wants to do a bridal registryand you know we're going to
bring some food and drinks orthey can cater it.
So, yeah, we'll, we willcustomize.
(10:59):
We have packages but we canalways like, oh, let's throw
this or that in or whatnot.
So we just want them to have agreat experience, have fun, have
it be something memorable thatthey're going to remember.
And then you know, go on and dowhatever.
But I've had people come in andthey're like I hosted my party
here, you know five years ago oryou know seven years ago, here
in the event space.
(11:20):
So that's like, oh, that's socool.
Yeah, I love it.
Speaker 1 (11:23):
It's so cool when you
have, you know, those returning
clients and then you have, like, throughout the years, you have
stories to tell and then youknow you have things in common
and sometimes those clientsbecome friends.
And it's such a cool, you know, when you've been in business
(11:46):
for such a long time, like it'sreally really cool when you
build those relationships withyour clientele.
And so you and then yourecently opened that second
location, you said, and that'son the other side of town, which
will be in Petranco area.
Yes, yes, how long has that onebeen in business again.
Speaker 2 (12:01):
We opened up that one
two years ago.
So what 2022?
And that is just a retaillocation?
Okay, that doesn't have theevent space.
Um, I've had a couple peoplelike, oh well, what if I want to
do a party there?
And I'm like I mean, we couldprobably do a private party
before after hours.
Um, but we don't have an eventspace.
So I tell people, our locationin the medical center area is
pretty much double the space, double the size of our Petranco
location, because it has anevent space.
(12:21):
So it just yeah.
Speaker 1 (12:23):
Okay, so over here at
the medical center location
with your event space, I guesswhat's more popular, is it like
a bachelorette party or thebridal shower?
What have you noticed?
That you book more.
Speaker 2 (12:38):
It's kind of a
toss-up Sometimes.
I'm having one this weekend andI think the girl already got
married and she did adestination wedding.
So she was like, well, now wewant to do something fun.
I don't know if she did ordidn't have a bachelorette party
, but she's doing somethingafter the fact.
So I think she got married lastmonth, so that's going to
happen.
I have one happening onSaturday and sometimes people
(13:01):
will do like a brunch theme, like, oh, we want to have like a
bridal brunch for her.
I guess it's more bacheloretteparties than actual, like I say,
bridal.
But you know, because sometimespeople are like, no, we're
having our you know bridalshower at shower at you know
mom's house or whatever.
Speaker 1 (13:19):
Yeah, so this is more
, I think, a little bit, I want
to say a little bit funner.
Speaker 2 (13:20):
You know, yeah, it's
a different it's a different
experience and we bring outthings and people are like, oh
my gosh.
And then we have fun um artwork, uh, all done by women, local
women artists.
So like the artwork is kind offun and we have some fun murals,
so yeah.
Speaker 1 (13:34):
I remember the
paintings that you have.
Uh, uh, the last time that Iwent I don't remember I I think
it was one of your anniversaries, okay and I saw like all the
paintings that you had in thespace and I actually got to meet
the, the person that that thatpainted them.
She, you know, she came up tous and she's like do you like
the paintings?
I'm so glad I said yes becauseshe was like, oh, I made them
and I was like, oh, okay youwere like no, this is trash
(13:57):
imagine if I would have saidsomething like that I can't
believe amy has this stuff inher in her space here.
You know, that's just classy no,they were actually really fun.
Yeah, they're really fun, andso out there, like it's
different, I I think it's reallyreally cool.
How many people can you host?
Like what's the capacity of of,uh, guests?
Speaker 2 (14:16):
so with table and
chairs about 50 okay so like we
do like you have mentioned, I dowe do um uh dirty bingos and we
also do, like uh, drag brunchbingos.
I don't have actual performers,I usually just have one, one
person spinning the ball, butwith that and those do sell out
like those do.
Really well, people just Ithink people are just looking
for something different and funto do, you know, instead of just
(14:39):
okay, we're just going to go toa bar or, you know, go to a
club.
You know, some people are likeno, we want to do something
different.
So but yeah, but I would sayit's a good mix.
Speaker 1 (14:50):
Okay, yeah, okay.
Have you ever hosted Becauseyou know, I know, that mainly
your clients are women have youever hosted something for a
group of guys?
