gate of influence. So we'recalling all conscious leaders
this week. Please come forward.

It's time to say what needs tobe said. The sun just moved into
gate 31 as of today, and sowe're moving into what's known
as the gate of influence inhuman design and the I Ching and
and yes, we're right back in thethroat center energy. Why? You
may ask. Because the world isbuzzing with things that need to

be spoken out loud. And thisenergy reminds us that the
future of Leadership isn't aboutpower plays or ego, it's about
cooperation clear vision andusing your voice for the
collective good, and as acollective we're really re
examining leadership right now,and so this gate is saying here,

this is the imprint of where youneed to go. If it doesn't look
like this, it's not the way. Andgate 31 is saying, Hey, you set
the vision. You point the wayforward with clarity and calm,
warm confidence. Let's go. Ifgate 31 is defined in your
chart, at your best, you risenaturally into leadership.

You're the one who sees thefuture and speaks it into being,
not because you want thespotlight necessarily, but
because others trust what yousee and what you communicate.
And here's the thing, gate 31 isprojected energy. Let me explain
what that means. It means thatyour influence shows up when
others recognize you and inviteyou to lead so you actually

don't need to chase the stage.
It finds you when you just sharewhat you know, even if it's to
those 10 people on your stories,because what you say really
resonates, and it feels liketruth. It hits our energetic
body like truth and people justcan't help, but then share it
out with people that they loveand that they want to help. So

your leadership is not anovernight happening, and it
grows with time and at timesthat can feel really slow, but
it is steady, as long as youdon't give up. Now, what this
transit brings to the party,whether you RSVPed or not. So
gate 31 connects the throatcenter, or our communication
center, to the G Center, ourcenter of direction through the

channel of the Alpha. That's the731 channel. And that means that
this big leadership energy is inthe air. And the thing is that
leadership isn't about justsounding certain, right? It's
not just about having thosegreat little talking points.
It's about aligning with afuture that actually serves

people and actually supports ourfuture humanity.
This energy has the potential toempower real change or fall into
manipulation and eco traps. Soreally interesting. The
definitive book of human designmakes it really clear. I mean,

it calls it out in the text.
When people are placed in powerbecause of money instead of
mutual trust and recognition weall lose.
We all lose.
And I just want you to look atthe collective as to where we
are right now. We become somaterialistic that we are losing

right now because what we know.
Is that influence withoutintegrity is dangerous,
and we're really getting thelesson right now.
But here's a brighter note.
Okay, little something fun tothrow in here. Beyonce actually
has gate 31 and her unconsciousnorth node. Now, the north node
represents the environment thatwe're growing into as we age. So

when we hit 50, we should be inour north node, but you'll start
to feel the transition, andthat's usually a time when you
feel like you need to changecareers, or you have a new sense
of purpose. Now she's beenperforming since she was seven,
but it wasn't until the albumlemonade that we felt her soul
right. We felt something deeper.

We felt like this woman hadsomething substantial to say,
and she spoke to something realand raw and all of us.
And now with cowboy Carter,she's breaking genres and
breaking rules, and she remindedus that we get to define
ourselves, and no one else hasthe final say.

So we can let everybody say youshould do this, or you too old
for that, or you're not theright color for that. And she
said no, and we freaking lovethat, right? We love that she
brought that visionary energyinto the collective.
And that's gate 31 it shows up,it keeps going, and it becomes

the undeniable leader. It's notjust the executive leadership,
it's the visionary influence.
And there's a big differencethere, the frequency spectrum of
gate 31 now we're going toexplore how this energy can show
up in your own life. If it's inlow frequency, it has a way of
being in that fear and ego, andif it's high frequency, it's the
heart that serves all right. Solet's take out your little notes

here, and let's see where you'reat right now, because we can
always shift this energy, andthat's important. If you're in
low frequency, you're doubtingyour worth, if your leadership
isn't immediately recognized,it's that headspace that we get
into that sounds like, Oh, Ijust posted a reel, and it
should go viral, but instead,it's get 200 views and maybe

three likes, and you shrink backand you say, Well, nobody's
paying attention,so I don't matter. No, this is
how we start. We have to stay inthe game. We have to know that
leadership grows with our innerdepth as we own our energy, that
shift will start to happen,especially when that energy is

meant to serve others, not justourselves.
The second point here ishesitating to step forward and
using their voice and influence,even when others recognize them
as leaders. So if you arefinding that people are like,
Hey, you should actually speakabout this or hey, you should be
(08:04):
the one that guides thisworkshop. And you're like, No,
no, not. MeBe aware that you're being
called into leadership. And thisis where we have to start doing
that inner work. We have to dothat subconscious reprogramming,
because there's a lot ofconditioning that happens when
we're young, or it can happen atany time, but usually when we're
(08:25):
young, we have a situation orexperience where
we start to doubt that anyoneshould listen to us, or we
create the belief that if we putourselves in the spotlight in
any way, that people are goingto try to tear us down, and
that's really scary for a lot ofpeople. When we have that fear,
(08:47):
our whole body responds to that,the shaking, the trembling.
And yes, we can move out ofthat. It is one of the things
that I really work on in myclinical hypnosis practice and
doing that deep subconsciouswork. The third point here is
overbearing and tries to forceideas on others. So that kind of
I need to control you. You needto do what I say. You need to

