Unknown (00:00):
Do you ever get caught
up trying to make what you're
(00:03):
saying so perfect that you endup saying nothing at all? Or do
you ever find yourself loopingover a conversation at 2am at
night when you should besleeping? This week, we're going
to be diving into the suntransit of gate 62 the gate of
details. We'll be exploring howthis energy is showing up this
(00:24):
week and how you can use it toimprove your communication.
We'll be exploring the low andhigh frequency of this energy,
and I'll be giving you somequick prompts to help you get
the point across. Welcome to thetraveling hypnotist podcast, the
ultimate destination to elevateyour life through the power of
(00:46):
travel, modern hypnosis, neuroscience and time tested
wellness practices. I'm NicoleHernandez, the traveling
hypnotist. All right, it's timeto journey within and go beyond.
This is the human designfrequency forecast for gate 62
(01:09):
July 13 through the 18th. 2025this is your energetic guidance
via Human Design and somecreative prompts here at the end
to help you show up and flowaccording to gate 62 I am Nicole
Hernandez, top clinicalhypnotist in New York City,
based out of the Four SeasonsHotel New York Downtown, and
also a success coach. And just aquick reminder here, the wait
(01:33):
list is now open for highfrequency success VIP coaching,
that is my 12 week intensive.
And I'm just excited to openthis up for you, because I've
been working with people overthe years, and when they do
anywhere from three months to ayear with me, they have really
life changing experiences, goingfrom being divorced and feeling
(01:54):
really broken about thatexperience to coming out On the
other side and really livinglife richly. So I am excited to
be able to move more peoplethrough this process in a very
structured way. And that bringsus into gate 62 actually, all
right, so when we're talkingabout the frequency theme today,
this is the gate of details. Thesun is making its way through 62
(02:18):
the gate of details in humandesign. It's known as attention
to detail in the YI Ching, whichis the Chinese book of change.
And this week, the spotlight isback on the throat center. We
were in the throat center for awhile, and then we went to the
root center to focus onpressure. Now we're back into
the land of communication, articulation and bringing ideas
(02:38):
into form, because this week, what you say matters, especially
when it's grounded in logicaldetails. But here's the thing,
we often confuse being detailoriented with perfection, and
perfection is a fast track todoom scrolling paralysis. If
you've ever been there, youknow, nothing gets done, and
(03:00):
that sinkhole of the humanspirit we call separateness, so
where you feel like everybody'sbetter than you, or maybe you
feel like you're better thaneverybody, and then we just
can't relate, and we cannot bein the same place with each
other. We feel lonely and shutdown. You know, that's the thing
about communication, when wearen't able to communicate with
(03:21):
each other, we just findourselves in this place of
separation. To be clear, thetrue gift of gate 62 isn't about
being overly obsessed with thefinest of details. It's about
channeling facts order and clearcommunication to create
transformation. And I find itquite interesting that as this
(03:41):
gate was transitioning intoactivation, is when Judge, mom,
a blocked the Trumpadministration conducting
indiscriminate immigrationarrests in LA, a ruling that
upheld the Fourth and FifthAmendments. And I know not
everybody wants to discusspolitics here, but look, this
isn't really a politicaldiscussion. Others say, when we
lose sight of our Constitutionand our rights and our freedoms,
(04:06):
that's not just a problem forsome, it's a problem for
everyone. So regardless of whereyou sit politically, this does
matter, and this is gate 62energy in action. It's using
objectivity and logic to restoreorder and protect human dignity.
So I want you to let that sinkin for a hot second. Our words,
(04:28):
when chosen wisely, can restoreorder. If gate 62 is defined in
your chart, you have a naturalability to disarm tension and
bring clarity to complex oremotionally charged moments.