Speaker 2 (15:00):
Yeah, and I tell
people we, because I have people
that come in and they're likecan men be in here?
I'm like yes, Like we'll takemoney from anybody.
Of course, but we are all aboutcreating a comfortable space
for everybody, doesn't matterhow you identify.
So we have had some gaybachelor parties and those are
(15:22):
always so much fun.
Speaker 1 (15:23):
I mean the gays.
Speaker 2 (15:24):
Yeah, yeah.
Speaker 1 (15:25):
It's a whole
different vibe.
Speaker 2 (15:28):
But yeah, no, I've
had people like, oh, my gay
friends are getting married,we'd love to host something here
.
Speaker 1 (15:33):
I'm like absolutely
yeah, you're like the queen of
the gays.
Speaker 2 (15:38):
I feel much love,
much love yeah.
Speaker 1 (15:40):
I love it.
I mean, again, I keep goingback to the same, but I just
feel like you've built somethingso cool and such a safe space
for everyone.
Thank you, and um, so I guessbecause you're hosting events
and stuff like that with any ofyour other people in the
(16:00):
shopping center.
Speaker 2 (16:02):
No, not at all.
Speaker 1 (16:03):
Because they can play
.
You know, I'm sure during yourevent space you guys have music
and stuff like that.
Speaker 2 (16:07):
Oh, yeah, yeah, no,
not at all.
I mean, if anything, you know,we've had some people like get a
little too tipsy, get a littletoo tipsy.
Uh, get a little too tipsy.
I'm like please, no, they'renot driving right.
No, no, you know, we're all the, the party bus or whatever's
picking us up, like okay, youknow, or maybe brides get a
little too to have too much fun.
But other than that, like no,we're um, I mean, we don't, we
(16:29):
don't stay open late, we're notlike.
You know other places that stayopen till like 12 or 1 yeah we
closed a little bit earlier thanthat.
So, no, we haven't had noproblems, no issues.
I mean me actually getting intothe shopping center.
You know, when I opened up myfirst store, I was like
everybody was telling me no, no,no.
And I thought, for sure, okay, this other location, when I pick
another spot, they're going totake me in because I've been
(16:51):
established.
I've been established, I'vebeen open.
You know, it was already 10years and I still have people
tell me like, yeah, no, we don'twant you in our space.
And I'll be like please checkout my Babcock location my
location in the medical centerarea.
Look at our reviews.
Speaker 1 (17:09):
And I think sometimes
people are like… I feel like
they automatically think of allthe other stores that we were
talking about earlier on, thatthey just maybe feel like it's
going to be like that, you know.
But no again.
I mean, you walk into yourstore and it feels like a party
there, like the moment you walkin, you know like it's.
It's such a cool vibe.
When it comes to um, when itcomes to planning this, you know
(17:30):
like a party or an event, aprivate event, in your event
space.
How long in advance do theyneed to book?
Do they pay a deposit, or is itthe full amount?
I guess, just so that ourlisteners know, in case they're
interested in hosting an eventthere with you.
Speaker 2 (17:49):
So I usually tell
people, depending on what date
they want obviously they're seton a certain date try to book it
at least a month, two months inadvance, because we do book.
We use that event room for ourprivate classes too, so we don't
want to, and we book a lot ofstuff on the weekends, so, um,
so we try to tell people if youwant a specific date, you know,
please book at least a month inadvance.
(18:09):
Um, I've had people a couple ofweeks in advance and if they're
kind of flexible, well, I wantit on a saturday, maybe I'll do
on a friday.
Um, as far as a deposit, uh,yeah, sometimes they will do.
We can either do a paypalinvoice or, you know, cash app
or venmo.
They can always put half downand then if something happens, I
mean we're not going to be likejust as long as they cancel
(18:29):
before the event, because I dotry to, I do have extra staff
that I do, uh, have to get onthe premise for the day, for the
evening or whatever time theybook the party.
So just as long as you know, things happen, life happens.
Just as long as they cancel, you know at least 24, 48 hours
before, I will refund them thedeposit, no worries.
(18:49):
I have sometimes people thatwill book the party and be like
I just want to pay for it upfront and just be done with it,
or my maid of honor is going topay for it or whatnot, and it's
fine, that's awesome, yeah.