listen to me. Kind of lowfrequency energy. I'm not naming
any names. Number four, uses theleadership role and its powers
of persuasion to manipulateothers for their personal gain,
and the last one hereauthoritarian, or leading
without being asked to lead,high frequency. All right, let's
(09:33):
turn to the positive side so wecan understand where we're
going, leading with patience anddevotion, allowing influence to
organically grow with time.
Number two, naturally guidestowards a better future. So you
see the future, and you'renaturally guiding towards more
inclusivity, towards moreconsciousness, towards helping
(09:58):
more people really.
Rise into their own highfrequency. Number three,
influences with integrity, notego. Number four, only leads
when asked or elected to lead.
So I want to kind of caveat thisspecific sentence, because it's
not that somebody has to ask youto start a podcast or to speak
(10:20):
on your YouTube. It's more ofyou're sharing this wisdom, and
then people want to take you tothe next level, because they see
that what you have to say isworthwhile and it's grounded and
it's logical advice. They wantyou to step into that next level
of leadership. Number five, hereis it exhibits leadership
(10:42):
qualities and is recognized forthese gifts. So think Beyonce,
the energetic Tip of the Week.
What's your frequency ofinfluence? So before you hit
post, speak up in a meeting orwalk into that interview, I want
you just to hit pause, take anice deep breath and tune into

the energy that's runningthrough you.
And ask yourself, What am Itransmitting now? What is this
energy that's coming out of me?
Right? Because we're all walkingaround, we all have this aura.
We all are projecting energy allthe time,
and your energy is leading theway, whether you know it or not.

So I want you to break down whatyou might be feeling before you
take the action,before you say the thing
is, it fear energy. It tries tocontrol everything. You're
editing that email 12 times.
You're second guessing yourideas before it leaves your
mouth. That's fear energy. Ijust want you to be aware of it.
(11:44):
Number two is that provingenergy. We feel like we're
performing on a stage and we'resecretly hoping that someone's
going to clap or recognize usright? Maybe you over explain
because you want to make surepeople get it, or you talk
really fast, or you feel likeyou need to be the best. That is
that proving energy. And thethird one here is the people
(12:08):
pleasing energy, and that watersyou down. It says, I need to
write the perfect caption. Andthen we actually have that meat
and that substance and thatthing that we're so afraid to
say, and we freaking delete thatout,
right? It's taking that bestpart of you away and diluting
(12:30):
it.
And you're in that energy we'renodding in meetings and being
agreeable when you really wantto challenge the statement,
but when you are in thataligned, grounded energy, it is
the game changer. It's whatpeople feel and what resonates
with them. Itdoesn't hustle for approval.
It's the kind of energy thatcalmly says, Here's what I see

and here's how I can help you.
And whether that's the threepeople that hear it, or the 3000
it's just as powerful.
So this week, be in thatgrounded presence. Your
influence doesn't come frombeing the loudest voice. It

comes from being clear,congruent and fully. You. All
right, youall right, let's get into let's
get visible gate. 31 contentprompts. So if you are creating
content, if you are producing apodcast, if you are writing on

visibility prompts forleadership that is called to
guide us into a brighter future.
Number one here to remind you,leadership doesn't mean louder.
It means clear, cleaner, rooted,so offering a grounded reframe

for people who equate influencewith hustle or over performance,
or I would even say who needs tobe provocative all that number
two, the real flex isn't beingin charge, it's being trusted.
So this is where we talk aboutperspective shift on what really
influences in 2025 and beyond,and talking about the new wave

of leadership, the collectivewave of leadership, the
integrity of leadership, and howthat really is changing, or how
it's being called to change.
Number three, my best leadershiphack is and mine is being the
last to speak in the room, onlyafter you've actually listened.

I had a COO reflect back to methat he really admired the way
that I really listened to peoplebefore I just started jumping in
with advice. And I would ask youto look at what are your own
leadership hacks? How would youbest communicate? What's the tip
that you can call out here? I.

Number four, I've heard so manyof you that blank, blank, blank.
So this is where you can be thevoice that calls out or names
what others haven't dared tothen offer the insight or the
solution you know they need buthaven't yet acted on. So again,
this gives you some space tocall out what hasn't been said.

And number five, I used to thinkI had to be chosen, then I
realized I was just waiting tochoose myself. So this is about
reflecting and claiming yourrole as a leader before anyone
else did. Don't fight theenergy. Stay and flow. I'm