You're someone who thrives onstructure patterns and the finer
(04:49):
details of life, and you likelynotice what others miss, and
have a talent for expressingthose details through
storytelling, teaching writingor. Or just giving clear
instructions, your mind sees thelogic behind the scenes, and
your voice brings it to life ina way that makes sense to
others. Now let's talk aboutwhat this transit is going to
(05:10):
bring to the party, whether youRSVPed or not. So this energy is
here to express big ideas withpinpoint precision. It's
important to understand thatthis energy draws its impact
from objective, not subjectivedetails. So what's fact versus
what's my feelings or thebeliefs that I have? Right? I
(05:33):
think of my fiance, who is anarchitect in New York City, and
he's constantly reviewing allthese building codes, and
there's these massive books andtranslating them during
construction meetings so thatthe team can move forward with a
sound plan. If you are a judge,a lawyer, an architect, an
engineer, a doctor, anyone whomust have a profound knowledge
(05:53):
of details, using these detailsand having that knowledge is
utilizing the gift of this gatein high frequency, our words
become the light that leads theway with gate 62 let's talk
about the frequency spectrum ofgate 62 let's look at how gate
62 shows up in its full range.
(06:18):
And remember, there's no judginghere, and we always have an
opportunity to turn up or downour frequency, so it's never
stagnant low frequency. You areobsessed over the details to the
point of mental looping or selfpunishment. You're replaying
fights or conversations at 2amyou're staring up the ceiling.
You're tossing and turning. Doesanybody else have that problem?
(06:40):
I woke up last night with thissame issue. I don't know what
was going on. I was justreplaying all kinds of things in
my head last night. That's lowfrequency number two, over
explaining or spiraling when youfeel misunderstood. So it's
really not standing in ourgroundedness. And just think
about someone who's just spewinginformation and you're secretly
(07:01):
thinking, why are you using somany words? This could be so
much simpler, and we can justacknowledge that it's just
insecurity that's being felt bythat person. And yes, we can
have a lot of compassion forourselves and others when they
are in that space, but it is lowfrequency number three, taking
preparedness to the extreme andperfection becomes the excuse
(07:21):
for inaction. So you might besomeone who maybe has been
working on your book for years,or maybe you've rewritten your
homepage of your websitemultiple times, or maybe you are
don't want to take a specifictest, because even though it
would move you forward in yourcareer, you're just so afraid
(07:42):
that you're not going to get itright, and you just feel like
you still need to constantly bestudying, studying, studying,
and like you can never totallygrasp it. You don't trust
yourself, essentially right.
Number four, doubting yourknowledge is deep enough so you
stay silent. This used to be oneof mine. I used to find myself
so quiet in meetings andconversations, and I just didn't
(08:05):
feel like what I had to say wassmart enough or worthy enough,
until I got over that, and nowyou can't shut me up. Okay,
number five, using big words arecomplex jargon to sound smart,
but disconnecting from youraudience. I'll share a quick
story here. But I remember whenI first moved to New York City,
(08:27):
and I was actually reading a lotof vocabulary books because I
was hanging out with all ofthese people, and they all went
to Harvard and Stanford andColgate and all of these really
great schools, and I went toBaylor University in the
University of North Texas, and Ijust didn't think my education
really compared with theirs. Andso I started learning all of
(08:49):
these 50 Cent words and tryingto use them in sentences. And I
when I went home to visit mygrandparents, I started using
some of these words. And Iremember leaving my grandparents
house, and my dad just kind ofpulled me aside and he said, you
know, your grandparents don'tunderstand what you said. To
speak to them like normal.
(09:13):
Brushed it off now and thoughtto myself, I'm going to be my
best version of me, the smartestversion of me. And now being on
the other side of this andrealizing that was not good
communication. So it's reallyknowing your audience and
knowing their education level, and if we aren't able to
communicate in a way that theycould understand that we are
(09:36):
actually in the low frequency.
And the last point here usinglanguage to manipulate guilt
trip or confuse others. I thinkthat's pretty self explanatory.
Okay, and let's move into the high
frequency. So number one, usesimple communication to elevate
and empower others. Number two,you communicate with precision
and relevance, adjusting. Towhat others can actually
(10:00):
receive. Number three, youprepare strategically and take
aligned action with confidence.