Speaker 1 (18:58):
And then for the
actual store part of your
business do you sell gift cards?
Speaker 2 (19:03):
We do.
Speaker 1 (19:04):
Okay, can they use
the gift cards towards an event
space?
Speaker 2 (19:07):
Absolutely.
Yeah, so they can do.
And then also, if the bride islike I don't have time to go in
there and do a bridal registry, they can do it the day of or the
day before.
But if not, we can do a giftcard, like if people are like,
oh you know, I'm just going tobuy the bride to be a gift card
and then at the end she can justbuy whatever she wants.
I was going to say somethingelse on that end that you just
said.
(19:27):
I'll remember in a second.
Speaker 1 (19:31):
It'll come back.
It come back, it'll come back.
So what would you say are thetop three items that you sell
the most at your store and youget?
This is the tipsy guest.
You can say whatever you want Iwould.
Speaker 2 (19:44):
I know people always
come in there like what are your
top selling items?
I'm like, well, I guess itdepends on what category, but
you know we sell like little um,I should have brought some
stuff you should make this alittle bit like sound and
everything.
So we do sell like a lot ofvibrators right, that's fun for
the whole family.
I always tell everybody.
But like, we sell stuff thatyou can use anywhere on the body
(20:05):
, more for outside stimulationanywhere on the body.
And then we do sell a lot oflubricants and people are like
lubricants.
I'm like, yeah, but we havewarming, cooling, flavored
water-based silicone, you know.
But we also have stuff that isbody safe.
Because now people are, youknow, people are worried about
what they're putting in and ontheir body.
So we carry like body safeproducts.
We sell a lot of like massagecandles.
(20:28):
They are a candle that isactually massage oil, so that's
always fun.
And then we sell like fun, likepanties and laundry pieces and
stuff, and we try to carry allsizes.
So we carry small all the wayup to 4X.
Speaker 1 (20:41):
Okay, that's what I
was going to ask too, Because I
see a lot of you know I'm alwayson TikTok, I'm always on
Instagram and whenever I comeacross you know like a clothing
store or just you know peopleselling stuff like that, I
always go to the comments.
That's one of the questionsalways what are your sizes?
Make sure you include theskinny people, Make sure you
include the bigger people.
(21:01):
I like that, that you havesomething for everyone.
Speaker 2 (21:05):
I tell everybody
because the stuff may run small.
And two is we want everybody tofeel sexy and have a good time
and feel empowered.
Speaker 1 (21:16):
We try to carry a
variety of sizes, yeah
absolutely Love it, and have youever had any drama at one of
your events?
I mean, you know, because youwere saying earlier, you know
sometimes people drink too much.
Talk to us.
We want to hear that we lovedrama here.
Have you do you?
Can you think of a story ofsomething that happened?
Somebody got in a fight orsomething.
Speaker 2 (21:41):
So not a fight or
anything, but I did have a.
So our most popular class thatwe teach is a fellatio class.
Fellatio aka BJ class, that'sour most popular class.
And we have a whole PowerPointpresentation and we talk about
anatomy and positions andtechniques and stuff like that.
The first time we hosted thatclass we had over 100 people
show up.
Speaker 1 (21:58):
Oh my gosh.
Yes, 100 people were lookingfor how to do it the right way.
Speaker 2 (22:07):
So that is probably
our number one class, okay.
So fast forward to thesituation.
So it wasn't a private party,it was just we had a class
booked that night or a workshop, and an individual got there
that I personally know and she'slike, oh, one of my friends is
coming.
I'm like, okay, I invited her.
She's crazy, she's wild.
And the friend got there andthen everybody's sitting down
(22:30):
ready to go and then I justnoticed I was like, oh my gosh,
what's wrong with this person.
Then I realized she got to thestore and she was already
trashed and she was kind ofbeing loud and obnoxious.
And then I turn around andshe's like passed out, and I'm
just like oh my gosh.
So normally we have alcohol, Ihave wine and non-alcoholic
(22:50):
beverages and I tell my employeepull the alcohol, I don't need
her drinking anymore when shewakes up, if she, you know, you
know, has a second wind orwhatever, like I don't need that
.
