relationship with pressure intofocus. This is the energy of
intentional stillness andconcentrated focus in its

highest expression. It's also aninvitation to reflect on your
patterns around the collectivefear and the constant pressure
to do we must also examine ourrelationship with time as a
pressure point. And I know thisis a big one for many of us. And

listen, I won't lie, this weekhit me really hard when the US
launched an attack on Iran'snuclear facilities. This past
Saturday, my nervous system wentinto overdrive. As a New Yorker,
I instantly thought, what ifwe're next? I spiraled into a
survival rabbit hole, bingewatching YouTube videos all

about survival and orderinglife, straws, solar panels and a
hand cranked radio Yes, andweirdly hitting that Place Order
button on Amazon actually helpedme breathe. But as global
tensions began to soften, thisweek, I flipped gears, waking up

at 4 (03:19):
30am charging through strategy, docs
and messaging like I was racingthe clock. I was over
caffeinated, overachieving, andquickly edging into exhaustion
and depletion, and I could feelit in every part of my body. And
then yesterday afternoon, I hitthat wall. I realized I was in a
low frequency pressure pattern,so I needed to break it. I

(03:43):
needed to interrupt it, and Idecided to listen to some soft
music. I curled up on my sofa,and instead of trying to force
myself to make dinner, I orderedsome chicken enchiladas through
UberEATS, they were so good. Soif you've been hyper vigilant,
feeling that undergroundpressure is to prep perfect or

(04:04):
perform, I see you. I'm therewith you. But gate 52 is coming
in like a sacred reminder. Itsays pressure is not the enemy.
It's how you respond to it. Thatcreates your reality. This
transit is activating the rootcenter in all of us. Yes, that

(04:26):
is your pressure center in humandesign, which is where, if
you're already feeling a littlestressed out, you've probably
been extra, extra on edge. Soyou're being invited to practice
restraint, and restraint isactually the gift of this gate.
You know, this is aboutdiscernment. It's asking

(04:46):
yourself, Do I really need tostockpile canned food?
Do I have to finish my firstdraft of my book by Monday?
Number two? You are.
Being invited to prioritizestillness, to try lying on the
floor and simply breathing. Thisis the week to swap your hot

(05:09):
yoga, your power yoga for yen,and this is a time that you
might want to listen to freehypnosis on my podcast and just
be where your feet are rightnow.
Now this is also an invitationto trust divine timing, because
deadlines driven by fear don'tcreate aligned results. So if

(05:30):
you have this idea of I have tomeet my soul mate By August, or
I have to make $20,000 in mybusiness by the end of this
month, that is not a soul linedgoal. So slow your roll. Let it
come to you, because we have tobe really considerate of the
kind of energy that we aredrawing into our lives. So if

(05:51):
I'm running with an aggressive,fear based
energy, and all of my effortsare coming from that, you're
probably going to get a lessonin return instead of the gift
that you're looking for.
Audit your stress patterns. Sowhat stories or beliefs are

(06:11):
driving your adrenaline filledactions? Who would you be
without them? And this is whereI really had to look at myself
yesterday and understand thepattern that I was looping in. I
needed to identify it and reallyunderstand it. I actually drew
it through my little pattern ona piece of paper. Because for

(06:32):
me, when I can see things, I canunderstand them better. And that
really helped me say, Okay, if Ikeep going in the pattern, what
normally happens? Well, I gointo complete exhaustion and
depletion, and that means I haveto cancel everything. And when
I'm in that place, I don't knowhow long it'll take me to get
out of it, and I don't want toput myself in that place again.

(06:56):
Now, if gate 52 is defined inyour chart,
in your highest potential, youare built to alchemize stress.
For the rest of us, turning thatraw pressure into laser, sharp
focus and calm, steady momentum.
Your superpower is reallydeliberate restraint. It is
graceful presence. It isunshakable, groundedness. But if

you're in the shadow of gate 52it's like a DJ that's playing
and remixing all of your fearsand driving you to freak out to
the point of exhaustion orcollapse. And this week, the sun
transit is here to remind youthere is so much power in your
pausethe frequency spectrum of gate

(07:43):
52 now let's look at how thisenergy shows up in its full
range. So we want to think aboutthe energy of turning on a light
like a dimmer switch, forexample. So if I'm in low
frequency, I can stay there,right, but I can also turn the
dial up on my frequency bytaking care of myself, by

(08:05):
understanding I'm in fear,understanding I'm pushing and I
can turn my dial up. So this ishow we begin to turn our dial up
by creating awareness around it.
So it's not about judgment here,low frequency.
All right, let's talk about thelow frequency. So number one,

(08:27):
you can't sit still. There'skind of a restless sense about
you. It's always needing to dosomething. And I think the
difference here is, especiallyif you're a generator or
manifesting generator, is thatyou need to think about where is
this desire to move coming from,if it's coming from a positive
place, if it's coming fromexcitement and joy and
satisfaction, then Okay, keepmoving. But if it's coming from

(08:52):
that fear space, if it's comingfrom like pressure to do and
accomplish, that's where we needto be really clear. So number
two is addicted to theadrenaline rush of productivity?
We are this kind of magicalpharmacy, right? We constantly
are producing what we need. Andsome of us are so addicted to

(09:15):
that kind of fight or flight,that adrenaline rush that we get
from just being in the lastminute to do from putting that
extra pressure on ourselves. Andjust notice, if you've been in
that space,number three, pushing for
results from a place of lack andfear. And yes, I mean, this is
the energy of, I'm making a goalfrom the place of, I have to

(09:37):
prove myself, or I'm tired ofwaiting, and I see this all the
time with people that are tryingto maybe find a relationship
partner by the end of thesummer, I'm going to do this. Or
before I turn 50, I'm going todo this. The thing is, is that
when we are working from thatplace of I'm not enough. So.

