(01:08):
This is the human designfrequency forecast for gate 16
from May 27 through June 1, 2025this is your energetic guidance
via human design, and there'screative prompts here at the end
to help you show up and flowaccording to gate 16. If we
haven't met before. My name isNicole Hernandez. I am a top
(01:31):
clinical hypnotist in New YorkCity as well as a success coach,
and I incorporate human designinto my method. Now, the whole
point of these human designtransits is to really take the
theme of this energy and to lookat it. How is it showing up in
your life right now? Are youbeing called to review a certain
(01:53):
aspect of yourself and bring itfrom maybe a low frequency where
it's in the shadow to highfrequency, where it's really
something that's a divine lightor power in your life.
The frequency theme gate 16.
Gate 16 is knocking with a clearmessage, it is time to sharpen
your edge, known as the gate ofskills in human design and
(02:16):
enthusiasm in the I Ching, thisenergy is about channeling,
refining and expressing yourgifts in ways that solve real
problems in the world or in yourown world.
What this transit is bringing tothe party, whether you RSVPed or
(02:37):
not, now, gate 16 calls you tomaster a skill until it becomes
your art. It's something thatyou truly do embody. It's no
longer about just what you do,but who you are when you're in
that state of flow. But here'sthe key with this Kate, it only
works if you love it, becauseenthusiasm is fuel, and without
(03:01):
it, you burn out fast or bailwhen things get hard.
Now, the definitive book ofhuman design states that it
takes seven years to master atechnique and a lifetime to
embody your craft with depth. Soif you're someone who is in year
two, three or even five intoyour skill and you still feel
(03:25):
like you're rookie. You stillfeel like that skill set isn't
fully developed, and you have alot to learn. You're not
failing, you're actually forgingthat mastery. So this is an
opportunity and a calling to bekind to yourself.
This week's question is, are youusing your gifts the way you're
designed to so check in withyour strategy and authority and
(03:48):
adjust accordingly. Now, if youaren't familiar with strategy
and authority as it relates tohuman design, feel free to drop
me a comment, and I will leaveyou a list of books where you
can get started to understandthese aspects. And additionally,
if you're interested in a humandesign reading so that we can
discuss your specific strategyand authority, know that is
available to you via the link atthe bottom,
(04:12):
now the frequency spectrum ofgate 16. So let's get honest
here for a second, because forsuch a relatively
straightforward message aboutskills and enthusiasm. There's
really a lot to unpack here,so we can start to ask ourselves
the many questions here, doeswhat you do actually excite you?
(04:34):
Are you refining the rightskills or just marketable ones?
Are you practicing enough togrow? Are you just spreading
yourself then by doing it all?
Are you cashing checks with askill set you secretly hate?
Do you love the skill but hatethe environment you practice it
(04:56):
in? Now I'll give you a littlenote here. I see so many.
People making career changesright now, but it's not that
they don't love the skill setthat they do, whether they're in
sales or whether they aresomeone like a woman that I know
who is in sustainability. So shewas working in a corporate
environment really definingsustainability for this
(05:18):
corporation, but she just foundit really stagnant and needed to
find new ways to express it. Andso she became a consultant,
still using the same skill set,but she took herself out of the
environment that felt like itwas holding her back. So just
something to consider there, especially if you've been
thinking, I need to make achange in my job, and you're not
(05:39):
quite sure if you should justcompletely change your career,
or if you should go somewhereelse, sometimes it is just
reformatting your environment.
Now, if any of us sits home, you're not alone. So let's break
this down. Let's look at the lowfrequency of gate 16. So low
frequency is in the shadow spaceof this energy. Imposter
syndrome is driving and yourbrilliance is hiding in the back
(06:02):
seat. So are you actuallydenying your skills or hiding
them in any way, not sharingthem with other people because
you feel like you still need torefine all of these things.
You're going to refine them moreas you practice as you are with
it you know, as you areexpressing them. So just a
little note for you, you've lost all joy in what you
(06:23):
do, and you're only in it forthe paycheck. Now how many
people can relate to this? Allright? Next point, you lack the
discipline to stick withlearning a skill. So if you are
constantly popping around todifferent things and really
never giving yourself theopportunity to master something,
then this is a habit we reallywant to look at in the next
(06:45):
point. You jump ship every timeit gets hard, misreading the
struggle as a sign to quit. Thisdoes layer a little bit into the
point before, but I also wantyou to consider if this is you.
So are you quitting because youthink that there should never be
any struggle, or that you shouldnever have any doubt about this
(07:06):
thing, or maybe someonecommented that you can improve
in some way? Is that when youjump ship and you see that as a
sign to quit, if that's you knowthat you're in the low frequency
of this energy.
And finally, here you'veattached your worth to one
identity or skill and forgottenhow multifaceted you really are.
(07:30):
Now we see this a lot withpeople who have maybe lost a
job, and they identified withtheir work, VP of Marketing, CEO
of their company, and they feellike, oh, I don't even know who
I am if I don't have this thing.
