Speaker 1 (00:02):
Okay, hello, hello.
Thank you for joining me inthis little short clip video.
I just had to come on here andmake a reaction to this
particular post that I posted onmy own Facebook page and it
just made me realize how peopleare so unaware of what's going
(00:27):
on.
I'm not trying to offend anyone, but just take a look at this.
I'm going to show you the post, the video that I post on
Facebook, and then I will sharethe comments that I receive and
the interaction, the exchange ofthe comments.
Speaker 2 (00:45):
Okay, so here's the
video.
Lower the cost of everyday needslike health care and housing
and groceries.
We're going to end America'shousing shortage.
You just let in over 10 millionpeople illegally and you put
(01:07):
them all on housing vouchers andfood stamps and gave them free
plane tickets and free cellphones.
And all of them have to livesomewhere.
You caused America's housingshortage.
If you care about the cost ofhousing, limit the population
Certainly don't expand itthrough uncontrolled immigration
through open borders, which isexactly what they did she's
(01:28):
responsible for, and her donorsat black rack are buying up the
houses in your neighborhood andher donors at airbnb are turning
your neighborhood into acompletely unmanageable garbage,
a place filled with transients, where there's no social
connection at all between people.
Those are her donors, those areher policies.
For her to lecture us on thehousing shortage that she caused
it, it's almost too much.
I can't sit here.
Speaker 1 (01:49):
Okay.
So, as everyone can hear andsee, this is a post about
housing real estate market, andKamala Harris is proposing this
bill to be passed to giveundocumented immigrants to have
a down payment for their homepurchase.
(02:10):
Okay, so I'm going to leavethis comment on the real estate
market.
After that I'll show you guyswhat's going on with the comment
that I received.
Okay, give me one second.
Okay.
(02:42):
So, by the way, this post isactually a shared post.
Okay, it's not originally.
Obviously it's not the originalvideo coming from me directly.
Okay, so here's the comment.
This lady came out of nowhereon my Facebook page.
At first she commented surprise, you are using Tucker Carlson
(03:05):
as a reliable source ofinformation.
Okay, All right.
So then I reply back to her.
Of course, you know, and I sayif this surprised you, then you
haven't seen what's really goingon in our world.
(03:25):
I mean, again, no offense, I amjust speaking what I personally
experience and of course, Irespect her point of view as
well.
So this is an open conversation.
Up to this point, there's no,you know, I won't consider it's
an argument or even a debate, but what's to come next is going
(03:48):
to surprise you.
So after I comment that she didhave more reply back to me.
Okay, All right.
So then she comes back and askedme how has me surprised to see
you using someone else as oneeye, as Tucker Carlson as a
(04:12):
reliable information source?
Got anything to do with howmuch I know about what's
happening in the world?
Okay, then I respond well, justby reading your comment telling
me how much you really don'tknow and how much they want you
to know.
Perhaps the one eye view yousaid it can be reused in in your
(04:37):
view too, am I right?
So basically, I am telling herthat you know you're stuck
saying that I'm using TuckerCarlson's content as a source
and it's surprising to her.
Okay, and then she comes aroundand telling me that it's a
(05:04):
one-eye view opinions.
Does that make sense to you?
Anyone who's watching orlistening, so that makes me feel
that, okay, then you reallydon't know anything.
You don't even know what you'retalking about, because you are
claiming that I have one-eyepoint of or taco, call sense one
(05:27):
eye point of view, and then youcome on here and make a comment
about it, and then does thatsound like you are having the
same thing?
You know what you just statedone eye view, point of view or
perspective, right?
Anyway, so the commentcontinues.
So here's the part that getskind of juicy.
(05:51):
And then she said well, shelbyChang, by reading your comment,
I can see you're avoidinganswering my initial question
and choose to venture moretowards a personal attack on me
by suggesting I have limitedview of what's happening in the
(06:12):
world around me.
Am I right?
I mean, I don't know what tosay here.
Isn't that what she's doing?
I am using her own world, herown vocabulary, her words and
reuse back to her.
And then she said I havelimited views and I'm personally
(06:39):
attacking her.
I mean, can somebody pleasemake a comment and let me know
what is this going on?
I'm not confused, but she isvery confusing, right?
I mean, this is so delusional.
(07:00):
You know what I mean.
This is so I mean, sodelusional.
You know what I mean.
So okay, so now I respond more.
How am I using your own words,a person attacking you?
So does that mean you werepersonally attacking me then?
So I shift the topic to tellher.
(07:21):
You know what am I reallysaying here.
So I said, look, most peopleare too focused on the who and
not the what.
Your initial question to me wasTucker, am I right?
Not about the context of thiscontent, which is about real
(07:41):
estate.
Also, if you don't like mycontent, you can easily
unsubscribe or unfollow me.