(10:00):
Therefore I'm going to go get itand I'm going to make this
happen.
That's a very different energythan I'm going to surrender this
to God universe, and I'm goingto do what I need to do, and I'm
going to be in the action ofgoing out on dates. I'm going to
be in the action of being openand lively and attending events.
It's a very different energy,and you attract very different

(10:22):
people into your life from thosedifferent energies. Be aware of
that.
Number four is ignoring rest andburning out and still sprinting.
Is that you just notice?
All right, let's look at thehigh frequency here.

(10:43):
Number one is choosing pauseover panic. So if you notice
that you are getting reallytriggered,
what would it be like, insteadof like me, to go onto Amazon
and start ordering all thethings? What would it be like to
just go, Okay, let me be withthis for a moment. Let me
journal about it. Let me go fora walk. Let me just cool my

(11:07):
heels a bit before I take anyaction. Right.
Number two is trusting thatstillness birth clarity. So
instead of trying to figure itout, trying to make it work, we
can just trust that when we'restill all the ideas will come.
So just like I was earlier thisweek trying to figure out all my

(11:29):
messaging,I might find that as I'm going
for my walk today, that maybesome more ideas will come and it
all begin to layer together. Sojust allowing myself to not have
to rush to get it all finalizedand packaged up, but I can now
be still and allow more to comethrough if more needs to come
through.

(11:50):
Number three, committing tonervous system, care, naps,
boundaries, saying noso. Because I was so feeling
depleted yesterday, I decided topush back plans with a friend. I
was supposed to go to her hometoday, and instead, I said, You
know what, let me wait untilSaturday. I am going to see how
I feel. I need to really rest. Ineed to prioritize myself,

(12:11):
because I cannot burn out. Ialso know that I have sessions
on Sunday at the Four Seasons,some hypnosis sessions, so I
want to be fully energized forthose as well. So I've got to
prioritize where I'm putting myenergy. So four high frequency
is using your pressure to focus,not self destruct. So can I
actually sit here and maybe,yes, I feel a little bit of

(12:36):
additional pressure, but can Ibe in it for like 10 minutes, 20
minutes to focus on one thingnumber five, building systems
that create ease, not more work.
So maybe you want to look atwhat are the things that are
happening in your life, maybedifferent systems where you feel
depleted or you feel frustrated,and you can revise them to

(13:00):
create more space and ease. Thelast point here is grounded,
steady, magnetic. That's what itfeels like to be in the high
frequency of gate 52 all right,let's look at the energetic Tip
of the Week. Audit your actions.
So this week, I'd like you justto make a quick list of the
things that you plan to do.
Maybeyou're going to a dinner party,

(13:21):
maybe you are planning to cleanout your closet, maybe you're
planning to get really clear onyour finances. Maybe you are
looking to rewrite a landingpage on your website. Look at
all the things that you haveplanned for yourself, and ask
yourself, are any of theseactually driven by fear instead
of expand the potential, insteadof my satisfaction, instead of

(13:44):
my joy. And if you see thatthings are driven by fear, I'm
going to ask you to maybe takeone of those off of your list
and not do it this week. Giveyourself stillness in that
space, pause and observe whathappens when you don't operate

(14:04):
from urgency.
All right, so let's get visiblegate 52 content prompts. So if
you are someone who runs yourown business, or you're creating
social media content or yourpodcast or whatever that might
be,I have these prompts for you so
that you can use the energy ofthis gate to not only speak to
your audience, maybe just to doa little bit of your own inner

(14:28):
exploration and to share yourown challenges, just like I
share my own challenges with youhere. So this week's energy asks
us to slow down, to sit withpressure and trust what emerges
from the stillness. Use theseprompts to share grounded
wisdom, personal reflections orclient stories that reveal the

power of the pause. All right,so number one, this week, I gave
myself permission to do less,and I uncovered this powerful
insight.
Insight. What is that powerfulinsight? Number two, here's how
I learned to tell the differencebetween productive pressure and

fear based urgency. So what isthat switch for you? Or what
have you learned about examiningyour actions? Let's share that
with your audience. Numberthree, I paused one fear based
task this week, and here's whatunfolded instead. So you might
do this at the end of the week,after you've done your little
energetic tip for this week, andnotice what actually

(15:33):
came about from it. If numberfour, stillness isn't laziness,
it's strategy. Here's how I userest to make clear more aligned
decisions. So if you are someonewho is in the practice of being
still, if maybe you're startingyour day with some kind of
ritual, or maybe you havecleaner energy, then tell us and

(15:58):
share with us. How do we dothat? Use the gate of 52 to
really be the guide that walksus through this time. And number
five, I noticed this patternaround pressure showing up
again. But instead of reacting,I did this. So just like I
shared with you earlier todaythat I started working on my
messaging, that I was noticingmyself starting to get really

(16:20):
fatigued and exhausted, and Igot really clear on my pattern,
and instead of continuing to do,do, do, I actually slept late. I
took things off of my to do listand gave myself more time. So
what is that for you?
All right, don't fight theenergy. Stay and flow. The final
note for this gate 52 is it isnot here to make you lazy. We

(16:44):
often equate stillness or notdoing with laziness. It's here
to make you wise. This is thekind of wisdom that only comes
from being fully still longenough to hear your higher
guidance.
So my question to you is, willyou choose to slow down.