So I just told her friend she'snot driving, whatever.
Like I don't need that.
So I just told her friend she'snot driving.
Is she like that's?
My main thing is is being safe.
Speaker 1 (23:04):
And you know,
obviously she got there, she was
already toasted, but but shewas ready, she wanted to go in
and be ready, loud, and they'rejust being always that one
person and I'm just like, likepeople pay to be here.
I feel like there's always theone person that doesn't take it
serious and they're just likelaughing at.
Like you said, you had aPowerPoint presentation, so I
was.
There's always that one that Iwas gonna be making those little
(23:26):
comments and laughing and Ithink it was just that she was
just drunk off of her.
Speaker 2 (23:31):
But when she got
there so I was like oh my gosh.
And so me and my niece Alyssawas there that day and we're
just trying to figure out how toget her like for her friend to
take care of her.
That was probably the onlything that we had.
Maybe that was drama.
For the most part, everybodyhas a good time.
I always tell people it's adifferent retail environment
(23:52):
because when you come in, peopleare coming in happy.
Speaker 1 (23:55):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (23:55):
You know, happy,
excited, you know, oh, I'm going
to get some stuff for my tripor, you know, for our honeymoon
or something, something likethat.
So it's a completely differentvibe.
Very rare, is it?
I mean, sometimes we do havelike where a couple comes in and
you can tell one person wantedto be there and the other one
didn't, and it's just like, ohmy gosh, like, and usually it's,
the man is happy if it's, youknow, it's a straight couple and
(24:18):
the woman's like being forcedto go, and I'm just like that's
so funny, but it happens.
Speaker 1 (24:25):
And.
But then, once they're there, they they feel comfortable and
then they're, by the end of it,they're all, like you know,
excited and happy.
It's not the space.
Speaker 2 (24:32):
Yeah, it's not the
space, it's just, I guess,
whatever they have going on.
But for the most part 99 of thetime everybody's excited and
and, um, you know we're gonna goaway or we going to do this and
that, or fun times.
So, yeah, love it.
Speaker 1 (24:44):
Love it.

account for the Love ShackBoutique.
God, okay, you guys, you haveto go to the Instagram account
for the Love Shack Boutique.
They always they're alwaysposting.
When people are, like you know, trying to steal stuff, they
(26:16):
always call them out becausethey have the footage it is the
funniest thing ever.
Speaker 2 (26:18):
Those are my
favorites.
So funny that you say that, because, yeah, we were just
talking about that today.
They're like, oh my gosh.
I was like like, yeah, um, noone's done anything lately, but
like we have busted, you know,uh, people stealing or trying to
steal and then, uh, my niecejust loves I will tell them and
we, okay, so funny thing, I hadsomebody that stole something
and she was wearing a particularuniform of a sports bar here in
(26:38):
town, uh, with mountains inthere in their twin peaks.
She works at twin peaks, so shecame in wearing her uniform oh
my gosh, we had just opened upthe petrenko store and she had
like an outfit and something.
And then my employees like, ohmy gosh, she stole hosiery.
Well, the girl wasn't too smartbecause she signed up for our
vip.
So she not only left us hername, she left us her phone
(27:01):
number and her email.
So we contact her like hey, wethink you made a mistake.
You took one of our outfits.
We have you on camera, pay forit?
Um, you have, until I think Isaid two days.
You have two days to come inand pay for it, and if you don't
, we're gonna blast you all oversocial media.
If you do not know how we blastpeople, go ahead and look on
social media.
She's like I didn't takeanything, I didn't, and I text
(27:23):
her the next day, just areminder, you know.
And so we blasted her.
Oh my gosh, I forgot how manyshares and likes that video had.
But my niece was like, oh mygosh, it was crazy.
And then twin peaks called andsaid she's wearing our brand.
How can we make this right?
What?
Speaker 1 (27:38):
can we do, can we?
Speaker 2 (27:39):
have her name and
phone number.
We understand you obtained thatinformation and I was just like
yeah, Unfortunately, the girlgot fired.
Speaker 1 (27:47):
But she lived and
learned.
That's what you get.
I mean, who, I'm not even goingto get into that, that's a
whole other topic.