So this is really important thatwe, yes, have skills that we
know, that we're great at, butalso recognizing all the other
(07:53):
skills that we have in differentparts of our lives, be it our
hobbies, be it the other waysthat we show up as a mother,
father, dog owner, whatever itmight be, and finding that
there's also worth in thosethings. We're not just one
thing, the high frequency of gate 16,
you feel confident, capable andproud of your work.
(08:19):
Next point, you were recognizedfor your talents, and you
recognize them too. Third point, you are expressing a range of
gifts that make you feel whole, not boxed in. And the last point
here is you see skill mastery asa playground, not a pressure
cooker. You're in it for thejoy. And I do think of one of my
(08:43):
hypnosis instructors who wouldtell me that she would go to
these conferences and learnabout hypnosis, and then she
would take one of the techniquesshe learned and play with it and
break it apart and understandhow to put it back together to
really master that new skill.
And so I wonder what it wouldlook like for you to have that
kind of sense of joy, ofbreaking things apart,
(09:04):
understanding how they work, andallowing yourself to put it back
together so you understand iteven more.
Now the energetic Tip of theWeek, if your work or hobbies
feel flat, let's dig in thesejournal prompts are here to
help.
So your first prompt for thisweek is, what am I genuinely
(09:26):
enthusiastic about? Maybe you'venoticed yourself scrolling
online and you find yourselfkind of really zoning in on one
space. Maybe you find that whenyou look at the things that you
spend your money on, it's kindof this one area. Maybe you
admire certain people who aredoing this thing or expressing
this talent. Those are allthings to get curious about and
(09:49):
write them down. The secondpoint here, what skills have I
wanted to explore? But have itand so many of us don't give
ourselves the time to reallyexplore.
New things, or the things thatattract our interest, and for
me, one of those things has beenlearning how to play the guitar.
Now, I did learn a little bit incollege, but I haven't played
(10:12):
since then, and I was justtalking to a friend the other
day, and we were both saying howwe wanted to actually take a
guitar lesson. And it feels soexciting to even just think
about it and to dream about thatnext step. So for me, it's now
making the appointment and goingthere and doing it and just
(10:33):
exploring what that feels likeagain, to have the ability to
create music.
Now final one here is, what didI love doing before someone told
me it wasn't practical. I'llnever forget I did a past life
regression session. And as weoften sometimes regress to the
(10:54):
past, we are looking atdifferent ages in our lives,
kind of as we go back in ourtimeline. And this woman said
that her parents had told herthat it wasn't practical for her
to be an art teacher and becauseshe wouldn't make money at it,
and so she chose an entirelydifferent career, and she was
(11:15):
just finding herself reallyfeeling stagnated by it, and she
felt this strong calling forart, a strong calling to express
it and to teach it, andespecially teach it to children.
And I don't know whether sheactually followed up on that or
not, but that was one of the bigthings that came through in her
session. And I often wonder howmany people are moving through
(11:40):
their lives right now, and thismight be you who's doing
something because your parentstold you what you truly loved
and desired. Was it practical?
And what would it be like foryou to explore that now to say,
You know what? I listened to myparents, I denied myself of that
thing, and that's okay. I madethat choice, but now I'm going
to make a new choice for myselfmoving forward.
(12:05):
Let's get visible. Here are yourgate 16 content prompts. So if
you are in the place of speakingabout a business, maybe you're
on a new road, maybe you'recreating content. These are
prompts that are available toyou that are really playing to
this theme of gate 16. So trythese number one. I used to
think I had to pick the safejob, but when I became a insert
(12:29):
the new title, an art teacher,an astrologer, a hypnotist, for
golfers, etc, I made more moneyand finally felt aligned. Now
this is an opportunity tonormalize pivoting towards your
true passion and prospering.
Number two, here's the truth.
Struggling doesn't mean it's notfor you. It means you're on the
(12:50):
brink of a breakthrough. So thisis where we reframe resistance
as growth.
Number three, call me eccentric, boring, old fashioned et cetera.
You just add your own adjectiveshere, but playing and doing
(13:11):
insert your skill after astressful day is my version of
self care. So you could say, call me eccentric, but playing
the piano after a stressful dayis my version of self care, and
this is where we speak to yourunique skill or talent as a way
to combat stress, encouragingothers to do the same. And then
(13:32):
finally, here, I don't know whoneeds to hear this, but you are
not just one thing. You areallowed to be the CEO and the
artist, the parent and theinnovator, and this is where
we're going to celebrate ourmulti dimensionality. All right,
so don't fight the energy. Stayin a flow. As a final note,
(13:55):
mastery doesn't happenovernight, but this week's
frequency says if you keepshowing up with devotion and
love for your craft, you'll wakeup one day realizing, Hey baby,
you got skills. Just a couple ofquick announcements before we go
today. Number one, if you didnot know, I have a substack
called ready to be seen, and youcan become a subscriber there.
(14:17):