Number four, you trust in yourdepth of understanding and speak
from inner authority. And thelast point here, you translate
complex or esoteric ideas intorelatable, practical language
(10:22):
that people can use and takedirection from energetic Tip of
the Week, say it and structureit for clarity. This one is
going to be fun and revealing, because it's going to cut
through your emotional highs andlows and show you what's real so
that you can regain your power.
So here's what you're gonna doif you're feeling this week,
overwhelmed, stuck, spiraling inyour own thoughts, here's what
(10:46):
you're going to do. You're gonnatake out your little phone and
you're going to put on The VoiceNote, right, speak your truth
out loud into that phone likeyou're talking to your best
friend. There's no filters, justdump out all the thoughts and
all the things you're thinkingand all the things you're
feeling, just dump it out rightwhen you're done. You can
transcribe it. I think you cando that in notes now, but you
(11:08):
might have to put it into otter,O, T, T, E, R, that's what I use
to transcribe most of my stuff, and then take it out of otter
and put it into chat, GPT, soall of your transcription,
however you got it, and put itin with this prompt. So the
prompt is using this text, andthen paste your transcript.
(11:29):
Please analyze it. Help meidentify what is subjective
versus objective. Then help meclarify the main point of this
text, as if I was speaking to akindergartner. Holy moly. So I
just want to tell you a littlebit my own experience with this.
I took one of my journal entriesfrom last week, and I was having
a off day, so I took the text, Ipopped it in, I put in this
(11:54):
little AI prompt, and it brokedown every single sentence I
said into what was subjectiveand objective, and then it gave
me the main points and brokedown all the details, and gave
what I said back to me in a waythat I could truly see the
pattern. It was so interesting.
So that's why I wanted to giveit to you this week. I want you
(12:16):
to try it out and notice whatshifts, what you can see clearly
and drop a note, let me know ifyou use it, or you can send me a
message if you use it. I wouldjust love to hear your
experience with this. All right, let's get visible gate 62
content prompts. So this week,we're going to dive deep into
details as it relates tocommunication, and we're also
(12:38):
going to have a little fun thisweek, because we can all relate
to the prompts below number onemy brain at 2am let's replay
that conversation from threeyears ago and analyze every
inflection and micro expressionso this could just be like a
really humorous take On ouroveranalyzing tendencies of the
(13:00):
gate 62 shadow. And this isgreat for a real or a meme, and
you can have so much fun withlike gifts and things of that
nature. The second one is POV. Ithought being smart meant I had
to sound complicated sharing.
The moment you realize it wasmore important to be clear, than
complex and how yourcommunication and impact changed
(13:22):
when you stopped trying to proveand started and started trying
to connect. So maybe you've hada situation in your corporate
office or with a colleague whereyou were just trying to sound
smart, and then you realizeyou're actually in your in your
ego and the low frequency andyou decided to change your
(13:43):
approach, and maybe whathappened there? Or it was like
my story of using the bigvocabulary words around my
grandparents and how that didn'treally connect. Number three
here to remind you, precision ispowerful, but is not the same as
perfection. So this is justspeak to the difference between
(14:04):
being clear enough to moveforward and and so perfect you
never start. This could be evenlike a self reminder or
something that you use for yourstories. It's great for
visibility work and contentstrategy, if that's what you're
doing. And number four, I'mconvinced every overthinker
needs a deadline and a deepbreath. So this is just a
(14:24):
playful way to call out youraudience, especially for those
that are stuck in that perfectlypoor publishing mode. I think a
lot of our writers on sub stackoften get into that here, so
this one's for you. And numberfive, Just a friendly reminder.
No one has ever said, Wow, I'mso glad they used more jargon. I
(14:45):
really like this one forLinkedIn, and it's an article
starter. It's on clearcommunication and marketing or
leadership. Okay, don't fightthe energy. Stay in flow. One
last D. Detail. Yes, detail. Ijust wanted to thank you for
being here with me. I actuallyfeel truly honored every time
you leave a heart a comment orjust share the frequency
(15:08):
