your role is to orchestrate withintention. So it's time for you
to ask yourself, How can I usemy voice, my money, my platform
to empower others and myself?
How do I create opportunitiesfor everyone.

It is what we do with it. So ifwe are using money to be
benevolent, to help others, tobring money to communities where
we haven't had a lot of itamazing, it's acting as a
wonderful tool for you. And thenif we hoard it, or if we're

greedy, or if we're trying totake and manipulate, that's when
it really, truly becomes thesin. So just thinking about the
intention of money and how we'reusing it as a tool, number
three, letting someone elsemanage your money because you
are avoiding responsibility foryour money. And this is a really

big one. I know a lot of peopleallow their spouse to control
all of their financial matters,and then there's been cases
where someone dies and then theyhave no idea what's going on or
what to do with it, and you'vejust put yourself in a place of
chaos in a time that's alreadychallenging. So how can you

begin to actually enjoy takingresponsibility for that money.
Number four, overspending toprove your value, your status or
your worth. Oh, that's a big onethat comes up a lot. So are you
overspending? Are you buying allthe latest things that you see
on Tiktok and Instagram, andgoing to buy things just because

they're on sale instead ofbecause you actually need them.
Are you buying excessively intocosmetic procedures to try to
make yourself look young andyouthful? Because underneath
that, there's a fear that if youdon't look a certain way, that
you won't be worthy, whichindicates we need to do a lot of

work on our self worth. Numberfive, manipulating your
community or audience for gain.
So hello Ponzi scheme or thesefalse promises in our marketing.
Number six is obsessing oversocial status and wealth
accumulation Well, disregardingthe actual wellbeing of those
around you. And we see that alot right now in different

corporations and in differentbusinesses where there's one
person, the owner, the boss, whois happy to make a great living
for themselves, and yet they arereally stingy about allocating
more of those resources andtaking care of the people that
take care of their business. Sojust notice that, and then the

high frequency of gate 35if, number one, creating these,
these Win, win systems wherewealth circulates and everyone
benefits.
Number two, leading initiativesthat gather people and channel
resources into meaningfulchange. Now think here about

nonprofits or scholarships orthought leadership, like, how do
we create opportunities foreveryone to rise and start to
get ahead?
Number three, owning yournatural ability to direct, to
delegate and to make executivedecisions. So again, this is a

looking at just maybe payingthings off, like any expenses
for the week, and doing myaccounting. So if I have
invoices that need to go out,I'll check on those. It's also
time for me to look at my.
Expenses or work on my expensesif I haven't taken care of

And the second point here is,are you investing or
unconsciously spending? So it'sreally here thinking about your
future self versus the now. Weneed to have fun now and do
things and embrace experiences.
But how do we also make surethat we are preparing for the

years old or even 100so one align action item. Step
here that I just wanted torecommend to you is to use micro
investing apps like acorn. I useacorn personally, and it just

an investment for you, I havebeen so shocked by how much
money I'm just starting to putinto an investment just through

life around financial mattersand making it easy making your