I don't care and I never forceanyone to watch anything that I
post on my page, right, right.
So, that being said, she isbasically how do I say?
(08:06):
She's basically commenting onher own comment.
You know what I mean?
Because I'm using her words andI'm trying to broaden her view,
but yet she's the one sayingthat I, or Tucker Carlson, has
one view.
Again, that don't make sense.
And then she claimed that, say,I was the one who personally
(08:30):
attacking her while I was usingher own words.
Do you see what's going on here?
And do you see why am I sayingthat Her comment tells me that
she really don't know much.
She only know what the metricswant her to know.
(08:53):
Right, because I'm posting thispost not to focus on Tucker
Carlson, but the real estatemarket, the housing market, the
Kamala Harris's policy, right, has nothing to do with Tucker
Carlson, even though I loveTucker Carlson's content.
(09:13):
Okay, don't get me wrong, butin this particular case it's not
about Tucker.
But in this particular caseit's not about Tucker, it's
about the content, it's aboutKamala Harris's policy that's
going to damage the UnitedStates, america's real estate
market, the real estate industry.
It's already damaged, but ifshe really put this into policy,
(09:36):
if she get elected, it willreally damage into policy.
If she gets elected it willreally damage Because, as we all
know, supply and demand right.
This is a simple foundation ofEconomy 101.
So let's say, if she really gotelected, and then she put this
bill, passed this bill to givefree money, which is tax money.
(10:02):
It's not free to give thismoney as a down payment towards
the undocumented immigrants.
Nevertheless, let's just sayanybody, okay, just not to
anyone who's undocumented ordocumented, or black or white or
brown or Asian, right, justanyone.
This action.
(10:22):
It's going to cause the homeprice go higher.
And she claimed this is helpingaffordability American dream.
But yet it's not.
It's doing the opposite.
Let me explain why.
Because if people get freemoney to buy a house, then
(10:46):
there's more buyers right, andthere's more buyers there.
And there's more buyers, there's more competition.
But then we don't have enoughsupply.
The demand is higher.
So what's going to happen?
What's going to happen is thehome price will go up.
Hey, but at the end of the incase anybody don't know, I'm a
real estate agent the price thehome price went up.
(11:09):
I should be celebrating, right,I should be happy, I should be
supporting.
But no, I truly believeAmerican dream Myself, my family
, are immigrant to the countryhere, but we believe American
(11:29):
dream.
Back in the 80s, 70s, and myparents came here.
They sacrificed for us to havea better life.
For this American dreams, okay, and this policy, it's pretty
much.
It's handing out free money.
There's no work.
(11:49):
There's no work hard, there'sno work for your dream, achieve
your dream.
There's none of that.
It's just like here, let mehand you the fish, but I don't
need to teach you how to fish, and then, at the same time, I'm
driving the housing price wayhigh because the demand is
higher, the supply is not goingto catch up.
(12:11):
What the government should dois really focus on increasing
the supplies, because we alreadyhave the shortage right now
September 2024, if you'rewatching this right so we need
to maybe put the dollar to thedevelopment to increase the
(12:34):
supply, to have more home on themarket, and that way we'll
balance off the home price andeverybody can be affordable,
right?
And if you're undocumented orundocumented, whatever, and if
you're undocumented orundocumented, whatever, you work
(12:55):
hard for the American dream.
You work hard for your dream.
It's a feeling that you feelaccomplished, not just handing,
not just do a handout.
It's very unmotivated when theydo such thing like this and
then they claim that it'ssolving the home price in
(13:16):
America.
But it's not.
And also, if you don't know, ifyou didn't read about it, a lot
of home right now on sale arebought from the BlackRock, and
BlackRock bought a lot ofproperties.
Of course, what they want to do, they want to resell when the
(13:38):
time is right, right.
So this is what my personalopinion, personal view,
whichever you want I call it Ipersonally think they are doing
this so the BlackRock can cashout the money.
Right now they're just takingin inventories.
(14:00):
They bop, bop, bop, bop andthen they give incentive as
incentive to buy a home as adown payment.
Free money, right incentive asincentive to buy a home as a
down payment free money rightOnto those inventories of what
BlackRock bought and then theycash
out.
Doesn't that sound a little bitlike what do you call it?
Money laundry, right, anyways?
(14:26):
So the bottom line is thispolicy is going to make the
housing market more unaffordable.
I'm a California real estateagent.
I can help anybody inCalifornia, or even other states
as well, with a referral.
However, I want my first-timehomebuyer client can afford to
(14:52):
buy their homes.
I want people who come here aslegal immigrants able to achieve
their dreams, able to feelaccomplishment, have the
motivation.
Donald Trump his slogan is ismake America great again.
(15:14):
My personal slogan for thisyear's election is May American
a dream again.
